DJ Porkie spend countless hours, nights and weekends putting this mix together. I remember getting phone calls from him at all times of the night asking me if it sounded good. All he ever wanted was to be great and great he was. He mixed his ass off day in and day out in hopes to one day be spinning on a CT. commercial radio station. I have no doubt that it would have happened if he were alive. You can hear his passion in this mix. This All Stars Mega Mix was his vision; to blend different genres of music together as one uniting music lovers everywhere. Clubhouse Dance Music - Freestyle With Pork Mix Benji "DJ Porkie" Castro was regularly featured in CPR's Clubhouse Dance Music show, as well as having his own spot in the neighboring State of Connecticut. In fact, it was through CPR Jose Ortiz, that I came to know DJ Porkie or the Porkster as we called him. As a Dee Jay, he spun various genres of music, including Freestyle Music, and to his credit blended them all in the mix. As a person, he was always genuine, never one to put up a front, he always kept it real. I thought wow, so many people come here for the fame or show.. And all he wants is to thank his girl.. That said a lot.
