Episode #1063 In this episode, we revisit a raw and honest conversation about what happens when masculine and feminine energies get out of sync in a relationship. This isn't about old-school gender roles. It's about energy, leadership, trust, and polarity — and what happens when those things go missing. Doug and Coach Chris unpack why so many men are stuck trying to be the "nice guy" and how that often leaves their partner feeling more like a caretaker than a lover. They dive into what women actually want: leadership, decisiveness, and safety. Most men have stepped back from this role without realizing it. They talk through what it looks like to lead from the heart, how to rebuild polarity, and small moves that shift the energy fast. If your relationship feels flat or disconnected, this conversation will hit home. Want to learn how to lead without trying to fix everything? In this episode of SCW for Pharma, Evren Ozkaya welcomes Steve Chakrabarty, former Director of Global Business Process and Technology at BD, now a consultant and advisory board member for supply chain activities at Rutgers Business School. With over 15 years at BD in various leadership roles across operations, manufacturing, and digital transformation, Steve brings a wealth of experience to the discussion. The conversation begins with the often-overlooked cash flow dimension of life sciences supply chains. Steve explains that while many companies maintain a strong P&L focus—driving growth organically through innovation or via mergers and acquisitions—the balance sheet side, especially working capital, is frequently neglected. He stresses that collecting cash quickly, reducing inventory levels, and maintaining healthy internal processes are essential to sustaining operations and funding innovation. Comparing branded and generic pharma models, Steve notes that low margins in generics make holding excess inventory inefficient, while higher-margin branded products can justify larger inventory buffers.Steve cautions against relying solely on extending payables with suppliers to improve cash flow, calling it an unsustainable long-term strategy. Instead, he advocates benchmarking performance against peers and ensuring operational efficiency. Cash flow, he emphasizes, underpins critical decisions—whether to fund R&D, invest in digital transformation, or scale operations. Many digital transformation initiatives, he adds, can be self-funding, generating immediate cost savings or throughput gains, especially when deployed through cost-as-a-service models. The discussion then shifts to the intersection of M&A integration and digital transformation. While post-acquisition efforts often prioritize integration over modernization, Steve argues that both can progress in parallel with a smart approach. Harmonizing processes between entities, aligning with market needs, setting clear operational rules, and defining integration timelines are essential for ensuring business value and smooth change management.Evren and Steve conclude with career advice for young professionals: gain hands-on experience, seek diverse responsibilities, and develop a holistic view of the supply chain to connect the dots across functions.

Nico Martins, former high-achieving corporate leader and Cosmic Tower spokesperson, reveals how this revolutionary technology is restoring balance to our lives and our planet. After his mother's passing triggered an unexpected spiritual awakening, Nico discovered that conventional science acknowledges only about 2% of our reality. The remaining 98% exists beyond the speed of light in the subtle realms where everything connects through resonance. This understanding became the foundation for his work with the Cosmic Tower – a device that mimics nature's sacred power spots by creating a toroidal energy field using special rainbow water and crystals.Unlike conventional EMF protection that attempts to block harmful frequencies, the Cosmic Tower works through harmonization, changing the quality of energy fields to benefit living organisms. Users report profound improvements in sleep, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing. The technology creates what Nico calls "a personal sacred power spot" in your home, similar to the energetic qualities found at ancient temple sites built on the Earth's natural power centers. The most remarkable aspect is the tower's range of influence. While personal-sized models harmonize approximately 300 feet around your home, the larger 7-8 foot towers can positively affect areas with a radius of 250-310 miles. With over 800 large towers throughout Europe and a growing network in the United States, this technology is building what many call a "grid of light" to support humanity's evolution during these transformative times. As Nico explains, "Don't worry so much about the future. We have the solutions to every problem we have." The Cosmic Tower represents one such solution – a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern challenges that reminds us of our inherent connection to nature and our ability to create harmony in a chaotic world.Ready to experience this remarkable technology for yourself? Humans are in a tough spot right now. Seems like everyone's talking about AI disruption, how to "stay human," why humans will be more or less important, and on and on. But one thing remains certain: business transformation will fail without a human-centric approach. In this episode of The Trending Communicator, host Dan Nestle sits down with change management and change communications legend Kate Bullinger, CEO of United Minds, to discuss the critical role of human-centric approaches in managing organizational change. With over two decades of experience partnering with senior executives on enterprise transformations, Kate shares her wisdom and insights on building purpose-driven cultures and high-performing teams. From M&As to restructuring and leadership transitions, Kate and Dan examine the complexities of change management in today's constantly disrupted business environment. They explore how AI and technology can enhance communication strategies while emphasizing the importance of maintaining a human touch. Kate offers practical advice on creating effective change playbooks, addressing employee concerns, and navigating the challenges of fractured audiences within organizations. Listen in and hear about... Human-centric approaches to organizational change and transformation The importance of creating a "North