TEMPO DE REFLETIR 01601 – 2 de dezembro de 2025 Lucas 21:28 – Quando começarem a acontecer estas coisas, levantem-se e ergam a cabeça, porque estará próxima a redenção de vocês. O escritor e pregador Vance Havner diz que “os primeiros cristãos não aguardavam um acontecimento, mas aguardavam Alguém chegar. Aguardar o trem chegar é uma coisa, mas aguardar chegar alguém que amamos é bem diferente.” Como pessoas que aguardam a segunda vinda de Cristo, devemos centralizar nossa atenção mais sobre Jesus do que sobre os eventos que antecedem Sua vinda. Jesus colocou diante de Seus discípulos o panorama político, os fenômenos naturais e a condição social e espiritual dos últimos dias. Os sinais que deixou como prenúncio de Sua vinda sempre estiveram presentes em todas as gerações, mas não podemos escapar à realidade de que houve um crescimento exponencial de todos os desastres naturais. Também por estarmos interligados através da internet e da mídia, isso permite que tenhamos acesso imediato ao que acontece em todo o mundo, produzindo a impressão de que tudo está pior do que é de fato. Jesus falou de fome e pestilência. No entanto, nunca se produziu tanto alimento no mundo como agora; mas a fome continua sendo parte persistente da história da humanidade. Tome também como exemplo os terremotos. Alguns ocasionam perda de vidas e grandes prejuízos materiais, como os que aconteceram recentemente no Haiti e no Chile. As notícias igualmente salientam o aumento de desastres naturais: elevação da temperatura dos oceanos, derretimento das geleiras, desaparecimento das florestas tropicais… O que vamos fazer com essa quantidade de informações? Elas devem nos levar a esperar a volta de Jesus de maneira saudável. Se elas trazem medo e incerteza, quem sabe não é porque estamos lendo os sinais de Sua vinda de maneira incorreta? Cada um dos sinais deve ser uma lembrança da promessa que Ele fez: “Virei outra vez.” Reflita sobre isso no dia de hoje e ore comigo agora: Ajuda-nos, Pai, a compreender os tempos em que estamos vivendo. In dieser neuen Folge des Limitbrecher Podcasts geht es um ein Thema, das mich tief bewegt: Mut beginnt dort, wo das Ego aufhört. Ich teile eine sehr persönliche Erfahrung aus dem Ultra-Cycle, bei der mir klar geworden ist, wie stark unser Ego uns lenken kann – und wie wichtig es ist, mutig bei sich selbst zu bleiben. Beim Race Around Niederösterreich habe ich mich anfangs von dem Gedanken leiten lassen, unbedingt die anderen Teilnehmer einholen zu müssen. Mein Ego hat übernommen, ich habe über meine eigenen Grenzen hinaus gehandelt, zu viele Körner verschwendet – und am Ende die Quittung dafür bekommen. Diese Erfahrung hat mir einmal mehr gezeigt, dass innere Stärke nicht darin liegt, andere zu überholen oder sich zu vergleichen, sondern darin, mutig sein zu können, den eigenen Weg, das eigene Tempo und die eigene Strategie zu leben. Ich habe gelernt, dass Mutig sein bedeutet, auf sich selbst zu achten, eigene Grenzen zu respektieren und das Ego bewusst zurückzustellen. Es bedeutet, sich selbst zu vertrauen, den eigenen Rhythmus zu folgen und die Verantwortung für das eigene Handeln zu übernehmen. Innere Stärke zeigt sich darin, auch unter Druck bei sich zu bleiben, sich selbst zu respektieren und für sich zu sorgen, anstatt sich von äußeren Erwartungen oder Vergleichsdenken leiten zu lassen. Wenn du dich fragst, wie du deinen eigenen Weg mutiger gehen kannst, wie du dein Ego zurücknimmst und deine innere Stärke entfaltest, dann ist diese Podcast-Folge genau für dich. Ich teile meine Erkenntnisse, die mir geholfen haben, aus Herausforderungen zu lernen, und gebe dir Impulse, wie auch du mutig sein und deinen eigenen Weg selbstbewusst gestalten kannst.

