Terry returns with his girlfriend Vera to his mother's secluded mountain cabin in Crosby, Tennessee, to clean up her property. Upon arrival, Terry finds the cabin in severe decay, discovers strange bones hidden near their campsite, and experiences unsettling encounters with a shape-shifting entity that mimics the people around him. After being rendered unconscious, Terry is captured by the creature—which is revealed to be the Cherokee myth Spearfinger (U'tlun'ta')—and discovers his brother Nathan has been brainwashed into serving it, while his true mother and Vera have both been murdered. Noisy and disruptive children can turn a normal flight into a living nightmare. Earlier this month, a flight in Canada was cancelled after a young child refused to wear a seatbelt. The incident has opened a debate about how airlines should deal with these situations and how parents should control their children.
