The reality is, we do not need to meditate 30 or 60 minutes a day to reap the benefits of mindfulness. The benefits are achieved by consistency, so why not make consistency attainable? Not only are our classes delivered in a practical way, all meditations are experienced in a live taught, group setting. Through this method, we hold each other accountable, which collectively increases the opportunity for a consistent practice to be developed. We aim to drive the future of work & life culture to ensure it includes the most valuable tool we have access in our digital age: meditation. We live in an attention economy where everyone wants more and more from us, but we only have so much to give. It is time to turn our attention inward, where there are no newsfeeds or computer screens, only you and your present moment experience.
