Today, I'm speaking with Kate and Bryan, the team behind Ciao Cielo in Port Melbourne. We talk about how they adapted through Covid, how their vision for the restaurant has evolved, and what it takes to keep things moving in a fast-changing hospitality world. From sourcing ingredients to managing a busy service, it's clear their passion for what they do hasn't wavered. I first visited Ciao Cielo back in 2018, not long after they opened in their new home, the beautifully restored Port Melbourne courthouse. There was something immediately striking about the space: grand but welcoming, with a sense of purpose and care behind every detail. That balance of warmth and precision seems to echo what Kate and Bryan aim for in the kitchen and on the floor. A lot has changed on the hospo landscape since then, but their commitment to thoughtful, generous hospitality is as strong as ever, as is their limoncello, which they make in-house and insist you try. It's just one small example of the way they do things properly, with heart.

I'm the owner of two dental practices, also the founder of Dental Nachos and Dentist Job Connect. I love this exercise by Michael Arias. Awesome job. One of the things that will guide me in 2025 is remembering, reinforcing how important it is to have redundancy, another R word, with your team members.Life happens when you're making other treatment plans and dental practices and businesses are so vulnerable. by not having a bench of team members that can step in and fulfill roles, whether it's the lead dental assistant or a surgical prosthodontist, or it is a success coordinator in your business. So I want to focus on making sure I am always in a hiring mode.Always able to build my bench. Always knowing good people who can help me. It doesn't mean they need to be hired tomorrow, but just, ABC, always be connecting And I want to change that to ABH, always be hiring, always be looking for new talent. What we do is so complex as dental practice owners and things have happened in 2024 that have left my practices vulnerable, left them stressed. And I want to commit to always be hiring, always be looking for new talent. It's not easy to do in the midst of getting through your day to day, but it's so important to the long term success and sanity of your business, your dental practice, and you.Dr. Maggie Augustyn: Maggie Augustine, Happy Tooth Elmhurst, Illinois. This is a lesson that we keep learning every single year, and I am wondering, and actually I am praying, that this year the lesson sticks. And the lesson is that no matter how much We plan and plan over and recheck the plans that we make for both our personal life and our practice life. They don't always end up coming to fruition the way that we had hoped. And life, no matter which perspective we take, and no matter which way we look at it, and no matter whether it's our personal or professional life, we'll continue. to change and evolve. And we must learn to accept those changes, and we must be able to pivot with those changes.truth be told, some of those changes, despite not being planned for, end up truthfully. Becoming our greatest blessings. And I think that's what I look forward to the most next year.Dr. Avi Patel: So a key lesson from this year that will guide me in 2025 in my personal and professional life is the concept of focus. So I think now more than ever, I have clarity on terms of what I want to do and what I like to do. And after having new addition to our family this year, our daughter, she is eight months old. I'm focused as a dad to be the best version of myself, to have better boundaries with work and home life and with my business and supporting doctors. Learn about and implement clear liners in their practices. I am very clear on what I need to do. And one of those things is to be able to continue to support the ones who are currently in the program and to stay consistent with my messaging, to be sure that I'm getting in front of the doctors who are looking for this program as a solution. So that is what I'm taking in 2025. And I hope you will do the same cause focus is key for anything that you do.Dr. Brittany Dickinson: A key takeaway that I learned a bit from in 2024 that I really want to lean into in 2025 is marketing in terms of community building and almost pulling back a little bit from that technical branding. So what I mean by that is technical branding in terms of a perfectly curated Instagram feed with, colors that all flow together. And, it looks like it's almost been arranged, having a beautiful background for every single reel, things like that, and leaning into building a real sense of community. And what I mean by that is really blurring the lines between my personal life and my business life. When you think about it, dentistry really is a personal business. We work really up close with our patients, especially me as a cosmetic dentist. I am getting to know them really well, and in turn, they get to know me fairly well, also. And I want them to be choosing me because they trust me, they like my work, but they also like who I am as a person. And this is something that was brought up to me by some of my patients that came into my practice this year. They said that, one of them said a friend had recommended to me, one had just seen my business page on social media, and both of them noticed that my personal page was set public. And so they started watching who I was, what I do, and that's what really got them to come in, because they saw that we connected on certain things, besides the fact that they liked the dentistry that I did.And it made them trust me, because I was showcasing who I was. And not only did we say have a friend in