You may imagine your vasculature as a vast and silent network of tubes, dutifully carrying blood, oxygen, and nutrients to every organ and tissue. These vessels seem purely mechanical, like plumbing hidden behind walls, doing their job quietly and invisibly. Yet modern biology has revealed a far richer and more surprising reality. Blood vessels are lined with living, sensing, responding cells called endothelial cells, and these cells are anything but passive. They listen to chemical signals, respond to stress, regulate traffic, and communicate constantly with the immune system.
In this episode, Junior shares the story of one of his early adventures toward appearing on television. At just twenty-one years old, he made a decision: he was going to be on TV. Instead of wishing for it, he took action. With the help of a kind and patient Bishop from the Mormon Church, Pogo Poge, aka Bishop Morgan White, that opportunity became reality. Junior appeared during the final two months of the beloved Checkers and Pogo show, playing the role of the mailman and stepping into a dream he had declared years earlier.Years later, while working in radio, a producer created a television special about the show. And even though she knew Junior had been part of it, he was somehow left out of the production. It wasn't the first time he had been overlooked. As he explains, he was never part of the popular clique in any field he entered. Recognition didn't always and hardly ever came from the system, but fulfillment did.The deeper lesson is this: you can be in the system without belonging to it. You can live in the world without being defined by it. Gatekeepers, cliques, and control mechanisms do not determine your destiny. Your dreams are not dependent on approval. When you understand that God lives within you, and that divine energy responds to what is embedded in your subconscious, you realize that no external structure can limit what is meant for you.So the question becomes: What are your dreams? As Junior always says, Life is short. Live your dreams, Hawaiians! If you listen to this podcast, you're an honorary Hawaiian. James Tucker recently had his business page removed from facebook because another business with a similar name in Atlanta told them he was using their name and likeness. MAHD House Bar & Grille is registered business in the State of Ohio county of Lorain. Madhouse Sports bar & Grille is a DBA in Atlanta. He was unaware of this business till this incident and certainly don't use their name and likeness. Facebook removed the page after 9 years and thousands of dollars spent promoting the page because a company without the same name, logos or similar customers said he used their name and likeness. Even worse is that FB has no real tech support to address these issues. All you get is a foreigner with very little understanding of the appeal needed and attempting to navigate you through Facebook website. Facebook has gone as far as to remove the business address from being tagged. This is an abuse of small business by huge companies with no concern to what they are doing to a business that they excepted and encouraged to spend money to promote and build on their site.

Send a textWomen's Power to Heal Mother Earth by Maya TiwariMaya Tiwari's discourse emphasizes the urgent need for individual and collective awakeningamid the interconnected global crises impacting humanity and the planet. These crises include climate change, poverty, hunger, political instability, inequality, healthcare and education deficits, the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and potential pandemics. However, beyond these visible issues lies a more insidious challenge: the shadowy consolidation of global control through a digital framework, particularly under the 2030 global agenda, which threatens humanity's identity, freedom, and sovereignty.Key InsightsInformation Overload and Distraction: The rapid flow of overwhelming information surpasses human nervous system capacity, leading to distraction rather than empowerment. Media sensationalism and staged political conflicts serve as deliberate distractions, diverting attention from the covert construction of a “digital cage”restricting freedoms.Manipulation Strategies of Power Structures: Power elites use secrecy, fear, and controlled narratives to maintain dominance: Influence is traded via secrecy. Status operates as currency. Fear buys silence. Gatekeepers control access and outcomes. These strategies induce polarization, emotional manipulation, and social fragmentation, preventing structural clarity and true justice. The Role of Awakening: The antidote to this manipulation is awakening—an inner shift that strengthens one's mental clarity and emotional resilience. By recognizing and understanding control patterns, individuals can protect their personal frequency from being poisoned and reclaim their power to heal and transform.Humanity's Collective Power: Despite external chaos and power