Hva er det som fører til et godt liv, og hva er det som ikke gjør det? Viggo levde som buddhistmunk i 4 år da han var i begynnelsen av tyve-åra, i India og Nepal. Videre tok han hovedfag i filosofi og en 3-årig utdannelse i kognitiv terapi. Han underviser i mindfulness og har gjort det i 25 år. Filip er utdannet fotograf, og mindfulness instruktør. Han er partner i to selskaper, reklamebyrået Shoots og produksjonsselskapet Gitte&Filip. Med to vidt forskjellige liv møttes Filip og Viggo for ti år siden på en café. Filip serverte kaffe, Viggo var stamgjest. Alle deres samtaler og nære vennskap gjennom disse årene har resultert i denne podcasten.