Der Dezember ist da und mit ihm oft ein innerer Zwiespalt: Während die Natur zum Rückzug einlädt, wird im Außen alles schneller, voller, lauter. [Meditação Diária] Terça-feira da Primeira Semana do Tempo do Advento

La coreografa di Déjà Donné approda al FIND 2025 con una masterclass dedicata alla geografia del corpo e uno spettacolo che trasforma Ravel in un'esperienza fisica senza tempo. Il Festival Internazionale Nuova Danza 2025, giunto alla sua 43ª edizione, ospita quest'anno Virginia Spallarossa, coreografa della compagnia Déjà Donné, tra le realtà più riconoscibili della danza contemporanea italiana. Sabato 22 novembre Spallarossa guiderà la masterclass Abitare la pelle presso la Scuola di Danza Assunta Pittaluga, un laboratorio che invita a riscoprire il corpo come spazio di trasformazione. Il lavoro parte dalla pelle come luogo sensoriale e confine mobile tra sé e il mondo. Attraverso esercizi individuali e a coppie, i partecipanti saranno guidati in un percorso di ascolto, espansione e ridefinizione della propria presenza scenica. La pelle diventa così strumento, memoria e superficie narrativa, generando una corporeità amplificata, capace di superare forma, estetica e abitudine. Dal corpo all'identità: il movimento come geografia umana Al centro della ricerca di Spallarossa c'è un corpo in continuo cantiere, individuale e collettivo, libero dalla necessità di raccontare attraverso la parola. Per la coreografa, il movimento è già racconto, archivio e possibilità. La masterclass offre dunque un'indagine radicale sul gesto, sulla sua fragilità e sulla sua forza percettiva, invitando ogni danzatore a ritrovare una presenza sensibile e autentica. Il suo linguaggio nasce da una lunga transizione artistica: dalla formazione classica alla necessità di destrutturare, frammentare e reinventare il corpo. Una trasformazione che alimenta una ricerca coreografica in continua evoluzione, dove organicità e rottura convivono. RAVE.L: un rito coreografico tra vertigine e sospensione temporale La stessa sera, alle 21:00, la scena si sposta a Sa Manifattura – Sala Officine con RAVE.L, coreografato da Virginia Spallarossa e prodotto da Déjà Donné. In dialogo con la musica di Maurice Ravel, lo spettacolo – interpretato da Vittoria Franchina, Giuseppe Morello e Rafael Candela – costruisce uno spazio visionario, sospeso tra evanescenza e abisso. RAVE.L indaga il corpo come voce primaria, liberandolo dal peso del significato per restituirlo alla sua energia percettiva. Tempo, trance, ripetizione e respiro diventano architetture invisibili, capaci di trasportare lo spettatore in una dimensione oltre la linearità narrativa.

Oggi vediamo insieme cinque parole molto utili per chi sta studiando per la patente. Sono parole che trovi spesso nei test, ma dette in modo semplice così capisci tutto senza stress. Andiamo!La prima parola è spazio totale di arresto. Questo nome sembra difficile, ma in realtà è semplice: lo spazio totale di arresto è la distanza che serve alla macchina per fermarsi completamente. Cioè, da quando tu vedi un pericolo e decidi di frenare, fino al momento in cui la macchina si ferma davvero. Questo spazio dipende dalla velocità e dalle condizioni della strada.La seconda parola è tempo di reazione. È il tempo che passa tra il momento in cui vedi un pericolo e il momento in cui cominci a frenare. Per esempio: vedi un pedone che attraversa, e dopo un attimo freni. Quel piccolo “attimo” è il tempo di reazione. Più sei attento, più il tuo tempo di reazione è veloce.La terza parola è consentire. Nei test della patente lo vedi spesso, e significa “permettere”. Per esempio: “Il semaforo in figura non consente di superare la velocità indicata”. Vuol dire che il semaforo non permette di andare più veloce del limite.La quarta parola è essere munito. È un'espressione un po' formale, e