People affected by mental illness do and can still endure happy fulfilling lives. Emma shares with us how she has been coping and living with Anxiety from a very young age, as well as speaking on her own experiences with dissociation, depersonalization, derealization disorder. We share information on panic attacks/severe anxiety, how to possibly pinpoint one and the trigger, and how to possibly be able to stop one before it starts. We share our experiences/stories dealing with; OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder), PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), Severe Anxiety, ADHD, upon other mental health disorders. If you or someone you know endures the following mental health disorders, listen in on this conversation for information/experience, and know it is okay to not be 'okay'. You may experience mental illness, but you yourself are not the illness. Help us end the stigma around mental health, and listen to stories/experiences to educate some who may not know or understand, you never know what can be going on in someone else's head.