struggles, the collective human consciousness is emerging from complacency. The breakdown of old unspoken agreements that protected entrenched power is creating an opportunity for new justice founded on awareness, presence, and collective governance.Thematic HighlightsThe world's crises are interconnected and multilayered, requiring not only systemic change but deep personal transformation. The real battle is hidden behind everyday distractions, with powerful forces orchestrating a staged sequence to maintain control.Truth is deliberately warped and weaponized to create tribalism and confusion, hindering unified responses.Safety and justice do not come from authority but from individual and collective awakening, reclaiming sovereignty through understanding and presence.Healing the Earth and humanity begins with reclaimingSupport the showMay Peace Be Your Journey: Maya's approach transcends modern feminism by advocating for a holistic restoration of balance, moving beyond the fight for basic rights to reclaiming the innate power of the divine feminine, which includes procreation, forgiveness, nourishment, and cosmic creativity. Join host David Watson for a candid and wide-ranging conversation with his returning guest, author Martin R. Nelson. In this episode, they tackle everything from the universal comfort of cookies and milkshakes to the heavy burdens of self-doubt and financial struggle. Martin opens up about his hectic life juggling a full-time teaching job, a move, and a second child on the way, all while promoting his latest high-fantasy novel, The Culling of Souls, the sequel to Children of the Dying Hearth. He shares the profound themes of his Annals of Tessian series, exploring how characters must leave their comfort zones and "cull their souls" to grow. The discussion then pivots to the harsh realities of the creative world. Martin and David have a raw and honest talk about the challenges of indie publishing, the feeling of creating for an empty stadium, and the constant battle with the question: "What will people think?" They also dive into broader societal issues, touching on the housing market, the paradox of tolerance, and the state of free speech and politics in the UK and beyond. This week Jamal and Chris talk about recent Wayfarer news, including eMiLy's photo-edit outage, ongoing email issues, and a reminder about properly handling location edits through help chat instead of inching Wayspots around the map. They also react to some listener comments before diving into the main topics. In Topic #1, they discuss a “Measure Twice, Cut Once” approach to nominations, introducing a practical pre-submission checklist. They cover the importance of strong photos, clear unique features, accessibility details, cultural or historical context, and smart use of supporting images to answer reviewer questions before they're even asked. In Topic #2, they explore whether reviewers are actually getting better—or if the so-called gatekeepers have simply disappeared. They break down possible reasons for faster approvals, including improved submitter quality, shifts in the reviewer pool, and potential backend or automation changes. They also challenge the “gatekeeper” label, talk about community bias, and ask whether quality could drift if approvals stay this fast. THE MENDOZA STORY130 schools said no.He led the losingest program in college football history to a national championship anyway.Fernando Mendoza was a 2-star recruit from Miami. He tried to walk on at his hometown school. They passed. So did FIU.So did FAU.So did everyone else.At 17, he was sitting in his bedroom, crying over a silent recruiting inbox—after driving to 18 camps with his dad and sending highlights to more than 100 programs. Not one FBS offer. His only option? Yale. No scholarship. No NFL path.Everyone told him to be “realistic.”“Know your place.”“Be grateful.”He didn't listen.Because Mendoza understood something most people miss:The worst outcome isn't failing. It's never getting the chance to try.Two weeks before signing day in 2022, his phone rang.Cal needed a body. One offer. Out of 134 schools. He took it.He arrived as the third-string quarterback.Spent a year on the scout team.Lost his first four starts.Got sacked 41 times behind a broken offensive line.Still got up. Every time. Then Cal brought in a transfer instead of building around him.So Mendoza left the only school that had ever said yes.He transferred to Indiana—the losingest program in college football history.People laughed.“Career suicide.”“Graveyard program.”“Nobody wins there.”One coach told him something different:“I'm going to make you the best Fernando Mendoza possible.”That was enough.Mendoza wasn't just playing for football. His mother has battled multiple sclerosis for 18 years. Before every snap, he thought of her.“My mother is my why.”Indiana went 16–0.Beat six Top-10 teams.Won their first Big Ten title since 1945.Mendoza threw 41 touchdowns.Won the Heisman—first in school history.First Cuban-American to ever do it.Then came the title game.Miami. Near his hometown.Fourth-and-4. Season on the line.Quarterback draw. The kid 134 schools rejected spun through defenders and dove into the end zone.Game over.Indiana—national champions. The losingest program became the best team in America. All because a 17-year-old refused to believe “no” was the end.Rankings don't decide your ceiling.Gatekeepers don't write your ending.Being overlooked isn't a verdict—it's a starting point.Sometimes all you need is one shot…and the courage to bet on yourself when nobody else will.Don't quit.00:00 Thank You for Listening!18:31 Subscribe for More Content18:35 Join the Small Group Network18:43 See You Next Time! ★ Support this podcast ★