common, we also had yoga in common. They could hear me talk through stories and things like that, that I'm more likely to do on my personal page. And they already felt like we had connected on that trust level. And when we came in, I felt that trust already and it made our first appointment go so, so well. So for me, what that's going to look like going forward is keeping up my business page, keeping it there so that people can find it at least, but really when, in terms of building my community, focusing on that through my personal page, doing a lot more on stories, doing a lot more. That's uncurated. just showing who I am, but also showing a lot of dentistry on my personal page, which I haven't done in the past, actually. Something that I've changed maybe in the last two or three months where I'm actually sharing some of my before and afters, which I never used to do. I used to be so terrified that my friends would be annoyed and that they didn't want to look at teeth. And some of them don't, and I'll show up less often in their feeds. But for those who do, it reminds them, Hey, my friend Brittany, she's a dentist. She can help you and they're more likely to talk you up to their co workers, their friends, things like that. So I'm making that little shift in 2025 and I'm really excited to just be able to show up as who I am all the time instead of arrange and make sure my makeup looks good, my hair looks good, the background looks good. It's so much less energy and I think it shows up much more authentically.Dr. Fern White: Hi there, it's Dr Fern White here from Beacon Cove Dental, Port Melbourne in Australia. Now after 21 years of being a dentist and 15 years now of practice ownership, I would have to say that the most important thing that you can invest in, in your practice, in your business, is yourself the CEO, as the owner, hopefully you're the owner and not the operator. So obviously it's so important to make sure that you're upskilled as a clinician and on top of all the technology and all the amazing things that are coming your way in the world of dentistry. But it is more important to into leadership by Practicing what you preach by actually spending time upgrading yourself emotionally, mentally, physically, so that you can have vitality, have energy, but also move away from the doing doing, doing, and allow yourself to flow and be in nature and just to rest your brain.away from those beta brainwaves and allow expansion and creativity where the new ideas come through. So really it's important to put yourself first and focus on some things every single day. The small incremental things that you put away will be the best for you. So you are your best investment.Dr. Kyle Stanley: Hi, this is Dr. Kyle Stanley, and my advice for the coming year would be to focus on your mental and relational health. I think so many doctors put all their focus on their patients, and that sounds very just, and it sounds very virtuous, but if you treat patients, or if you run a practice, you know that if you're not in a good state of mind, you're not doing your best. You're not efficient, you're not performing well, if you're tired, if you're going through depression or anxiety. So as the plane goes down, remember they say put your own oxygen mask on first. And sometimes we need to do that. It's not selfish, it's actually selfless. So when you're in a good place, you can lead your team, you can treat your patients better, you can be there for your family. And that is my. Biggest takeaway from the last few years, and that's why I think it's become one of my main focuses on teaching other doctors now. Thank you very much.Dr. Milca Mendez-Ceballos: This is Dr. Milca from Positive Pediatric Dentistry, and looking back at the year, something I'm taking away, and I wish I would have done a better job of, but I still hope to implement into next year, is really just celebrating each of the milestones of the startup journey. There's so many things that go on, and we worry about the next thing, and the next KPI, and the next way to improve collections, and the next way to improve our marketing, and How can we do more? But being more present in the now and celebrating the now and being more grateful in the now is something that I hope to implement starting now and taking further. So hope everyone had a great year.Kiera Dent: Hi, my name is Kiera Dent, and I am the owner and founder of the Dental A Team Consulting, and something that I noticed as we head into 2025 of key lessons that I learned personally, but also from working with hundreds of offices across the nationI think we're in this new era of how we live and how we do our lives. And so really a lot of our offices this year, it was making sure that our practices are set up to fulfill our personal lives to make sure that we're forecasting this year going into 2025 of what vacations Am I going to take to spend that time with my family? What things do I need to do for my body and for my health to make sure that I am my best self for my practice? And it's been interesting because as we've consulted hundreds of these offices and talked to these doctors, when they start to shift to put themselves first, To make sure that their lives are there and then they're able to build their goals around what days off are we going to take? What vacations are we going to build in? What provider goals do we need to set? The practice actually comes together in an incredible way. And so really, really, really taking that into 2025 of you, need to have your practice set up to serve you, to serve your life. You took the risk. You went in, you built a practice. And if that practice is not serving you and allowing you to