TEMPO DE REFLETIR 01699 – 10 de março de 2026 Jeremias 29:11 (AM) – Eu sei o que estou fazendo. Já tenho tudo planejado – planos para cuidar de você, não abandoná-lo. Planos para lhe dar o futuro pelo qual você espera. Gostaria de conhecer o autor do texto que vem a seguir. Com muita propriedade e grande dose de inspiração, ele conseguiu colocar em um pequeno espaço riqueza de conceitos digna de um pequeno quadro. O poema tem como título “A Vontade de Deus”: A vontade de Deus nunca irá levá-lo Aonde a graça de Deus não possa guardá-lo, Aonde os braços de Deus não possam sustentá-lo, Aonde as riquezas de Deus Não possam suprir suas necessidades, Aonde o poder de Deus não possa capacitá-lo. A vontade de Deus nunca irá levá-lo Aonde o Espírito de Deus Não possa operar por seu intermédio, Aonde a sabedoria de Deus não possa ensiná-lo, Aonde o exército de Deus não possa protegê-lo, Aonde as mãos de Deus não possam moldá-lo. A vontade de Deus nunca irá levá-lo Aonde o amor de Deus não possa envolvê-lo, Aonde as misericórdias de Deus não possam animá-lo. Aonde a paz de Deus não possa acalmar seus temores, Aonde a autoridade de Deus não possa dominá-lo. A vontade de Deus nunca irá levá-lo Aonde o consolo de Deus Não possa secar suas lágrimas, Aonde a Palavra de Deus não possa alimentá-lo, Aonde os milagres de Deus Não possam ser operados em você, Aonde a onipresença de Deus não possa encontrá-lo. Há sempre um longo caminho a percorrer quando falamos sobre a vontade de Deus para nossa vida. Gostaríamos de ter um ponto de chegada, mesmo que não vejamos claramente o fim da jornada. Nem sempre é assim. Mas podemos ter certeza de que Deus tem os melhores planos para nossa vida. Amém? TEMPO DE REFLETIR 01698 – 9 de março de 2026 I Samuel 24:19 – Quando um homem encontra um inimigo e o deixa ir sem fazer-lhe mal? O Senhor o recompense com o bem, pelo modo como você me tratou hoje. Davi havia acabado de poupar a vida de Saul. O rei Saul, louco de ciúmes, perseguia o jovem general com três mil homens escolhidos a dedo. O rei perseguiu Davi até En-gedi, região desértica localizada acima do Mar Morto, onde os famosos pergaminhos foram encontrados. O rei entrou em uma caverna para aliviar o ventre, totalmente inconsciente de que ao fundo se escondiam Davi e seus homens. “Essa é a nossa chance!”, sussurraram para Davi. “Deus entregou Saul em nossas mãos!” Davi, porém, resistiu à tentação de aniquilar o rei a sangue-frio. Em vez disso, se aproximou discretamente dele e cortou um pedaço de seu manto. Depois que o rei deixou a caverna, Davi saiu e gritou para ele. Com o pedaço do manto nas mãos, contou ao rei que havia poupado sua vida. Saul ficou chocado: todo o seu ser estava focado em eliminar a pessoa que via como seu maior rival. Se Davi tivesse caído em suas mãos, o resultado seria rápido e mortal. Saul considerava Davi seu inimigo, mas Davi não considerava Saul da mesma forma, mesmo que Saul estivesse tentando matá-lo a todo custo. Davi demonstrou o espírito de Jesus, que disse: “Amem os seus inimigos e orem por aqueles que vos perseguem para que vocês venham a ser filhos de seu Pai que está nos Céus” (Mt 5:44, 45). E foi exatamente isso que Jesus fez. “Quando insultado, não revidava; quando sofria, não fazia ameaças, mas entregava-Se àquele que julga com justiça” (1Pe 2:23). Deus não tem inimigos, e tampouco devemos nós ter. Não importa o que os outros pensem, digam ou façam contra nós, eles ainda são filhos e filhas de Deus – nossos irmãos e irmãs, pessoas amadas por Deus e por quem Cristo morreu. Apenas a graça pode causar essa mudança em nossas atitudes, e assim o fará, se permitirmos que o Espírito de Deus nos transforme à semelhança de Jesus. Muitas pessoas levam a vida olhando constantemente por cima dos ombros para ver quem está tentando lhes fazer mal. Gastam horas de energia negativa imaginando conspirações, intrigas e situações ruins. Deus está nos chamando para uma vida melhor. Deixemos de lado as sombras da dúvida e da suspeita e recebamos a luz do Sol. Caminhemos hoje no espírito de Jesus, em graça e com amor a todas as pessoas. Reflita sobre isso no dia de hoje e ore comigo agora: Grande Deus e Pai, toma conta de nossa vida e ajuda-nos a vivermos em harmonia, graça e amor com todas as pessoas. TEMPO DE REFLETIR 01697 – 8 de março de 2026 Ezequiel 28:15 – Perfeito eras nos teus caminhos, desde o dia em que foste criado até que se achou iniquidade em ti. Uma maçã podre numa caixa estraga todas as outras. Mas quando Deus criou o mundo, tudo era perfeito. Não havia germes nocivos, morte ou lágrimas. Infelizmente, nesse mundo perfeito apareceu uma maçã podre que estragou a criação de Deus. E a pergunta que surge é a seguinte: Se Deus é bom e todo-poderoso, por que não pegou essa maçã e a jogou no