Yep it's another week and another win for Avondale, racing away at the top. While on a spooky foggy Friday some goalkeeping howlers would keep us guessing at the bottom of the table. We chat Bran's shitty kit and all of the NPLW action aswell as some cup ties to warm the cockles of your heart.
Yep Avondale win again and take a 5 point lead at the top. Souths are now dropping down the table faster than we can accurately describe. All games had 4 or more goals this round which makes it bloody entertaining if you're one of those people. Heaps of other football stuff happens including the NPLW and the FFA Cup.
Yep another week of ridiculous and impossible to tip fixtures to tip which means it isn't our fault that we suck at tipping! Honestly though, big results across the board and we take a look at all of them in depth. The NPL Womens competition features some cracking late drama and we look at all the cups.
Yep we got another lockdown, seems to happen a lot since this podcast started. We have however returned to football in Victoria and what a round we had. We cover all the highs (Bicycle kicks goals) and lows (own goals where you blast it in the back of your net from 6 yards). We also talk about the wide world of football and all it's spoils.

Oakleigh and Knights play out the longest games in NPL Victoria history. South Melbourne keep winning and stay top of the table. The Women of Victorian NPL football kick off their season with some insanely good goals and big scorelines. We get a few ripper cup draws and Bransen and I ALMOST get 7/7 in the tipping comp.
Yep we're back for a ripper midweek round of NPL Victoria Football with an additional easter treat of FFA Cup action. We take a look at all of the results including Port Melbourne putting 5 past St Albans, Eastern Lions smash and grab 3 points, Heidelberg knock off the Knights and an FFA Cup round of Cupsets.We also take a look at the upcoming fixtures in the NPL Women's Victoria competition which kicks off this weekend and Bran and I decide to work as a team in order to be less shit at tipping.
Another absolutely ripper round of NPL Football this week with Knights and Avondale playing out a very tight draw. South Melbourne get goal happy against Altona and Oakleigh and Heidelberg build some good recent form. Bransen admits to being late to something andwe we also see how much Bran knows about movies...again.
Knights get a big 3 goals and 3 big points after going a man up. Avondale put 4 past Dandy City. Heidelberg go a goal down, like that ever bothers them, then win! An insanely waterlogged day of fixtures on Saturday provided some great NPL moments. Heidelberg leave it late to come from 2 goals down. Avondale lose to 10 men Green Gully and the Knights throw the game away at the death. We also put Bransen's knowledge of Wrestlers to the test and we find out that someone reviewed us on Apple Podcasts like over a year ago.
What a ripper weekend of NPL Victoria Football. Bentleigh and Port Melbourne put on a friday night barn burner. Alun Webb is a Knight in shining armour and the Eastern Lions put in a shift at the lakeside. Regrettebly we also upset Bransen's mum which is a bit sad, but we more than make up for it.
We are well and truly back and this week we'll take a look at the first matchday of the NPL Victoria 2021 season. We will also be recording with less errors than last week apart from the bit at the very start where I announce it as Matchday 2. Yep, Hume keep their unbeaten start to the season going. There were great goals from some usual suspects this week but are they truly great goals if the goalkeepers have a mare? We discuss the worlds most venemous creatures and Will gets a pint at the prancing pony.

Well nobody saw that coming in the NPL Victoria, Bentleigh reverse their form and get a smash and grab win against Green Gully. Oakleigh score twice and keep a clean sheet in a fast paced and exciting elimination final, setting them up for a tasty semi final with Avondale. We discuss the NPL 2 East and West and the restructuring of the 2nd and 3rd dividion. Oh and of course we pick on Bransen for not having seen common movies.