In this episode of Let's Get Dressed, I sit down with fashion PR and showroom powerhouse Shayna Honeyman, the founder of The Honeyman Agency, whose work has helped place brands on everyone from Hailey Bieber to Taylor Swift and Jane Fonda. Shayna represents some of the buzziest names in fashion right now — including Nour Hammour, Toteme, JUDE, Magda Butrym, Christopher Esber, and more — and has been at the center of how fashion visibility actually works today. We chat about how fashion's gatekeepers have changed, why traditional institutions like Barneys and Fred Segal faded, and how modern showrooms became the new filters of taste, access, and celebrity placement. She also shares the brand she has her eyes on, why she says no to some brands, and why authenticity always wins. Are popular OnlyFans creators and/or adult film stars too spicy for the CPG industry? While crossover attempts have been occurring for decades, a significant cultural shift…where the line between adult entertainment and mainstream influence is increasingly blurred, has more commonly allowed performers to achieve a different kind of celebrity and control over their careers. Though, beyond noticing a few “adult performers” utilized in marketing campaigns for vice categories like alcoholic beverages, illicit substances, or even certain dietary supplement categories…stodgy industry gatekeepers have kept deeper involvement (what appears to be) quite low. And maybe the best recent example happened after Urban Decay (a beauty brand popular with teens) recruited an explicit content creator, as global cosmetics giant L'Oréal faced public outcry…even though Ari Kytsya has a dual online persona producing hair and makeup tutorials for millions of social media followers.

Is the Republican Party Protecting Liberty or Policing Identity to Feel Comfortable?#GoRight with Peter Boykin CommentaryListen and Watch: https://rumble.com/v744v8c-is-the-republican-party-protecting-liberty-or-policing-identity-to-feel-com.htmlhttps://youtu.be/dVgaB20QDa0https://www.spreaker.com/episode/is-the-republican-party-protecting-liberty-or-policing-identity-to-feel-comfortable--69433132Read more: https://gorightnews.com/is-the-republican-party-strong-enough-to-survive-its-own-gatekeepers/ A Constitutional Republic does not survive by demanding silence from those who expose its contradictions. It survives when citizens are willing to challenge their own side before power hardens into habit and habit hardens into authority. What we are witnessing inside the Republican Party right now is not a fight between conservatives and liberals. It is a struggle between constitutional principles and institutional comfort. Between liberty as a boundary on government and tradition being repurposed as a tool of enforcement.Part of this conflict comes from a growing confusion over what “conservative” even means. For some, conservatism has become a matter of religion. For others, it has merged into an identity defined by being “anti woke,” which too often collapses into being reflexively anti gay rather than constitutionally grounded. These views are usually sincerely held, but sincerity does not automatically make them compatible with constitutional limits. For people like me, those versions of conservatism can feel less like a philosophy and more like a warning label. My conservatism is different. To me, conservatism means conserving our system of government and conserving our way of life through the framework of the Constitution and conserving limits on power so that no political majority, cultural trend, or moral panic can turn rights into privileges. That is why I reject the idea that being openly gay, unapologetically visible, and outspoken about equal protection somehow places me outside the conservative movement. The Constitution does not require me to shrink myself to fit a political coalition. It requires the government to restrain itself from choosing winners and losers under the law.I also reject the framing that says my identity should not “matter” to be accepted. That argument sounds reasonable until you follow it to its logical conclusion. If identity truly does not matter, then it should never be used as justification for denying civil rights, redefining