significa “avere con sé”. Nei test puoi trovare frasi come: “Il conducente deve essere munito di patente”, cioè il conducente deve avere la patente con sé, deve portarla.E l'ultima parola di oggi è la motrice. La motrice è la parte davanti di un veicolo pesante, come un camion. È la parte che ha il motore e che traina il rimorchio. Quindi, se vedi un camion con due parti, la motrice è quella che tira e guida tutto il resto.Bene, queste erano le parole di oggi! TEMPO DE REFLETIR 01600 – 1 de dezembro de 2025 Romanos 5:5-8 (NVI) – Deus derramou Seu amor em nossos corações, por meio do Espírito Santo que Ele nos concedeu. De fato, … quando ainda éramos fracos, Cristo morreu pelos ímpios. Dificilmente haverá alguém que morra por um justo, embora pelo homem bom talvez alguém tenha coragem de morrer. Mas Deus demonstra Seu amor por nós: Cristo morreu em nosso favor quando ainda éramos pecadores. Você estaria disposto a morrer por um viciado em drogas com acusações múltiplas de abuso de crianças? Você poderia estar disposto a arriscar sua vida doando um órgão para salvar seu filho que morreria se você não fizesse a doação, mas você daria a vida pelo viciado estuprador? Provavelmente não. Deus, entretanto, deu Seu Filho para morrer “pelos ímpios”. Admire-se do fato de que “Deus derramou Seu amor em nossos corações”. “Quando ainda éramos fracos” para viver como Cristo viveu e amar como Cristo amou, Deus nos deu o Seu amor, para com ele podermos amar. Ele nos oferece o tipo de amor que Jesus teve quando “morreu pelos ímpios”. O tipo de amor com o qual Jesus amou quando bradou: “Pai, perdoa-lhes, pois não sabem o que estão fazendo” (Lc 23:34, NVI). Jac Colon, um pregador da Bíblia, antes de sua conversão era piloto de avião de caça da Força Aérea dos Estados Unidos no Vietnã. Em 1991, dirigiu uma série de reuniões evangelísticas em Riga, Látvia. Um dos batizados foi um piloto de caça soviético que havia servido no lado adversário no Vietnã. Durante as reuniões evangelísticas, o ateu entregou o coração a Jesus. No dia do batismo, ele disse a Jac: “Já fomos inimigos mortais, que teriam abatido um ao outro lá no céu, mas agora somos irmãos em Cristo.” Depois se abraçaram e choraram emocionados, em silêncio. Um milagre assim só aconteceu porque Deus “derramou Seu amor” no coração dos dois homens. “Quando os homens se ligam entre si, não pela força do interesse pessoal, mas pelo amor, mostram a operação de uma influência que é superior a toda influência humana. Onde existe esta unidade, é evidente que a imagem de Deus está sendo restaurada na humanidade, que foi implantada nova vida” (O Desejado de Todas as Nações, p. 678). Que diferença faz o amor – o amor de Jesus – no coração de uma pessoa! Reflita sobre isso no dia de hoje e ore comigo agora: Precisamos amar como Tu nos amas, Pai! Jetzt muss es nach Alternativen suchen, damit die Sanierung klappt und das Spital im Oberland nicht Konkurs geht. · Der Neubau des Schaffhauser Kantonsspitals kann losgehen: Die Stimmberechtigten sagten gestern Ja zu einem Kredit von 130 Millionen Franken.

Hendes store passion er avl og genetik, så derfor arbejder hun ved Topigs Norsvin som TN Tempo Specialist. Hun startede sin karriere i Norge, men i dag arbejder hun i Danmark. Til hverdag samarbejder hun med landmænd, dyrlæger og rådgivere, som hun gør klogere på TN Tempo og deler erfaringer fra stalden. Indtil videre er erfaringerne rigtig gode i forhold til at lave nogle robuste og sunde grise. Kødprocenten er lidt lavere men foderudnyttelsen og slagtevægten er typisk højere, faktisk siger erfaringen, at der kan laves 20kr. mere pr. slagtegris. Der skal nørdes gris, så Anders og Emmy inviterer kloge hoveder og spændende fagpersoner i studiet hver uge. Stemningen er god og fagligheden er i fokus i Grisen, som præsenteres i samarbejde med Hamlet Protein og ECNergy.