lixo, para evitar que ela estragasse as outras? Você não faria isso? Obviamente, estamos falando de Satanás. Deus sabia que se Satanás continuasse vivendo, sua influência perniciosa se espalharia pela terra e resultaria em Hitler, Idi Amin, Stalin, Saddam Hussein e outros tiranos. Resultaria também em males como o câncer, AIDS, depressão, solidão, defeitos congênitos, alcoolismo, dependência de drogas, acidentes, crimes e divórcios. Em resumo: resultaria num mundo cheio de miséria e dor. Foi justo da parte de Deus deixar que toda essa miséria se espalhasse quando poderia ter cortado o mal pela raiz? Vejamos a seguinte ilustração: Uma empresa tinha um diretor que era amado por seus gerentes e funcionários. O seu assistente o ajudava em tudo. Mas então esse assistente começou a espalhar o boato de que o diretor estava fraudando a empresa. Foi um golpe devastador num líder que sempre havia procurado ser honesto e leal. Pior ainda foi o fato de que entre os gerentes e funcionários houve quem acreditasse no boato. O assistente havia preparado o terreno e conquistado simpatizantes. E quando ele fez essa denúncia, muitos acreditaram nele. Alguns até sugeriram que o conselho dos diretores deveria colocá-lo no lugar do diretor. O diretor poderia tê-lo despedido. Mas pensou: “Mesmo os funcionários que confiam em mim podem desconfiar que eu tenha algo a esconder, pois demito quem discorda de mim. E funcionários que não confiam em seu líder, trabalham mal”. Assim, o diretor permitiu que o seu assistente continuasse trabalhando. Mais cedo ou mais tarde a verdade apareceria. E foi o que aconteceu. A empresa passou por um período difícil, todos perceberam que a acusação do assistente era falsa, e ele acabou pedindo demissão. Tal e qual aquele presidente, Deus deu a Satanás tempo para que surgissem os frutos de sua obra. E ao derramar “o sangue do Filho de Deus, desarraigou-se Satanás das simpatias dos seres celestiais” (O Desejado de Todas as Nações, p. 761). No seu devido tempo a maçã podre será, finalmente, jogada fora. Reflita sobre isso no dia de hoje e ore comigo agora: Ajuda-me, Pai, a confiar inteiramente em Ti. TEMPO DE REFLETIR 01696 – 7 de março de 2026 Juízes 7:7 – O Senhor disse a Gideão: Com os trezentos homens que lamberam a água livrarei vocês e entregarei os midianitas nas suas mãos. Para quem gosta de vitórias espetaculares, a Bíblia registra a história de uma batalha ganha por 300 valentes. Trata-se do feito épico de Gideão, relatado em Juízes 6 a 8, ao derrotar uma confederação de “midianitas, amalequitas e outros povos que vinham do leste” (6:33), tão “numerosos como nuvens de gafanhotos”, com um total de camelos comparado à “areia da praia” (7:12). Só para lembrar, os israelitas plantavam seus cereais e, na hora da colheita, os inimigos levavam tudo. Então o povo clamou a Deus, que chamou Gideão. O Anjo do Senhor, que alguns identificam como o Jesus pré-encarnado, “apareceu a Gideão e lhe disse: ‘O Senhor está com você, poderoso guerreiro” (6:12). Depois, completou: “Com a força que você tem, vá libertar Israel das mãos de Midiã. Não sou Eu quem o está enviando?” (v. 14). Gideão se via como o menor da casa de seus pais, mas Deus o encorajou, destacando seu potencial. O anjo não aceitou o arrazoado negativista do guerreiro. “Eu estarei com você”, prometeu, “e você derrotará todos os midianitas como se fossem um só homem” (v. 16). Quando Gideão pediu um sinal, o mensageiro divino aceitou o desafio e mostrou que Deus estaria com ele. “Então o Espírito do Senhor apoderou-se de Gideão”, diz o relato (6:34), sugerindo o segredo da vitória. Dos 32 mil soldados, Deus mandou Gideão ficar com apenas 300, menos de 1% do exército original, a fim de que Israel não se orgulhasse (7:2). O guerreiro talvez tenha feito uma rápida matemática na areia: 300 contra 135 mil = 450 máquinas de guerra para cada israelita (ver 8:10). Daria para encarar? A história de Gideão mostra que Deus usa pessoas comuns para realizar coisas espetaculares, que Ele vê força onde parece haver apenas fraqueza, mas pode conseguir com poucos o que parece impossível com muitos. Nas mãos de Deus, “armas” improváveis (7:16) podem derrotar poderosos exércitos. Tudo o que Gideão e seus homens tiveram que fazer foi obedecer: tocar as trombetas, quebrar os jarros e gritar. Se Deus o chamar para combater os inimigos de Seu povo, vá em frente, sabendo que a batalha pertence ao Senhor. Você pode sentir-se o menor de seu clã, mas Deus o transformará no maior. Na história de Israel e da igreja, incontáveis conquistas extraordinárias foram obtidas por pessoas como você e eu. As pessoas que realizam grandes coisas para Deus não são grandes antes de iniciá-las, mas depois de concluí-las. O sucesso é resultado do poder de Deus, não de nossa força.
