In this episode Jane and Emily talk about cards and card reading, the many types and styles of cards and the varied meaning of the different cards. In this episode Jane interviews Emily about her history of mediumship, and psychic art. Asking questions such as “when did it all start? What do you see in the future for yourself?” and many other questions. In this episode Jane and Emily give a quick guide to crystals. They discuss their shapes and forms, as well as what ones we should go for.  This is more go for ones that you are attracted to.Jane also noted that since lockdown there has been a big increase in crystals and from the younger generation.  They are also very much aware of which type or one they want eg amethyst. Whereas older generations are not sure which one they want or need.Emily pointed out that the use of crystals in technology is longstanding, and is still used today, such as quartz in watches, and then they were used in old fashioned radios and t.v.s.  Today however crystals are being used in the use of spirit radios in which they are used to tune the radio to be able to hear spirit voices. Also diamonds are used a lot in engineering and drilling equipment.Jane talked about a few crystals and some of their properties, these are her notes, and these crystals may have many more properties, which were:·        Red Jasper; sustains and supports during times of stress and brings tranquillity.  Absorbs negative energies.  Supports during prolonged illness and re-energies the body.  Balances Yin and Yang.·        Rhodonite; is a stone of compassion, an emotional balancer that clears away emotional wounds and scars from the past, and nurtures love.  It heals emotional shock and panic.  Encourages unselfish self-love and forgiveness.·        Citrine; never needs cleansing.  It clears and regrenerator of other crystals. Grounds negative energy.  It is a stone of abundance.  Teaches how to manifest all good things.  Raises self-esteem and confidence.·        Carnelian; removes fear of death.  Grounds and anchors to present reality.  Trust yourself. Clarifies perception.  Protects against envy, rage and resentment.  Balances emotional negativity. Increases fertility.·        Selenite; cleans and purifies it's environment and crystals.  Also charges other crystals. Clears negative energy.  Its calming properties ideal for meditating and spiritual work.  Opens the crown and higher chakras. In this episode we discuss meditation.  If you are just starting to do meditation or tried it in the past it can be difficult, Jane and Emily give some tips on this topic.  If you not tired meditation there are many to be found on YouTube, but it best to listen to them before as if you don't like the voice then it is not going to work for you.  We also said that the position that you are in does not not matter so much as long as you are comfortable.  You can sit on the floor with your back to the wall legs out, sit crossed legged, on a chair, lie down on the floor or bed.  The top tips  Get comfortable - you may want to fidget but just breathe through it or shake it out. With a guided meditation find a voice that you like such a Gordon Smith Start of in short amounts of time i.e 5 minutes, and build up the time slowly. Most importantly if you start over thinking, concentrate on your breathing, a steady in for about the count of 4 hold and the out for the count of 4.  Breathing is the key!

In this episode we discussed who are spirit guides, what they can do, and when they are near to us.  We also talk how they can help us when it is needed , for example we may have guides that come close to us when we are healing.  It was also discussed if spirit guides stay with us for a life time or just for a short time.  It soon became apparent that how we get taught as to the aspect of spirit guides.Spirit guides, can stay with us for a long time but they can change too and they are not always a native American Indian, and we may not always know who they are.Are gate keepers different from spirit guides? This too was looked into, saying that Gate Keepers do have a specific role to play in looking after those who are doing readings.
