*This Episode originally aired in 2020.Why is it that women are often harshly judged for owning their sexuality? How do these societal perceptions impact our relationships and our views on monogamy? We're challenging the norm in this episode, taking a deep look at the controversial topic of slut shaming, where our guests, two friends of different genders, share their experiences and perspectives. We don't shy away from the uncomfortable. We grapple with the definition of 'slut' according to the Oxford English Dictionary and the negative connotations it carries. We also explore the history and implications of the word, while encouraging all women to define their own level of freedom and sexuality. It's an empowering conversation that also sheds light on the unhealthy culture of women being overly critical of each other. We're encouraging you to take a good look in the mirror and empower the woman staring back. The conversation continues as we probe into the expectations and realities of monogamy in the modern world. We're honest about the complexities, questioning whether humans are inherently monogamous and the implications it bears on relationships. We also scrutinize the double standards that men face regarding their sexual prowess and autonomy. It's a frank and unfiltered discussion on sexuality, judgement, and empowerment. Don't miss out on this candid conversation, join us on SORYS On The Fringe.

"We are lovers him and I. Yes, ADHD is definitely male. I said it is" ~ Sorys Today's episode finds Sorys speaking about her struggles as a black woman with ADHD. In her haphazard way she hopes she can inspire others to seek help and not be scared to medicate. The stigmas that surround ADHD are enormously damaging to POC. Misinformation, misdiagnosis and the overall assumption that if you eat less of this or more of that you will be cured. for an hour and 15 minutes the puzzle of her brain is undone for everyone to hear. as she says, the stigma is pervasive and we have to be able to talk about it before we are able to fully understand it.
This Episode is a reminder that she's still here. Sorys Speaks about Ego-Purchasing and the fallacy of "Boss Bitches" Inspired by some dude she just followed on the Gram 30 seconds ago. She can't even remember his @. Roll your eyes. Harder. She's looking for a new assistant and blah blah blah. Enjoy. And let's pray she finds an assistant soon. Writing these descriptions in the 3rd person is weird.
Season 2 has been quiet. Sorys has been making strides in her Art Studio, or on only Fans. We aren't sure. She started saying this episode was going to center around relationships and how soon is too soon to get married and or shack up. But the entire hour is spent on what she has been doing and the struggles of being black in America, today. Hopefully this episode is all she needed to get her foot back in her mouth. I meant water. You probably already knew that. *Disclaimer: This episode doesn't reflect the views of anyone that may employ Sorys, or sponsor het in any way. After a short hiatus, she is back! This episode finds her speaking about rules for situationships/entanglementsthis generation has made them the norm, yet it seems people dont follow basic rules and regulations when it comes to maintaining them. She wanted for it to be formatted from 1-10 but you know she can't walk a straight line if she tried. Insightful and hilariously entertaining.
In this episode, and in true "Sorys Fashion" she speaks about the changes happening on social media. She debates about wether or not she will delete Instagram. She touches on the debates of masks and the politicizing of the global pandemic of 2020.

This episode is late (nothing new)But its worth the listen.Sorys Goes on and on and on about why her kids won't be leaving the nest anytime soon. Slut-shaming is the act of judging an individual for their sexuality. A simple but delicate subject. Everyone thinks that their definition of a slut is the valid one.My hope is that we stop trying to define people. So this episode is dedicated to the all the women that have at one time or another been made to feel like loving themselves and loving sex is wrong! Listen as I discuss my thoughts on the subject. At the halfway mark, listen as I speak to "Mr" about it.Things turn hairy because he was a hostile guest. I literally had to dim the lights and get comfortable for him to utter a word. Disclaimer, or, Use At Your Own Risk. If overthinking and self doubt were a person, this first episode is where they live. In this introduction, Sorys tries to introduce herself but is sidetracked. She manages to discuss what not to expect among other things. Take no offense and rest assured that she doesn't indeed think, babies are born ugly.