live that fulfilled highest level life with your family, with your friends, with your personal self, what are we doing and what do we need to change? And so really thinking about the doctors that have done this this year successfully, who are building their leadership teams, who are helping them to grow into this new area, I think is something really important to take. And I know that might sound a little woo woo. It might feel like, are you kidding me? But this year, personally for myself, I actually had a complete and total life breakdown in the end of June. And I took a month off in July for personal health reasons. And it was crazy because I felt like I actually had a forced reset of what are my priorities? What are the things that really matter to me? And I realized in that time. That life is my passion and dentistry is my platform and thinking about what are the lives that I'm helping the doctors that we coach and what are goals and ambitions that they want and are they really living this fulfilled life and doing that at their highest self to be able to then serve at the highest level of dentistry. And when I was able to get that 30, 000 foot view of my own personal life, it was crazy how much came into perspective. It was crazy to realize how Much I was exhausting rather than replenishing. when I started going to the gym again and when I started going to therapy and when I started spending time with friends and family, when I started doing hobbies that fulfill me, I started to become a better CEO and I watched hundreds of offices do the same thing. And so I really think as we head into 2025, set your intentions of the practice in the life that you want to have. And let's make sure that practice is fortifying you is growing. You is driving you. And it's something where I'm so excited because we're bringing dentists together in person next year to be able to share their tips of how they're doing this successfully. We're bringing leadership teams together to be able to help those doctors thrive and not just survive. I think a great quote from Tony Robbins is success without fulfillment is the greatest failure and you can have all the money in the world. You can have the production. You can have the things, but if you're not fulfilled and happy and healthy and having those incredible life relationships, what are we really doing here?as you head into 2025 we're not just going to survive in 2025, but we're actually going to thrive. And that's something I'm just so excited about with our online and our virtual consulting at Dental A team and helping you have that dream life with ease, helping you have that practice that grows you.So thinking of my own life, yeah, this year it's, building my own personal life, making sure I've got the time for the things that fuel me and inspire me so that way I can show up and be my best self. And I would encourage you to do the same.

Chris Wong, chef and co-owner of Lilijana Eatery in Port Melbourne, brings a unique culinary story to Melbourne's food scene. A former professional hockey player who spent nearly a decade travelling to and from Scandinavia for the winter season, Chris was inspired by the comfort and tradition of the Nordic cuisine he ate in his friends' homes. His restaurant, named after his wife Christine's grandmother, Lilijana, blends Scandinavian and continental European flavours with a focus on house-made sourdough, smoked salmon, and pickles. Chris actually trained and worked in industrial design, but always wanted to work with food. With lockdown and more time on his hands, he volunteered at Gradi to learn some skills and he worked with various mentors in the hospitality industry. Chris and his wife, Christine initially started with a food truck making pizza before transitioning to running Lilijana Eatery with Christine's sister, Steph. The café's thoughtful menu, warm hospitality, and Chris's commitment to sustainability have already earned it a spot in Good Food's top 20 cafes, a testament to their hard work and passion. Chris is a driven chef with an insatiable desire to learn more and he loves sharing everything that he learns with his customers both in the café and in the classes he teaches upstairs on Bay Street. I loved hearing Chris' story and I can't wait to go back to Lilijana Eatery to try more Scandinavian treats.

The Tiffy Group is known for its imaginative venues which transcend the ordinary. Ryan Spurrell is Executive chef for and so oversees the group's Goldilocks Rooftop Bar, House of Correction, Lost Boys, The Clarendon and latest Snow White inspired beauty, Mirror Mirror Rooftop Lounge. I spoke to Ryan in The Clarendon which has recently been renovated and is a really beautiful makeover of the great bones of the original Clarendon Hotel, established in 1858 and then had a quick trip up the elevator to rooftop Mirror Mirror. Melbourne loves a rooftop bar and this one might only be three floors up but gives absolute rooftop energy, as well as some Mediterranean influences in its greenery and tiling. You can see out to Port Melbourne as well as see the city from a different perspective. Ryan grew up watching cooking shows on television and was fascinated by watching the techniques used by the chefs. Drawn to fine dining, he has worked in some of my favourite Melbourne restaurants such as Vue de Monde, Estelle and Matilda as well as top London restaurants, The Ledbury and Pollen Street Social. He also worked in Ho Chi Minh for eight months and was loving it before the experience was cut short by Covid lockdowns, but he brings to The Clarendon and Mirror Mirror some of the flavours he discovered and loved there intertwined with the food he has grown up cooking.

