In this episode, I reflect on something I am constantly trying to get my players to understand - the more we make a habit of making our actions reflect the person WE WANT TO BE and not just a generic version of someone else - the more we are able to focus on "What's Important Now," the more we exhibit mental toughness.
Breathing is not dependent upon an innate skillset that you are either born with or not. It is not a cultural predisposition. It is not confined by racial or gender limitations.
