We are all in the post-Halloween blues, and haven't had a chance to record a new episode. In the meantime, Eli found an interview conducted with his other podcast with the legendary R.L. Stine! We chatted for a few minutes with him after the home release of Goosebumps 2 earlier this year. We discuss how he got started on the legendary Fear Street and Goosebumps books, keeping up with trends and what scared him as a child. It is a short but amazing chat with an amazing force in the spooky realm we all love. Check it out!

We interview director David Weiner and discuss his amazing upcoming documentary about all things 80s horror, In Search of Darkness. We have seen it and can attest that fans are going to love it. We also discuss the Shudder documentary Horror Noire, as well as new releases The Prodigy and Happy Death Day 2U, and talk about some of the exciting news recently announced in the world of horror!

We had the chance to chat with writer, lead actor and producer Jason Kellerman and director and producer David Tarleton, creators of the new independent film Hunter. The film has already gotten a buzz, winning Best Horror Feature at the Manhattan Film Fest 2018, as well as Best Feature at Freakshow Horror Film Fest 2018. The film will be released to on demand on Feb 12th, so we were thrilled to chat with these two about this exciting project. We get the chance to interview Rocky Gray, composer and arranger of such films as The Barn and 10/31. He discuss his influences, what it is like to compose (and direct) for a horror movie, the upcoming 10/31 sequel, and his time as the drummer for one of the biggest bands of the last 20 years.

Happy 2019! We talked about our horror resolutions, as well as things we are excited about for 2019. These include IT: Chapter 2, Us, Pet Semetary, Child's Play, Happy Death Day 2U and many more. We also acknowledge John Carpenter's birthday, the Nashville coyote and Eli's new catch phrase!