Sam Newman, Mike Sheahan and Don Scott - 'You Cannot Be Serious'
Dane Swan (born 25 February 1984) is a former elite professional Australian rules footballer who played for the Collingwood Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL) Swan was drafted with pick 58 in the 2—1 AFL draft, and made his debut in Round 13, 2003 against the Western Bulldogs. Known as a prolific ball-winner, Swan averaged almost 27 disposals per game over his career. Swan was a premiership player, a Brownlow Medalist, a three-time Copeland Trophy recipient, a Leigh Matthews Trophy recipient, and a five-time All-Australian. Swan was notably runner-up in the 2017 reality TV show I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! on Network Ten. Early life Swan was born in Melbourne to Billy and Deidre Swan. He is a direct descendant of Thomas Flanagan, an Irish convict transported to Australia in 1849. His father Billy Swan was a highly decorated footballer in the VFA, winning the J. J. Liston Trophy twice and playing a competition record 302 games with Port Melbourne and Williamstown from 1976 to 1993. He grew up playing junior football for the West Meadows Football Club in the Essendon District Football League and attended St. Bernard's College in Essendon before playing his under-18 football with the Calder Cannons in the TAC Cup. Swan's performances at the Calder Cannons were ordinary and he was perceived by some recruiters to be a larrikin with questionable kicking accuracy and work ethic, however, Collingwood showed an interest in him as a potential late maturer in the mould of his father. Career Swan was recruited by the Collingwood Football Club with pick 58 in the 2001 AFL draft. He made his debut in June 2003 at the age of 19, though he only played three games (against the Western Bulldogs, Richmond and Essendon). Swan managed just 30 games in his first four seasons in the system at Collingwood, and although he played some solid football in that time, he was not regarded as outstanding. He played much of this time with Williamstown, which was then Collingwood's VFL affiliate, and he was a member of its 2003 premiership team. In 2006, he broke through, playing 21 games and finished sixth in the Copeland Trophy voting. Swan mainly rotated through the midfield and moved forward when required. His first nine weeks were productive, averaging nearly 26 disposals and kicked 15 goals, before a hamstring injury suffered against Brisbane Lions in round ten sidelined him until round thirteen. 2007 was considered his breakout season as he placed fourth in the Copeland Trophy and was a surprise packet at the Brownlow, leading for most of the night before finishing sixth with 20 votes. 2008 The 2008 Copeland Trophy winner had a strong year averaging twenty-five disposals, seven marks, three tackles and one goal a game. Swan led the team in total disposals (590) and kicks (368), second in marks (163), and third in handballs (222) and tackles (75). He had 14 games of 25 possessions or more and kicked two or more goals on six occasions. Round 10 against West Coast was one of Swan's best, collecting 34 possessions, 10 marks and two goals. In round 14 against Sydney, he had 30 touches and 13 marks. 2009 In the 2009 season, Swan averaged 31.8 disposals, 7.8 marks, 3.0 tackles and 5.4 inside-50s per game. He was one of the AFL's most prolific ball winners, along with being an in-and-under specialist winning the contested ball at most stoppages whilst also running hard. In Collingwood's 2009 round 10 clash against Port Adelaide, Swan obtained 48 possessions, 22 kicks and 26 handballs. This was the best disposal count in a decade and was then the third highest-recorded disposals count in one match, behind Greg Williams' 53 and Tony Shaw's 50. It was a record since the length of game quarters was shortened from 25 minutes to 20 minutes in 1994, until surpassed in round 22, 2011 by Adelaide's Scott Thompson (51 disposals). He was ranked third for total inside-50s, fourth in total goal assists, first in total kicks, fourteenth in total handballs, first in total disposals, tenth in total marks, fifth in inside-50s per game, thirteenth in goal assists per game, second in kicks per game, second in disposals per game. He was voted runner-up at the AFLPA MVP awards (polling 584 votes), finishing behind Gary Ablett (688). He was regarded as one of the front-runners for the Brownlow Medal but finished outside the top ten. Swan was selected in the 2009 All-Australia team, but controversially as a half forward flanker, rather than as a midfielder, which is his usual position. 2010 Swan averaged 31.8 disposals, including 19 kicks per game, totalling a then AFL record 820 disposals for the season. On 6 September, Swan won the AFL Players Association MVP Award (Leigh Matthews Trophy) after a vote by the players. That year he was also elected as the ruck-rover for the All-Australian team. His consistent season was a cornerstone to Collingwood's fifteenth premiership, to the point of having his tattoos referenced on the Herald Sun premiership poster. Swan finished third in the Brownlow Medal count, having started favourite. On 31 October in the International Rules Series he won the Jim Stynes Medal. At the conclusion of the season, Swan became only the fourth-ever Collingwood player to win three consecutive Copeland Trophies. 