New year, clean slate, and a mixtape that refuses to play it safe. We kick things off with ASAP Rocky's Helicopter, a three‑minute charge from Don't Be Dumb that sets a confident tone for a tightly curated run through surprise genres, sharp writing, and risky ideas. From there, we veer into Band of Heathens shifting into country textures, then drop into Iron and Wine's porch‑warm melancholy and Anna of the North's neon‑lit take on love bombing—two songs that hold the tension between wanting connection and protecting your heart. We swing the mood with Gorillaz and Sparks on The Happy Dictator, a sing‑along satire that skewers savior posturing across politics and boardrooms. Then Baz Luhrmann's team reassembles Elvis “DNA” into Wearing That Nightlife Look, all horns, gospel lift, and prime‑era presence. For a different kind of high, Illenium teams with Ryan Tedder on With Your Love, an EDM‑pop crossover built on sturdy songwriting and cathartic drops. We keep it playful with Chinese American Bear's No No Yeah Yeah, a bilingual indie pop hook that's all sunshine and earworm, before turning the amps back up with Silversun Pickups and their familiar, satisfying alt‑rock grit on The Wreckage.Juliana Hatfield offers a gentle anthem for choosing yourself with Harmonizing With Myself—finding rhythm in solitude and reframing pain—then we take a bold detour into French rap with Ninho and Freeze Corleone, where flow and cadence carry the emotion beyond language. Finally, Logic bends format with The Ballad of Rooster Jenkins, a long‑form narrative that spends seven minutes building a world before the beat lands, proving story can still command attention in a skip‑happy era.Tap play, follow our Song of the Day for daily gems, and share this mix with a friend who needs a fresh soundtrack. https://music.apple.com/us/playlist/sam-2026-january-new-music/pl.u-e2kEmIWl941Y1. In this Mobile Metron episode, Bishop Jim Swilley tells the raw, unfiltered story behind his mother's fall, the impossible decisions of elder care, and the unexpected “angels” who showed up right on time. Then he pivots into a provocative teaching on Chronos vs. Kairos, why guilt keeps us trapped, and why Jesus' words to Peter in John 21 sound a lot like modern caregiving. Along the way, he challenges fundamentalism, reframes “the fall,” and asks the question most of us avoid until life forces it: Are you trying to live longer… or live freer? 5 takeaways Chronos measures life. Kairos interprets it.Chronos is the clock/calendar; Kairos is the “time-out-of-time” moment where meaning snaps into focus (anchored by “my times are in your hands” — Psalm 31:15). Elder care isn't a “curse” — it's a season.Swilley reads Jesus' words about aging and dependence (John 21:18) as less “doom” and more “this is what long life often looks like.” Guilt isn't proof you're loving. It can be a leash.A care team's permission—“you don't have to come every day”—becomes a spiritual release: love can be real without self-punishment. Be specific about the life you're asking for.Not just “more years,” but “more years with clarity, mobility, and peace,” reflecting on the idea of long lifespan (Swilley references 120 years; see Genesis 6:3) and the cost of unmanaged longevity. Your life becomes lighter when it becomes useful. The old hymn idea—“If I can help somebody, my living shall not be in vain”—turns into an inventory of legacy: what you built, who you lifted, what your presence changed (echoing the wisdom of “teach us to number our days” — Psalm 90:12). Pull-quote (from the episode) “Focus on the kairos time of your life. Don't be so obsessed with the chronos time.” Scriptures referenced (with citations) “The kingdom… brings out… treasures new and old” — Matthew 13:52 “The Spirit of the Lord… liberty to the captives” — Isaiah 61:1 (also echoed in Luke 4:18) “The tongue of the learned” — Isaiah 50:4 “Let there be light” — Genesis 1:3 “My times are in Your hands” — Psalm 31:15 “Rightly dividing the word” — 2 Timothy 2:15 “The heavens declare the glory of God” — Psalm 19:1 “Man shall not live by bread alone…” — Deuteronomy 8:3 (quoted in Matthew 4:4) “I AM” — Exodus 3:14 “I desire mercy, not sacrifice” — Hosea 6:6 (quoted in Matthew 9:13 and Matthew 12:7) Curses / sweat of brow / labor pains — Genesis 3:16–19 Jesus & Peter on love, feeding sheep, aging, and “what is that to you?” — John 21:15–22 “Teach us to number our days” — Psalm 90:12 “120 years” — Genesis 6:3 “Blessed when you come in and go out” — Deuteronomy 28:6 “No plague… near your dwelling” — Psalm 91:10

