Ist Beat Saber ein Sportspiel? Man könnte es fast annehmen, denn eines werdet ihr recht schnell bemerken: ihr müsst entgen vielen anderen PlayStation VR Spielen stehen und dementsprechend Platz um euch herum haben. Das bedeutet bei einigen von euch erst einmal Möbel umstellen. Aber das lohnt sich auf jedenfall. Denn ähnlich wie ein Guitar Hero kommen die Symbole auf euch zu und die Pfeile erklären euch wie ihr zu schlagen habt. Und eure Laserschwerter dank PlayStation Move Einsatz müssen präzise eingesetzt werden. Die Steuerung funktioniert sogar sehr präzise und das Gameplay ist recht schnell verstanden, sodass wir schnell die ersten Level meistern um weiter voran zu schreiten, aber vorsicht das Spiel wird schneller und schwieriger. Dank der guten Electronic Musik motiviert uns das Spiel es immer wieder zu versuchen. Allerdings ist das Feature auch ein wenig Mager ausgefallen. Denn "nur" 16 Tracks stehen zur Auswahl und die Ähnlichkeit der Songs ist teilweise gegeben. Auf dem PC können wir auch eigene Songs hochladen, was leider bei der PlayStation VR Fassung nicht möglich ist. Allerdings sind kostenpflichtige Songpakete bereits angekündigt.

The breadth of his diverse sound ranges from minimalist, playful opening, over impulsive Techhouse, to the progressively acting techno. This diverse Repertior is a guarantee of its intension to take the listener on a very special journey and to tell with each set has its own story. It groovy beats and minimal table experimental tracks place the base to each dance the necessary pep. Crunchy bass lines, driving surfaces and unexpected sound structures, coupled with emotional Breaks give each set a personal and individual touch. These extravagant elements underline not only the high degree of versatility, but drive the tension of musical history to a maximum beyond which no one can.