2011 With Swan's contract at Collingwood due to expire at the end of 2011, there was much pre-season media speculation over a possible move to new AFL club Greater Western Sydney. This was put to rest during the lead-up week to the season's commencement when Collingwood announced that Swan had signed a new three-year deal, committing him to the club until the end of 2014. Swan started 2011 in the same good form as 2010. He attained 40 disposals in round 2 against North Melbourne but sustained a quad injury close to the midway point of the season and his form deteriorated. Collingwood decided to send Swan, with teammates Brent Macaffer, Darren Jolly and Nathan Brown, to a high-altitude training camp in Arizona in an attempt to help the players recover faster from their individual injuries. The trip proved effective for Swan, with an immediate effect on his playing performances. In the next six games after his return, he had an average of 35.3 disposals per game with a strong effort against Essendon with 45 possessions and a goal. He later won the 2011 Brownlow Medal with 34 votes—setting a new record for the most votes polled in a count under the 3–2–1 system, which was later surpassed by Patrick Dangerfield in 2016. 2012 Swan received some criticism early on in the 2012 season and was accused of being unfit and "too fat". In the annual Anzac Day clash, Swan won his first Anzac Day medal as best on ground after a one-point win over Essendon, with forty-two possessions, three goals and six tackles during the game Swan missed two games midway through the season due to a hamstring injury, then returned for the Queen's Birthday clash in Round 11 against Melbourne, where he finished with a game high 42 possessions. Strong performances over the following two months saw Swan rise in the Brownlow Medal betting, to become one of the favourites behind Jobe Watson, Scott Thompson and Gary Ablett. Swan was later found to have broken a pledge made by the playing group to abstain from drinking alcohol for the remainder of the season. He was suspended for two games as a result. Swan had over 40 disposals in six different games, reaching a new career high of 49 against Hawthorn in the round 17 loss, he also didn't have below 25 disposals. Swan over the home and away season averaged 35.7 disposals (career high and AFL record since stats were recorded) and 1.2 goals a game. Despite missing four home and away games Swan still finished fourth in the Brownlow Medal count and averaged more votes per game than anyone else in the top ten. He was named on the bench in the All-Australian team, his fourth selection in his career. 2013 Swan started the season averaging 30 possessions in the first three matches. In round 4, Swan played his 200th AFL game against an unbeaten Richmond, producing an almost best on ground performance (thirty-five disposals, six marks and one goal) and was only bettered by teammate Travis Cloke, who kicked a career best seven goals. At the end of the year Swan averaged 31.2 disposals, 5.7 marks, 3.4 tackles, and 5.2 inside-50s per game. He finished first in overall disposals, and equal seventh in total inside-50s. Swan was selected as the ruck-rover in the 2013 All-Australian team, the fifth consecutive year he was included. Swan finished third in the Brownlow Medal with 26 votes, losing by two to the winner Gary Ablett, and one to second-placed Joel Selwood. 2014 After wrist surgery in the off season, Swan started the season slowly, with an average of 22 disposals in the first three rounds, including just sixteen disposals in round 2. It didn't take long for him to find his form though, including thirty-five disposals and eleven marks against North Melbourne, and twenty-six disposals and four goals against Essendon to earn him his second ANZAC medal. 2015 After 2014, a year that Swan described as putrid. He returned to career-best form in 2015, averaging twenty-nine disposals and one goal per game, as well as reaching the 250-game milestone. Swan notched 30 disposals in 11 games during 2015 and played every game in 2015 apart from Collingwood's round 23 clash against Essendon due to a knee injury he sustained the week before. Although Collingwood missed the finals, Swan arguably proved to critics that at the age of 31 he is still able to play high-quality football at an elite level. 2016 In the round one clash against Sydney, Swan was badly injured after landing awkwardly on his foot, breaking three bones, including a Lisfranc. The injury ruled him out of the rest of the season, and in August he announced his immediate retirement from the AFL. Statistics A prolific ball-winner, particularly in the latter part of his career, Swan lead the AFL in total disposals on four occasions and total kicks on five occasions. Swan accumulated an average of 26.85 disposals per game during his AFL career, which at the time of his retirement was the second-highest average of all time behind only Greg Williams (26.88 per game).