Common law can feel like a chaotic patchwork of 50 different jurisdictions. But for the last century, the American Law Institute (ALI) has worked to distill that chaos into clear, persuasive principles. We sit down with Mark Hall, the lead reporter for the Restatement of the Law Third, Torts: Medical Malpractice, to discuss how these influential texts are written and why they often carry more weight than a standard law review article. In this episode, we cover:The "Goldilocks" Standard: How the ALI synthesizes the "best" version of the law from conflicting state approaches.Medical Malpractice Deep Dive: Defining the "Standard of Care" and navigating the controversial Loss of Chance doctrine.A "Secondary" Source with Primary Power: Why judges often rely on Restatements to settle issues of first impression. The Laboratory of the States: Why a little legal variation across the country is actually a good thing for the profession.(00:00) - Introduction: The Chaos of Common Law and the Role of the ALI (03:24) - What is a Restatement? In this episode, Laurie explores the energies shaping January 2026 — the first month of a Universal 1 Year, a collective cycle of rebirth, new beginnings, and leadership through light. January carries the vibration of a Universal Month 2, highlighting intuition, partnership, sensitivity, balance, and emotional intelligence. This 2/1 dynamic creates a field where the drive to initiate (1) is softened, refined, and guided through collaboration, compassion, and inner listening (2).Key themes of the 2/1 frequency: • Alignment through intuition rather than force • Building foundations through partnership, collaboration, and supportive alliances • Emotional attunement guiding practical new beginnings • Harmonizing masculine and feminine energies • Allowing ideas (1) to find coherence, connection, and sustainable flow (2)Laurie reminds us that January is not only about what we start, but how we build — with integrity, heart, and intention. As she shares, “The soul's vision must have structure, and structure must serve the soul.”This episode invites you to begin again — to let your heart lead and your purpose take form as you step into the energy of 2026.Send us a textSupport the showThanks for listening - For questions or comments email Laurie at Laurie@yourlifecore.comInstagram @yourlifecore or Twitter @yourlifecore Facebook https://www.facebook.com/YourLifecoreWebsite www.yourlifecore.com
STRONGER BONES LIFESTYLE: REVERSING THE COURSE OF OSTEOPOROSIS NATURALLY
In this follow-up conversation with Dr. Anil Bajnath, MD, Debi Robinson explores how precision medicine can be used not to “bio-hack” the body, but to bio-harmonize it — restoring balance, resilience, and clarity in the bone health journey.Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all recommendations or waiting for disease to show up on a DEXA scan, this episode focuses on understanding the body's internal signals earlier. Dr. Bajnath explains how stress, gut health, blood sugar regulation, sleep quality, and recovery capacity directly influence bone remodeling and long-term fracture risk. This episode is especially empowering for women who feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice and want a calmer, more intelligent path to supporting their bones. What You'll Learn in This EpisodeThe difference between bio-hacking and bio-harmonizing your healthWhy stress can override even the best nutrition and exercise planHow gut health and blood sugar regulation affect bone strengthWhat wearables and continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) reveal about inflammation and recoveryWhy sleep quality is a critical bone-building factorHow inflammation quietly accelerates bone lossWhy balance and awareness matter more than extremesAction Steps You Can Take TodayPrioritize sleep — this is when bone repair and cellular regeneration occur.Reduce inflammatory foods temporarily to calm the immune system.Support digestion first before adding more supplements.Manage stress daily through breathwork, yoga, or gentle movement.Use data tools wisely — short-term tracking for insight, not obsession.Choose balance over extremes in exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle.Resources & Linkshttps://debirobinson.com/stronger-bones-lifestyle-podcast-take-control-of-your-bone-health/Healthy Gut, Healthy Bones Program: https://debirobinsonwellness.thrivecart.com/hghb-self-paced-group-program-pp/Learn More About Dr Bajnathhttps://anilbajnath.com/Debi's TakeawayBone health isn't about chasing perfection or controlling every variable. It's about restoring harmony — supporting digestion, calming stress, improving sleep, and listening to your body's signals.Precision medicine gives us clarity, but awareness and lifestyle give us power. When we bio-harmonize the body instead of fighting it, bones respond.
