After last nights show, I came to the conclusion that I need to face reality for a little bit meaning I need to get off of social media and stop doing the podcast for a couple of days/weeks. It wasn't a easy decision but I thought about what will be best for me and my mental state at this time. I've been getting bad news on bad news for the last 3 weeks and its taking a toll on me. Im tired physically, mentally, and emotionally. Hopefully, I won't need the whole 3 weeks. Hopefully 1 week or 2 will help me but I do need this time for myself.