marriage through the state, or carving exceptions into constitutional guarantees. Some Republicans say, “I am an American first.” So am I. That is precisely why I will not accept a government that treats some Americans as provisional.Conservatism was never meant to be a permission structure. It was meant to be a limit. A limit on how far the state can go into our lives, our families, our contracts, and our choices. When a party platform begins to sound like a moral licensing board instead of a constitutional restraint, something fundamental has gone wrong. This is not about rejecting family values. Strong families exist across this country in many forms. They raise children, pay taxes, build communities, serve this nation, and contribute to its stability. The state does not strengthen families by narrowing their definition. It strengthens families by getting out of the way and allowing civil society to function freely. And when organizations inside the party decide they get to determine who is “acceptable,” who is “too loud,” or who must be sidelined for refusing to conform, that is not unity. That is controlled opposition wearing a friendly label.I will work with anyone acting in good faith to expand liberty. I will oppose anyone, regardless of party, who treats constitutional rights as conditional.Because if we only defend liberty when it is comfortable, then we do not believe in liberty at all. That is the conservatism I stand for. Not religious rule. Not ideological purges. Not culture war loyalty tests.A conservatism that conserves the Constitution itself.Watch, listen, and read the full analysis at GoRightNews.com.#GoRight, #GoRightWithPeterBoykin, #GoRightNews, #ConstitutionalRepublic, #Conservatism, #RepublicanParty, #Gatekeepers, #EqualProtection, #FreeSpeech, #PoliticalCommentary, #SpokenWordPolitics, #CivilLiberty, #LimitedGovernment, #ConservativeDebateBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/goright-with-peter-boykin-gorightnews-com--3096608/support.

1 Chronicles chapter 26 details the organization of the gatekeepers and treasurers appointed to serve in the house of the Lord. These roles required trust, strength, and faithfulness, as they were responsible for guarding the entrances and overseeing the treasures dedicated to God. The chapter highlights that every assignment in God's work—whether seen or unseen—matters deeply. God values integrity, diligence, and order in those entrusted with His resources and His dwelling place. Make a plan with a clear timeline and communicate it to others so expectations are aligned. Make your own opportunities instead of waiting for ones to be given to you at your current job. Leverage professional organizations and your network to proactively get the skills and experience you need. Don't make assumptions. ask for explanations. Have the hard talks about what you want, why you want it and what you need to do to get it. Gatekeeping red flags: bad fit, toxic behavior, moving the goalposts, vague criticism that doesn't match the facts. What if the cure for our political fatigue is as simple as slowing down and looking at the evidence? We kick off a new series spotlighting Substack writers with journalist and historian Chris Bray, whose work strips away spin by linking directly to source documents, video and on-the-ground reporting. Together we map the contours of an epistemic crisis: the way one angle of footage becomes the entire narrative and how that snap judgment fuels outrage, policy mistakes, and deeper division. From there we follow the money. California and Minnesota have seen explosive growth in public spending, but residents struggle to point to matching improvements. Bray walks through allegations of social services fraud in Minnesota and the telltale response from officials: attack the messenger rather than open the books. We lay out a simple test any listener can run—pull the budget, tour your streets, and compare the line items to what you can see and touch. If the numbers swell while services stall, demand receipts, logs and outcomes. We dig into the loss of recipe knowledge inside institutions—grand goals with no workable steps. Homelessness plans multiply while encampments grow. The California high-speed rail, sold as an LA–SF link, stands today as scattered concrete in the Central Valley. Ignore the talking points and walk the site; steel either connects or it doesn't. Yet there are bright spots: when mission and method align, defense operations and shipbuilding show what competent execution looks like. That is the path back to stewardship—leaders who measure progress, adjust, and deliver. If you're ready to trade hot takes for primary sources and performance politics for real results, this conversation is your starting point. Listen, share with a friend who cares about evidence, and leave a review to help more people find the show. Then tell us: what should we verify next?Support the showEngage the conversation on Substack at The Common Bridge!
