    Update 7/10/2025 – As of 1:09 p.m., the City of La Vernia advises that service has been restored to most of the city. Those still without water should be limited to properties in closer proximity to the affected area.     Wilson County officials advise that C.R. 122 northwest of Floresville remains closed Wednesday, July 9.     Work to install drainage structures in the 2200 block of the road began Tuesday; however, due to rain, material placed on the road was washed away.     The continuing work will not block access to any driveways.