TEMPO DE REFLETIR 01599 – 30 de novembro de 2025 Salmo 23:4 – Ainda que eu ande pelo vale da sombra da morte, não temerei mal nenhum, porque Tu estás comigo; o Teu bordão e o Teu cajado me consolam. Onde está Deus quando os inocentes sofrem? Como podemos entender as vicissitudes e os problemas da vida? A Bíblia apresenta um quadro animador sobre Deus, o qual nos dá coragem nos momentos de crise; esperança nos momentos de desespero e paz nos momentos de tristeza. O mundo é o campo de batalha entre um ódio intenso e um indescritível amor. E um Deus sábio nem sempre intervém para impedir os resultados do mal. Ele ainda não erradicou todo o sofrimento. Deus valoriza a liberdade, permitindo que homens e mulheres façam escolhas, mesmo com o risco de errarem. Ele tinha a opção de remover totalmente nossa liberdade de escolha. Mas então nos tornaríamos meros robôs. Deus permite que o mal siga seu curso, mas Ele sempre está presente em meio ao sofrimento humano. Ele chora com os que choram e sofre com os que sofrem. Sustenta, fortalece e dá apoio. Anima o quebrantado de coração e abraça o ferido. Salmo 23:4 declara: “Ainda que eu ande pelo vale da sombra da morte, não temerei mal nenhum, porque Tu estás comigo”. Salmo 46:1 acrescenta: “Deus é o nosso refúgio e fortaleza, socorro bem presente nas tribulações”. Em meio à nossa dor e tristeza, Deus sempre está presente. Além das lágrimas, dos pesares e das tristezas, podemos ouvi-Lo dizendo: “Sararei o seu coração quebrantado e pensarei suas feridas. Estou com você em seus momentos de maior necessidade” (Sl 147:3). Alegre-se! Deus está aqui. Ele não prometeu que Seus filhos jamais sofreriam, mas prometeu estar com eles em qualquer circunstância. Existe algo maior do que a ausência de dor. É a presença de Deus em meio à dor. Aceite a promessa: “Eis que estou convosco todos os dias até à consumação do século” (Mt 28:20). E ore comigo agora: Obrigado, Pai, por Tua presença constante que nos garante segurança e certeza de que não estamos sozinhos. Que permaneçamos ao Teu lado, Senhor! Em nome de Jesus, amém! TEMPO DE REFLETIR 01598 – 29 de novembro de 2025 Efésios 3:6 – A saber, que os gentios são coerdeiros, membros do mesmo corpo e coparticipantes da promessa em Cristo Jesus por meio do evangelho. O Novo Testamento nunca se refere àqueles que se unem à igreja como “membros”, no sentido em que a palavra é utilizada hoje. Somos “membros” do corpo de Cristo, em sentido orgânico, mas não como “membros” em termos de “afiliados”, participantes de uma agremiação ou de um tipo de clube. O termo membro, no sentido bíblico, expressa a ideia de unidade, respeito, cooperação e solidariedade. Você já observou que em um corpo saudável os membros nunca estão em luta interna ou em competição? Imagine: os dedos dos pés passam a maior parte da vida apertados, sob pressão e peso, em uma atmosfera menos que recomendável, sendo vistos apenas por poucas pessoas. Mas nunca ouvimos dizer de artelhos inconformados que quisessem ser joelho ou nariz. Você pode imaginar por que a igreja, às vezes, é fraca, perdendo sangue em lutas internas, “mordidas” e ataques de uns aos outros? Num corpo, os membros são mais que mero ajuntamento de partes. Cada parte vive para a preservação da outra. Já pensou se um pé fosse amputado porque pisou no outro? E se os dentes fossem arrancados porque morderam a língua? Ao contrário disso, eles pertencem a uma unidade. A língua, embora tenha o poder da fala, não diz: “Vamos nos livrar desses dentes”. Imagine se alguns membros se aliassem contra o resto do corpo, como às vezes acontece