    In this episode, Zach and Cesco acknowledge the severity of how conflict manifests in our daily lives. Both co-hosts discuss different types of conflict (internal vs. external) and how our perception of these conflicts ultimately determine the reality of our experiential nature. Additionally, both aim to break down the societal stigma that conflict takes away, or negates, from individual experience, or meaning. They pose the idea that conflict is natural, necessary, and important for introspection. With this idea, Zach discusses a variety of ways in which one can proactively handle conflict with themselves, and/or with other people.     The 6th episode of The B.O.N.E. podcast is dedicated to a very special someone that touched the lives of so many. Pia Cicia, Cesco's grandmother, took her last breath on Saturday, November 25th, 2021. In their podcast, which was filmed four days prior to her passing, Zach and Cesco ironically discuss the most unpredictable and uncontrollable moment of all…death. By reframing the way we look at death, both co-hosts remind us that the love, memories, vibrations, and energy transmitted between family and friends stay with us forever. Death should not be judged and feared, but rather symbolized as a reminder for what remains constant through life. They also remind us that attachment is the root of all sadness, and the more we hold onto something, the harder it is to let go. Pia Cicia, although a woman of many talents, was a woman of love. A woman who carried love in her heart despite life's adversities and misfortunes. Zach and Cesco remind their audience that living The B.O.N.E. lifestyle is not easy, but by remembering our loved ones and carrying on acts of kindness and love, we can make the ones who are not physically with us anymore the most proud. In loving memory of mother, grandmother, sister, and much more, Pia Cicia, thank you. Thank you for what you've taught us, and most of all, thank you for your LOVE.
