247 - In this super quick, totally unplanned episode, I'm sharing a little story about what happens when you're vibing high—and why it matters more than you think. We're talking about the ripple effect of your energy, being the influencer in the room (whether you realize it or not), and a simple practice to help you track the evidence of alignment and good vibes in your life. This isn't about toxic positivity—it's about seeing the real value in feeling good and showing up as the version of you that can actually attract the things you want. Let this be your reminder to protect your energy, notice the shifts, and own the way you move through the world.
✨ Sex Wasn't Healing—It Was Just a Distraction | Vibing with Jazel PodcastThere was a time I thought sex would heal me…But really, I was just running.Running from silence. From loneliness. From myself. In this raw, unfiltered episode of Vibing with Jazel, I open up about confusing pleasure with peace, and how I used intimacy as a bandage instead of a bridge to healing. We're diving deep into the truth about distraction disguised as desire—and the real work of coming home to yourself.
Hey beautiful soul—This episode is for every soft, sacred, self-aware being who's ever been asked:“Why are you still single?”And the answer?“Because I'm not rushing healing just to perform partnership.”In this poetic, real, and spiritually grounded episode of Vibing with Jazel, we explore what it means to choose you—before choosing them. This is a call to stop settling for struggle love, to heal before you pour, and to honor your spirit like it's the altar it is.We're talking:
Hey baby—This episode is for the healed but still got hands. For the ones who've outgrown chaos, but know exactly how to check someone politely.Because sometimes, protecting your peace means reminding folks:“I'm soft, not stupid. Watch your tone.”In this bold, poetic, emotionally intelligent episode of Vibing with Jazel, we get into:
We've all been there—torn between what makes sense and what we feel. But what if the real answer isn't in your head or your heart… but your Spirit? In this soul-deep episode of Vibing with Jazel, we unpack the divine tug-of-war between logic and emotion—and how to trust your inner compass when the noise gets loud. I'm talking emotional clarity, spiritual alignment, intuitive guidance, and healing through discernment.✨ Learn how to:Discern fear vs. faithBalance your divine masculine (logic) and feminine (intuition)Recognize when it's trauma vs. truthStop overthinking love, boundaries, and choicesLet Spirit speak and leadThis one's for the thinkers, the feelers, and the ones learning to listen deeper.

Sonia C. moved in with Sabrina! After years of talking about change, she is settling into her own space that is happy, clear, full of possibilities, and has an excellent next-door neighbor. Sonia T. is regretting not listening to a clear vibe that turned her recent plans upside down, but she's also recognizing the miracle in the mistake. If you're catching an unexpected vibe, say it out loud and then act on it! This week's theme is: Your guides have great things in store for you – go with it! Highlights: Sonia C. has the best new next-door-neighbor – Sabrina! [:40] Sonia T. didn't listen to the vibes, and then she missed out. [2:18] “Nana made a mistake” – name it to tame the shame. [8:50] How you handle mistakes is a mirror of how you talk to yourself. [10:46] Can you find humor in your mistakes? [17:05] Don't miss the miracle right in front of you. [18:45] Revenge is as dangerous as drug addiction. [22:31] Forgiveness is a genuinely healing power. [25:38] Be the immovable mountain, not the rushing river. [30:15] No one is as supportive as a group of empaths. [34:34] Tool of the Week: When you make a mistake, assume your guides wanted you to have a different experience. [38:55] Question of the Week: Do my guides support me even when I'm having an angry outburst? [44:34] It's not always easy to follow your vibes, but when they arise, you need to act! Sonia C. occasionally forgets to be graceful when acting on vibes, but the energy she feels can be so strong that if she doesn't acknowledge it, it comes out in full force. We all make mistakes, but you can name your mistakes to tame the shame that can accompany your errors. You can laugh, you can call it what it is, and you can move on. Sonia T. didn't let the vibes get down when she was accused of being rude at a concert, and Nana knew how to let her guides distract her when her ego was taking over. Don't get so fixated on the mistake that you miss the miracle in front of you. Revenge can be as dangerous as a drug addiction, and no one wants to be that fixated on the negative. When you feel the temperature rising, become the immovable mountain, not the rushing river that is crashing down and all around. Forgiveness is a healing power that you have access to every single day. Let its power work for you! Tool of the Week: When you make a mistake, assume your guides wanted you to have a different experience. Question of the Week: Do my guides support me even when I'm having an angry outburst? Suitability has been on my mind a lot lately. I was taking the pup for a walk the other day and as I passed a home in the neighborhood that was under major renovation, it got me thinking about the concept of design suitability. I have been thinking about it quite a bit actually. Design suitability could also be interpreted as creatively vibing. To be on the same creative plane, with an ability to communicate freely and effectively. Any designer or client who has experienced creatively vibing understands that the way things get done when people are sharing that headspace is, beyond compare. It's a rarity. Designer Resources Pacific Sales Kitchen and Home. Where excellence meets expertise. Monogram - It's the details that define Monogram ThermaSol - Redefining the modern shower experience. Without steam, it's just a bathroom. Design Hardware - A stunning and vast collection of jewelry for the home! - Where service meets excellence TimberTech - Real wood beauty without the upkeep When I got back to the house, I found a package leaning against the front door. I don't know about you but coming home to a package delivery still makes me giddy. It's that same feeling when you are out to eat and come back from the restroom to find your food waiting for you. Love that. The package was a book, so we have a new BOOKLOOK for you featuring the new book called Contemporary Living by Paul McClean of McClean Design. This book is a love letter to California and California living. This is an extraordinary book that opens with an essay about California living and the roots of residential design in the Golden State. You'll hear abut some of California architecture pioneers like Koenig, Gehry and Neutra that leads you through an exploration of McCleans work perched in the Hills of Los Angeles. These modern masterworks demonstrate McCleans understanding and respect for the origins of California living, followed by concrete examples of how he deconstructs the core ideas and presents the concepts within completely original works. It's a masterful understanding of how something works and possessing the talent and ability to take those ideas and reimagine them. That original idea of creatively vibing with others, the environment, and past works of long lost masters provides all the elements for something very special. Contemporary Living by Paul McClean guides you through a visual journey of the architecture, site placement, scale and material selection. Design books, when done right are treasures to those who love to look at the work. This one is special for those that not only want to see the work but to gather an understanding of the philosophical approach taken to the finished residence. Finding the right architect is critical to obtaining the right shelter space for each individual. That method of vibing creatively allows the design to emerge and adapt to the individual. I don't think we talk enough about the people when it comes to design. This monograph makes sure to focus on elemental ideas like land, water, light, elevation, and the California ethos, which is inextricably connected to people who long for the California feel. If you love modern design and contemporary living that California feel, you should get this book. Published by Rizzoli and you can find a link in the show notes. Brilliant monograph, Paul. Well done. Staying on the creative vibing theme for a bit longer, this episode of the podcast features a conversation with designer, Michelle Murphy of DemiRyan. One of the things that constantly troubles me is the idea that design is a universal concept. It's not. Design is personal. The relationship between client and designer should be personal. That doesn't mean you have to be besties, you don't even have to like each other. Michelle and I talk about a number of things that point to this idea of suitability that can mean success or failure of the client-designer relationship.
