This is my first ever attempt and hopefully successful podcast created. Its called Throw Ya Weight Around. It's pretty much just a fun and enthusiastic podcast that I originally started as a hobby. I ask some buddies to join the show with me so the conversation can be bountiful and never-ending. The two gentlemen on this episode serve in the military with me and wanted to share some stories and perspectives. Had a blast doing it and look forward to completing more episodes.
