This week we’ve got some hot new quality of life updates, including expanded friend roster allowing you to share up to five different units, STMRs triggering unit passives, buff timer duration bubbles, and more. As far as trials go, The Scorn of the Octopus and the Teacher is live and damn, that rod is looking juicy. It is loaded with stats and is definitely a nice pickup for any players that can clear the mission. We’re also in the closing week of the Figaro Castle event, this time it’s an exploration mission giving you a chance to pick up the nice Soul Sabre. The highlight of this week: summer is around the corner. And what better way to bring in summer than the vast amounts of backstory and plot FFBE is known for. Summer Fina & Lid and Summer Folka & Citra are coming in with spicy CG Limit Burst animations, interesting and useful kits, and a standard 15k step-up. This week, we talk a little about the Magitek Ruins – Central Area and the nice little Malboro Doll you can pick up. Along with that, some much awaited ability enhancements coming, Sephiroth’s being one of the most anticipated. Are his buffs good? Or are they too little too late with the giants Esther and Zeno already around and UoCable? This week we’re also getting a King Mog event, Figaro Castle, with a bit of a change. You can now accumulate event points and receive rewards as a result. Figaro Castle also comes with a couple new 5* units: King Edgar of Figaro and Monk Sabin of Kolts.