This episode, we're joined by Marc Lopes — powerhouse heavy metal vocalist known for his work with Metal Church, Ross the Boss, and Let Us Prey. We dig into Marc's path through the underground and professional metal worlds — from paying dues, finding his voice, and surviving the realities of the modern music industry, to what it actually takes to keep heavy music alive in an era dominated by algorithms and trends. But this is The Big Truth, so it doesn't stop at music. Marc and I also veer off into: · Control structures within the music industry · Gatekeepers, narratives, and who really decides what rises · The fine line between art, rebellion, and manipulation · Why questioning authority isn't optional — it's essential This is a raw conversation about music, truth, independence, and staying dangerous in a world that rewards conformity. If you're into heavy metal, underground culture, or questioning the systems behind the curtain — this one's for you.
Tara breaks down a sweeping federal crackdown unfolding in Minneapolis and beyond — from thousands of fraud and immigration investigators deployed, to explosive revelations about ghost daycare centers, suitcase cash operations, and decades-old investigations buried by Washington. As panic spreads among Democrat officials, Tara explains why this moment is different, how crime statistics are finally moving in the right direction, and why the media's narrative about “chaos” and “war” collapses under basic facts and long-standing law. This episode connects fraud, open borders, crime, censorship, and media deception — and shows why accountability is suddenly back on the table.
In this January 2 episode of The Daily Herold, Jon Herold delivers a candid, free-flowing broadcast that blends lighthearted banter with sharp skepticism about politics, media, and public narratives. Jon opens with audience interaction and sponsor reads before diving into financial updates, including national debt figures, Bitcoin pricing, precious metals, and frustration over the long-stagnant DOGE savings tracker, which finally updates with what he views as an underwhelming result. From there, the show moves into critiques of federal agencies, government accountability, and the idea that citizens are expected to be grateful for minimal progress. Jon challenges the notion that “we are the news now,” questioning whether alternative media truly represents the people or simply replaces old gatekeepers with new ones. The episode also covers Trump Truth Social posts, Iran rhetoric, Ukraine peace claims, Venezuela signaling openness to the U.S., activist judges, abortion statistics, tariffs, and cultural commentary. Jon closes by reflecting on Badlands Media programming plans, audience engagement, and ideas for future call-in formats, keeping the tone conversational, skeptical, and grounded.

Prophetic Gatekeepers guard the gates of God's truth! In a world saturated with endless information, discerning truth from falsehood is more critical than ever, especially within the prophetic realm. Let's take a deep dive into the vital role of a Prophetic Gatekeeper Manuscript Specialist – those who stand guard, protecting God's flock from harmful attacks and ensuring the purity of His message is NOT distorted by deceitful lies. Our mission is to help nonfiction authors, literary agents, and publishers prepare and release prophetic books that empower, equip, and encourage the body of Christ with God's truth without falsehood. In today's world, there's a growing trend of mixing New Age practices with Christianity, often for profit, but it deeply hurts God's flock! This can be incredibly damaging to believers; leading them astray, distorting their understanding of God's truth, and keeping them knitted with the enemy! Let's ensure that prophetic books and content accurately represent Jesus with integrity and purity, free from New Age influences, heresy, false religions, and fake healing practices. Welcome, writers and book lovers. The Bleeders is a podcast about book writing and publishing. Make sure you subscribe to the companion Substack: https://thebleeders.substack.com/welcomeToday's guest is Sari Botton, writer, editor, and publisher of the Substack hits Oldster and Memoir Land, joining The Bleeders to talk candidly about her unconventional path through publishing, why she ultimately chose ownership, longevity, and creative control over chasing traditional industry validation, and how she built a thriving ecosystem around her work.In this episode, Sari breaks down what it really takes to build a sustainable writing and publishing career outside the gatekeepers. She shares how she launched bestselling anthologies like Goodbye to All That and Never Can Say Goodbye after being repeatedly told “you can't do that,” what it was like working at Longreads during a pivotal moment in digital publishing, and why Substack ultimately gave her the freedom she'd been seeking all along. We also dig into her debut memoir And You May Find Yourself... and the realities of publishing creative nonfiction, including the emotional and