This podcast is to serve the purpose of getting the word out of what God has laid onto my heart. My hope is that you, the listener, will get something out of the word that I am bringing to you.
In this message. We talked about how Christ is in the middle of our crisis. We read in Psalms 34, the three things that He does for us in the middle of a crisis. 1. He hears us, 2. He delivers us and 3. He redeems us.
This morning we talked about the life of King David. How he found himself in a miry pit of feeling helpless and hopeless. God reached down and pulled him out of that pit and placed a new song on his heart. David now finds himself a place in the choir.
Im this mornings message. We talked about how Jesus had to go through Samaria to visit the woman at the well. How thankful we are that Jesus didn't pass us by and how he goes through "Some Area's" of our lives to draw us closer to him.
Tonights bible study we talk about the four hearts. Dealing with a selfish heart, dealing with a grieving heart, but also to develop a generous heart and a grateful heart.
In today's message. We talked about the Lord is our source of help. In this life of uncertainty we tend to lean on other sources for help. When all else fails when all need to look towards Christ as our ultimate source of help.
God didn't create us to wear mask over our hearts and spirits. We tend to cover ourselves with mask to hide the things we don't want anyone else to see. In today's message. We talked about the different mask we wear and the ways we can become overcomers by trusting in the Lord and allowing Him to transform us to the plan and purpose for our lives.
Looking at the story of Cain and Able. We talked about having the right attitude, doing what we know is right, God will cover is with His spiritual covering.
We need a wind from elsewhere to blow all the pollution that's in our society and churches in America. Pollution meaning all the things that is keeping us from serving God. We need a fresh wind to blow into our hearts and set us on fire for Jesus Christ.
We tend to hold on to certain things in our lives not realizing over time. They end up having a hold on to us. Until we give God all of our problems and set backs. They will always remain the same and never change.
Even when our hope and shattered dreams have gone away. When we are in the darkest times of our lives. The hand of the Lord has never left us.
Life has a way of shattering our dreams. Through the life of Joseph. We see all that came against him you stop his dreams. When we have the Hand of God on our lives. Nothing can keep our dreams from coming to pass.
Despite of everything that was around him and all that Joseph went through. He stood out as a rose among the thorns. Proving that no matter what you face. You can still rise to the top.
Not allowing our upbringing and past do define our future. God has given us the power to break and overcome generational chains that try to hold us back.
This Sunday morning we continued our sermon series Miraculous with the message titled Double Take. Three things we must be mindful of when receiving our miracle. 1. Transition 2. It's not the method but the message and 3. Look up. Hope this message encourages you and lifts your spirits.
God wants us to live and experience the miraculous every single day. We talked about three steps to living in the miraculous. 1. Open up to God's power 2. Do what He tells you to do and 3. Have faith in God.
We ought to come to the house of the Lord with a heart of expectancy to receive all that He has in store for us.
What Is Church? God wants us to come into His house to have a CONNECTION, CONVERSATION and COMMITMENT. Not just an experience.
God wants to empower us with His spirit that we may properly fulfill our purpose for the Kingdom.
God wants us to go into 2020 fully set free from the chains of bondage.
God wants us in walk into the New Year healed, complete, and made whole.
Finding out our purpose in God to fulfill the will and calling in our lives.
Starting the New Year in the right relationship with Jesus Christ. Talking about all the characteristics we receive through the precious gift of salvation.
In this message we talked about leaving all the things that keep us away from God. Going into the year 2020 with a fresh mind, fresh heart and spirit. I hope this message encourages you to walk into your new beginning with a new insight to draw closer in your relationship with God.
Talking about the woman caught in the act of adultery. How Jesus through our worst times. When we are condemned by the world, Jesus is there to restore our hope for tomorrow.
How God calls the ones that feel the most unqualified to do the extraordinary things for the glory of Him.