Round 1, 2024 is upon us. The quicker our pre-season is forgotten the better. It's time to look ahead to what will hopefully be an exciting 2024 and there's no better to start the season than a clash against our arch rivals, Essendon, in front of a 75,000+ crowd at the MCG on a Saturday afternoon. The make up of our Round 1 side will be fascinating. Unfortunately, injuries to key players during the pre-season have made things incredibly difficult for match committee heading into the early rounds of the season.Let's take a look at how I think the team will look in Round 1.The backlineOur first choice full back James Blanck suffered a season ending ACL injury in the intra-club a few week's ago. Talk about a disaster. 25 year old key defender Ethan Phillips, who recently joined Box Hill from Port Melbourne, was promoted to the list and is a chance to play against the Bombers. I think he needs a few weeks at Box Hill and Sam Frost will get the first crack at full back. Frost will have a huge job against Peter Wright this week, and the last time Frost played on Wright, he kicked 6.0. Josh Weddle, Karl Amon & Jarman Impey will provide the run, whilst Jack Scrimshaw & skipper James Sicily will fill the other roles. Our backline is in for a world of pain if our midfield struggles like they have all pre-season.The midfieldPeter Crimmins Medalist, and arguably our best midfielder Will Day suffered a stress fracture in his foot and will miss at least the first 5 weeks of the season. If we are looking at the positives, it will give an opportunity for a couple of our young guns in Cam Mackenzie and Henry Hustwaite to earn a spot in the team over the opening few weeks. Both Mackenzie and Hustwaite were shining lights in the pre-season and will both get opportunities to play early on in the season. For Round 1, there's only room for one. Jai Newcombe will once again lead the midfield and despite playing under 55 games, has become one of the best inside midfielders in the AFL. James Worpel & Connor Nash need to stand up and provide Newcombe with more support. They have both had average pre-seasons and with Day out, the pressure will be on. The Bombers best midfielder is Zach Merrett - does Finn Maginness play to tag Merrett? With Darcy Parish in doubt, the question will be, do the Hawks go head to head, or play a tagger? If Merrett has under 20 touches, the Hawks should win. The wing position is also an interesting watch at selection. Former Bomber Massimo D'Ambrosio has impressed this pre-season and deserves to play against his former team. Josh Ward is another one that's played predominantly wing this pre-season. In my opinion he is not a wingman, but his ability to play inside mid cements his spot in the team. Harry Morrison finished season 2023 in good form and seems to be a Sam Mitchell favourite. I have him just missing out for Round 1.The ruckMajor alarm bells. Ned Reeves had some quality games last season but his issue to run out games and ability to impact around the ground was a big problem. From what I've seen this pre-season, it's going to carry over into season 2024. As we saw last season, the Reeves and Meek combination doesn't work, so unless Reeves is injured, Meek will be playing at Box Hill this season. The forward lineA completely new and exciting look for season 2024. Former Tiger and Sun Mabior Chol has arrived to partner Mitch Lewis & to help Reeves in the ruck. Collingwood premiership player Jack Ginnivan comes in to partner Luke Breust and the exciting number 5 pick in last year's draft, Nick “the Wizard” Watson. Dylan Moore is set to play after suffering glandular fever in the pre-season. His class and leadership will be crucial throughout the season. We also welcome back Jack Gunston, who will provide great experience and leadership. I can see Gunston playing as a swingman early on in the season. Expect him to spend time down in the backline and to play at least 15 games this season. The most interesting move this pre-season has been Blake Hardwick's move forward. Can it work? Here's my team for Round 1:FB: Impey Frost SicilyHB: Scrimshaw Weddle AmonC: D'Ambrosio Nash WardHF: Macdonald Lewis HardwickFF: Breust Chol Ginnivan R: Reeves Newcombe WorpelINT: Watson Gunston Moore Mackenzie (Hustwaite)EMG: Phillips Mitchell Morrison Ramsden Injured (not considered): Day, Wingard, Jiath, Blanck, Grainger-BarrasUnder the pump: James Worpel, Connor Nash, Josh Ward, Sam FrostWhat do we think, Hawks fans?