ethical challenges of writing about real people, the importance of blurring and revision, and why small presses—and even self-publishing—can sometimes offer more protection and creative freedom than major publishers. This conversation is a must-listen for writers questioning what success in publishing actually looks like in the creator economy.Subscribe to Sari's Substacks Oldster, Memoir Land, and Adventures in "Journalism." This episode of Uncommon Sense with Ginny Robinson takes a hard look at the growing contradictions surrounding Erika Kirk and the direction of TPUSA's AmFest (or should I say IsFest). From Charlie Kirk's own recorded warnings about bad cultural role models to TPUSA turning around and platforming those very same celebrities (Nicki Minaj included) whose lifestyles openly contradict Christian teaching, the hypocrisy is no longer ignorable. We're breaking down how moral inconsistency, pop-culture appeasement, and ideological confusion are rotting the conservative movement from the inside out. America First cannot exist without Christianity first—not as a buzzword, not as branding, but as the moral and cultural foundation of who we are. And right now, we are watching our spiritual and national identity slip away in real time. When so-called Christian leaders blur lines, excuse the very behavior they once condemned, and choose influence over truth, they don't just lose credibility, they lose the plot (and they lose the people who trusted them). This episode is a call for honesty, consistency, and real conservative leadership rooted in the Christian values they claim to stand for. Not clout, not platforms, and not sinful worldliness. We don't need people playing leaders. We need actual leadership.—https://www.bible.com/

Opponents of UFO/UAP transparency have worked overtime to make life miserable for members of Congress who have demanded answers and honesty. Those House members who have been at the forefront of efforts to get straight answers about hidden programs and unauthorized spending have encountered fierce opposition, warnings to back off, and a brick wall of outrageous secrecy from agencies they are constitutionally authorized to oversee. Is the all-too-brief era of public hearings into UFO truth finished? Those murky agencies - the architects of the secrecy - certainly hope so. Three of the principal champions for UAP transparency in the House admit that more hearings into UFO matters are unlikely to produce the breakthroughs the public expects. But if future hearings are off the table, what's next? In this extraordinary episode of WEAPONIZED, Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp are honored to speak with three transparency warriors - Representatives Anna Paulina Luna, Tim Burchett, and Eric Burlison - to hear about the obstacles they've faced, why they've been thwarted in their efforts to speak with first-hand witnesses, surreptitious intimidation tactics, veiled threats, the possibility of presidential disclosure, and their under-the-radar plans for moving forward. As Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, Chairman of the Task Force on Government Secrets, put it: “Why are they blocking us if it's not real?” Good question. GOT A TIP? Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn were not peripheral figures in Jeffrey Epstein's world but central operators who helped build, maintain, and financially sustain his criminal enterprise. As Epstein's longtime lawyer and accountant, they created and managed the complex web of trusts, shell companies, bank accounts, and legal entities that allowed money to move discreetly while obscuring its purpose. Lawsuits filed by survivors and the U.S. Virgin Islands government describe them as “indispensable captains” of the enterprise, alleging they facilitated payments to victims and recruiters, structured entities to shield assets, and continued working for Epstein even after his 2008 sex-crime conviction. Though they deny any knowledge of abuse, judges have allowed civil claims against them to proceed, ruling that allegations of aiding and abetting trafficking are legally plausible and worthy of full discovery. After Epstein's death in 2019, Indyke and Kahn were named co-executors of his estate, giving them control over key documents, assets, and settlement negotiations, including a $105 million settlement with the U.S. Virgin Islands. Their continued gatekeeping role, combined with their status as beneficiaries of Epstein-linked trusts, has fueled criticism that the system has protected the very professionals accused of enabling his crimes. Despite being repeatedly named in court filings and investigative reports, they have largely avoided public scrutiny and congressional testimony. Critics argue that the failure to subpoena or question them under oath reflects a broader pattern of performative oversight, where political theater replaces substantive investigation into the financial and legal infrastructure that made Epstein's long-running operation possible.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com