Star" vision for change initiatives Leveraging AI tools to enhance change management strategies The impact of employee advocacy on organizational reputation and change efforts Future leadership challenges in an AI-driven, hybrid work environment Notable Quotes Human-Centric Change: "Change can't happen if you don't bring the humans along for the journey.” - Kate Bullinger [04:25 → 04:42] Communication During Uncertainty: "Even getting out there and listening and being present can quell a lot of those concerns or at least let people know that there's no new information to share. I think that's something that's really consistent across any kind of change because at the end of the day, it's really about human behavior. Right. And people don't like change." - Kate Bullinger [11:37 → 12:03] Employee Engagement: "The more people feel like they've had a voice or they've had some fingerprint on the process, the more they feel bought in." - Kate Bullinger [29:08 → 29:31] Future Leadership: "When you think about 10 years from now, what is it going to look like to lead a large global organization? I don't. Those leaders won't be in their jobs anymore.” - Kate Bullinger [1:03:52 → 1:04:20] Change Management: "It's not that people are processing faster, but that our ability to engage them in a meaningful and more targeted way that's stakeholder-centric. Even inside the organization, I think is where we want to lean into AI and technology." - Kate Bullinger [1:04:20 → 1:04:35] Resources and Links Dan Nestle Inquisitive Communications | Website The Trending Communicator | Website Communications Trends from Trending Communicators | Dan Nestle's Substack Dan Nestle | LinkedIn Dan Nestle | Twitter/X Kate Bullinger United Minds | Website Kate Bullinger | LinkedIn Timestamps 0:00 Intro: AI content debate on LinkedIn 5:07 Human-centric approach in business transformation 10:37 Challenges of communicating during change 15:42 Creating a North Star vision for change 21:52 Types of business transformations 28:31 Leadership behaviors during organizational change 34:18 Navigating uncertainty as a communications leader 40:19 Using AI tools for employee sentiment analysis 45:11 Developing a modern change management playbook 51:53 Communications teams as organizational nerve centers 59:55 Unique skills gained from managing transitions 1:03:26 Future of leadership in evolving workplaces (Notes co-created by Human Dan and  Flowsend.ai ) Learn more about your ad choices. This week on the Healthy Mouth Movement Podcast, we got real about something most people overlook: your child's health doesn't start in the gut—it starts in the mouth. And as a dental hygienist, mom, and someone who's been through the ringer with personal health battles and my daughter's challenges, I created the SHIFT Method to make sure no one else has to walk that path blind. Key Takeaways: -Why oral health is foundational – Your mouth is ground zero for everything: bacteria, inflammation, sleep quality, and yes—even your child's behavioral issues.-What I wish I knew sooner – From breastfeeding to thumb sucking, and pacifiers to my daughter's night terrors and bedwetting, I connected the dots between early mouth development and long-term health. Join us for this Feminine Power Time, Embracing Life's Jacket : 5 Inquiries to Find Clarity & Courage in Choppy Waters - one of the four Power Pauses we do each year, this one focused on the energy of Equinox, Harmonizing. Taking a Power Pause quarterly is one of the best practices for decreasing anxiety, increasing clarity, receiving guidance and gaining courage. When we pause at near the equinoxes and solstices, our internal rhythm aligns with the natural rhythm... we gain clarity on how to focus in the coming months + we take a stand to ensure you have the support and structure you need to hold you. Power pauses are a personal-leadership best practice, and a wise way to run your business, organization and team. Also must if you want to stay centered, sustained and sane in our current world. Every year I hold power pauses at this 4 key shifting points, the equinoxes and the solstices, March, June, Sept and Dec - within the Feminine Wisdom Way Collective, and for leaders  of teams, companies and organizations in which we do "Cyclical Strategic Planning." While the structure of each Equinox power pause is the same, every year we are different and every year the world is different. So I change up the flavor and focus based on what's needed.  This year, I felt compelled to share with you a series of 3 inquiries shared with me by one of my long-time mentors - Pele Rouge Chadima co-founder of Timeless Earth Wisdom. Plus 2 sustainable success and wellbeing inquiries we ask every year at this time.  The wisdom and inquiries have def been a life jacket for staying above the choppy waters of chaos, finding my way back to center when I fall  off my 'life raft," and answering the call to what's taking me into bigger waters.    It all centers around "Trusting Life" which is different than "trusting the Universe" .. in subtle but pretty profound ways - both are needed.  The first part of this episode I share what I have been learning through this lense of Trusting Life that has truly been a life-jacket. The second part I will take you through a ritual - like a labryrinth - with 5 inquiries to help you tune into the messages Life has for you, where your resistance might be, and what is calling you to accept and center into so you can receive the gift Life is trying to offer.  See you there,   Christine p.s. SHARE THIS POWER PAUSE WITH A FRIEND ... go through the inquiries together and then this year become re-harmonizers for each other when you get the wobbles or can't seem to find your centered truth.  ***** RESOURCES Wisdom Inquiries - Access on Feminine Power Time Podcast Page Timeless Earth WIsdom and Pele Rouge - https://www.centerfortimelessearthwisdom.org/  Other Equinox Power Pauses - These inquiries are different than the ones I  have done in Equinox Power Pauses in the past, but those inquiries are also still valid for finding imbalances, shifting habits, setting focused intentions - you can access the library of Equinox Power Pauses here.   CONNECT: Subscribe to Christine's Monthly Wisdom Letters - https://christinearylo.com/wisdom-letter-signup/ Linked in: https://www.linkedin.com/in/christinearylo/ Feminine Wisdom Cafe - private online community: http://www.FeminineWIsdomcafe.com You Tube: https://www.youtube.com/c/ChristineArylo