Geoffrey Shugen Arnold, Roshi - ZMM - 12/30/25 - Harmonizing inner and outer life is the essence of our practice, says Shugen Roshi in this koan talk from Rohatsu sesshin. Those habits of mind which obstruct our harmonious equanimity, keeping us from feeling whole and at-ease, are the very grist of practice. When we settle the mind, even in the midst of discord, we become clearer and more able to trust in our true nature. - From the Book of Serenity - Case 68 - Jiashan "Swinging the Sword"

About Dylan Papa:Dylan Papa is a seasoned healthcare technology executive with more than a decade of leadership experience at Zelis, where he has played a central role in driving commercial growth, transformation, and data-driven strategy. Now serving as Senior Vice President of Commercial Growth, he brings a strong track record of expanding revenue, shaping organizational direction, and guiding high-impact initiatives across the payments and cost-management ecosystem. Throughout his tenure, Dylan has held progressive leadership roles spanning growth and transformation, payments transformation, business insights and analytics, and business solutions—each one sharpening his expertise at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and financial operations. His career began in analytics and business development, giving him a grounded, operational understanding of the industry he now helps steer at a strategic level. Backed by a foundation in finance from Montclair State University, Dylan combines analytical rigor with a forward-looking mindset, making him a trusted leader in navigating complex healthcare challenges and scaling innovative solutions.Things You'll Learn:Providers increasingly want secure, simple, and expedited transactions supported by actionable data. This shift gives them more control while improving payer efficiency.Modernizing payments isn't just about speed; it's about giving providers a single, transparent view of all transactions across multiple payers. This visibility helps them reduce denials, identify payment discrepancies, and forecast revenue more accurately.Consumer expectations for transparency and personalized benefits are pushing healthcare toward more flexible, customized models. Younger generations especially demand clearer information and greater financial control.Fragmentation remains the biggest obstacle in modernizing healthcare payments, from legacy tech stacks to inconsistent treasury processes. Harmonizing these systems is essential for building a seamless, end-to-end experience. The next frontier is transforming payments from an administrative task into a strategic asset. When speed, transparency, and control converge, every stakeholder—payer, provider, and consumer—wins.Resources:Connect with and follow Dylan Papa on LinkedIn.Follow Zelis on LinkedIn and visit their Website.

Episode #1063 In this episode, we revisit a raw and honest conversation about what happens when masculine and feminine energies get out of sync in a relationship. This isn't about old-school gender roles. It's about energy, leadership, trust, and polarity — and what happens when those things go missing. Doug and Coach Chris unpack why so many men are stuck trying to be the "nice guy" and how that often leaves their partner feeling more like a caretaker than a lover. They dive into what women actually want: leadership, decisiveness, and safety. Most men have stepped back from this role without realizing it. They talk through what it looks like to lead from the heart, how to rebuild polarity, and small moves that shift the energy fast. If your relationship feels flat or disconnected, this conversation will hit home. Want to learn how to lead without trying to fix everything? Send us a textGet your Cosmic Tower at: https://thewellnessenterprise.com/product/cosmic-tower/?twe=AquarianWaveUse code COSMIC10 at checkout for 10% off your own Cosmic Tower. What if the harmful EMFs saturating our environment could be transformed into healing energy instead? Nico Martins, former high-achieving corporate leader and Cosmic Tower spokesperson, reveals how this revolutionary technology is restoring balance to our lives and our planet. After his mother's passing triggered an unexpected spiritual awakening, Nico discovered that conventional science acknowledges only about 2% of our reality. The remaining 98% exists beyond the speed of light in the subtle realms where everything connects through resonance. This understanding became the foundation for his work with the Cosmic Tower – a device that mimics nature's sacred power spots by creating a toroidal energy field using special rainbow water and crystals.Unlike conventional EMF protection that attempts to block harmful frequencies, the Cosmic Tower works through harmonization, changing the quality of energy fields to benefit living organisms. Users report profound improvements in sleep, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing. The technology creates what Nico calls "a personal sacred power spot" in your home, similar to the energetic qualities found at ancient temple sites built on the Earth's natural power centers. The most remarkable aspect is the tower's range of influence. While personal-sized models harmonize approximately 300 feet around your home, the larger 7-8 foot towers can positively affect areas with a radius of 250-310 miles. With over 800 large towers throughout Europe and a growing network in the United States, this technology is building what many call a "grid of light" to support humanity's evolution during these transformative times. As Nico explains, "Don't worry so much about the future. We have the solutions to every problem we have." The Cosmic Tower represents one such solution – a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern challenges that reminds us of our inherent connection to nature and our ability to create harmony in a chaotic world.Ready to experience this remarkable technology for yourself?