na igreja. Dentro do “clube maior”, com frequência encontramos a existência de “clubinhos” e “panelinhas”, afirmando: “Eu sou de Pedro, eu sou de Paulo, eu sou de Apolo”, ou menos “sou melhor que todos, pois eu sou de Cristo”, em pretensa superioridade espiritual. Muitos estão satisfeitos pensando na igreja como uma agremiação, com algumas regras fixas, em que os “afiliados” devem assistir a algumas reuniões, fazer contribuições periódicas e viver “mais ou menos” de acordo com as normas do clube. Jesus eliminou essa hipótese, referindo-Se a Seus seguidores não como “membros”, mas como discípulos dEle (Mt 10:24,25; Jo 8:31; 13:35, etc.). Assim, os discípulos de Cristo são “membros” apenas quando isso é entendido em termos bíblicos. Unidos organicamente ao corpo, parte uns dos outros, sob a autoridade de Cristo, que é a cabeça da igreja (Ef 1:22,23). Reflita sobre isso no dia de hoje e ore comigo agora: Pai, que o Teu amor e a Tua graça resultem em unidade e cooperação entre Teu povo. Que sejamos Teus fiéis discípulos em todas as ocasiões. TEMPO DE REFLETIR 01597 – 28 de novembro de 2025 Salmo 71:9 – Não me rejeites na minha velhice; quando me faltarem as forças, não me desampares. Em nossa sociedade ninguém quer envelhecer, pois isso significa pertencer a um grupo marginalizado, que “já deu o que tinha que dar”, voltado para os “velhos tempos”, quando muita coisa era melhor. A conversa do velho gira quase sempre em torno do passado. O jovem, por sua vez, tem interesse no presente e no futuro. Daí por que o diálogo entre esses dois grupos é muitas vezes difícil. E por essa e outras razões os nossos velhos se sentem frequentemente incompreendidos, rejeitados e inúteis. Um escritor contemporâneo chegou a dizer que havia nascido na época errada. “Quando eu era jovem”, explicava ele, “não se dava valor aos jovens. Agora que sou velho, não se respeita os velhos.” Salomão, em sua velhice, escreveu um dos mais belos livros da Bíblia: Eclesiastes (o que prova que os velhos podem continuar sendo úteis). E em Eclesiastes 12:1 o velho sábio diz: “Lembra-te do teu Criador nos dias da tua mocidade, antes que venham os maus dias, e cheguem os anos dos quais dirás: Não tenho neles prazer.” Salomão está dizendo, em outras palavras: “Lembra-te de Deus enquanto és jovem e forte, enquanto tens saúde e entusiasmo. Lembra-te de Deus antes que venham as dores reumáticas, as enxaquecas, os achaques da velhice. Antes que venham os maus dias e cheguem os anos dos quais dirás: Acabou-se a alegria.” O que Salomão aconselha, contraria frontalmente o que o mundo pensa a esse respeito, ou seja, que religião é coisa para velhos. Por que não devemos esperar até a velhice para nos dedicarmos a Deus? Não teria Deus um plano para as pessoas idosas? Não há dúvida de que há lugar para todos no plano de Deus. Mas Ele quer o nosso melhor. Poderemos ser úteis à Causa do Evangelho no crepúsculo de nossa vida, mas não devemos esperar este período da vida para nos dedicarmos a Deus, pois nossa contribuição nessa fase da vida será bem menor do que o que podemos Lhe oferecer no período áureo da vida, que é a mocidade. A Palavra de Deus aconselha os jovens a serem submissos aos mais velhos (1Pe 5:5) e promete que os justos “na velhice darão ainda frutos” (Sl 92:14). Reflita sobre isso no dia de hoje e ore comigo agora: Oro neste instante, Pai, para que os de mais idade consagrem suas vidas a Ti e tenham uma velhice feliz. Oro também pelos mais jovens, para que sigam o conselho de Salomão e, enquanto são jovens, lembrem de Ti, o Deus Criador. Em nome de Jesus, amém!
