Birthdays usually come with baggage. This one didn't… and that surprised me. In this episode, I'm sharing the very specific thing I did that created a tiny mindset shift and completely changed how I look at birthdays. It started as a joke, stuck in my brain, and somehow turned aging into something that feels lighter and actually kind of fun. I have a feeling this might work for you too. I'm also recapping my birthday weekend which included a perfect day, a few unexpected realizations, and yes… somehow accidentally ending up completely butt naked in front of a total stranger. This one's part mindset, part life update, and very on brand for me.
