Do you catch yourself justifying your wrongdoing by comparing your wrong to the sins of others? This is an earthly trap that we fall into when we try to justify what we have done. Our world places levels on wrongdoing and punishes accordingly. We know that God does not punish us this way. He is a just God and punishes all evil with the same punishment but sent us Jesus to take our place in punishment. Have a blessed Holy Week. Connect with Us! Consider this your reminder to pray. We have busy lives, a lot going on, children to get from here to there and here to there. We need to spend time cultivating our relationship with God. He uses many different ways to remind us of our need to pray. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 is one of the shortest and most direct bible verses and it reminds us to “pray continually” Connect with Us!
