Hi, friends! In episode 14, we talk about journaling. I go over my favourite journaling products/books and why I recommend regularly journaling and making it part of your routine. Journaling is so cathartic. When you take on free-writing, you can be surprised at what comes out of the deepest parts of your mind! It's a great tool for self-reflection and clearing your mind.
