Butts have always been part of beauty culture — but the way we chase them says a lot about how trends shape our bodies. In this eye-opening episode of Plastic Surgery Uncensored, Dr. Rady Rahban pulls back the curtain on the obsession with curves and breaks down everything you need to know about butt enhancement. From the explosive rise of Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs) to the social media illusion that fuels unrealistic expectations, Dr. Rahban explains why trend-driven surgery can have long-term consequences. He walks listeners through how BBLs actually work, why they require aggressive liposuction, and the hidden trade-offs many patients don't hear about — including aesthetic risks, unpredictability of results, and the serious safety concerns that have made BBLs one of the most dangerous procedures in plastic surgery. But this episode isn't just a warning — it's a roadmap. Dr. Rahban explores how shifting beauty standards, weight-loss medications, and emerging technologies are reshaping the future of body contouring. He introduces the next frontier in fat transfer, discusses who may (and may not) be a good candidate for butt enhancement, and shares a grounded perspective on how to pursue results that will still feel right years from now.If you've ever considered a BBL, felt pressured by social media ideals, or simply want a candid, expert take on the science and culture behind today's butt craze, this conversation delivers clarity, honesty, and a few surprises along the way.If you want, I can also create an alternate version that's punchier and more provocative (for higher click-through) or one that leans more educational and clinical.✨ If you enjoyed this episode of Plastic Surgery Uncensored:✔️ Subscribe on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you listen.✔️ Rate & Review—your feedback helps more people find us.✔️ Follow Dr. Rady Rahban across all platforms for daily insights, behind-the-scenes, and patient education:Instagram: @drradyrahbanTikTok: @radyrahbanMDYouTube: @Rady RahbanFacebook: @Rady Rahban✔️ Share this episode with someone considering plastic surgery—the right knowledge can save a life.

In this candid and timely conversation, Robert and Kay Lee sit down with Tony and Alisa DiLorenzo, co-hosts of the top-ranked One Extraordinary Marriage Show, to tackle a topic many couples think about—but few openly discuss: sex, intimacy, and connection in marriage. Drawing from nearly 30 years of marriage and over a decade of coaching couples worldwide, Tony and Alisa reframe intimacy as far more than a physical act. At its core, intimacy is about closeness, safety, and emotional connection—and when those are missing, sex often becomes the symptom, not the root issue. The conversation explores the "chicken and egg" tension many couples face: one spouse needs emotional intimacy before sex, while the other needs sex to feel emotionally connected. Rather than choosing sides, Tony and Alisa explain why both emotional and sexual intimacy must be strengthened together, a concept they outline in their best-selling book The Six Pillars of Intimacy. For entrepreneurial couples—especially those who work together—this dynamic can be further complicated by stress, blurred boundaries, exhaustion, and over-familiarity. The result? Desire fades, communication stalls, and intimacy becomes an afterthought. Throughout the episode, listeners receive practical, judgment-free strategies to rebuild connection: how to talk about sex without pressure or shame, why those conversations should not happen in the bedroom, and how tools like shared calendars, intentional planning, and even a "vision" for sexual intimacy can transform a marriage. From breaking taboos and starting small conversations to reigniting anticipation and creativity, this episode offers married entrepreneurs a refreshing, hopeful path toward deeper connection—without adding more strain to already full lives. Website: https://oneextraordinarymarriage.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/oneextraordinarymarriage [FREE] 6 Pillars Of Intimacy: https://6pillarsofintimacy.com Intimacy Mastery: http://intimacymastery.com/ Key Takeaways Intimacy ≠ sex alone: True intimacy is closeness and connection; sex thrives when emotional safety is present. It's not either/or: Emotional intimacy and sexual intimacy reinforce each other—and both must be nurtured. Normalize the conversation: Talking about sex is emotional intimacy and removes unnecessary tension and assumptions. Change the environment: Don't discuss sex in the bedroom—protect it as a sacred, pressure-free space. Start small: Short, low-pressure conversations build confidence and momentum over time. Entrepreneurial marriages need structure: Clear roles, shared calendars, and intentional boundaries reduce friction that kills desire. Anticipation matters: Surprise, creativity, and intentional planning reignite excitement—just like in business. Enhancement, not replacement: Tools and toys can support connection when used together, intentionally, and without shame. Vision creates momentum: Couples who plan and prioritize intimacy are far more likely to experience growth, not drift. There's a module that can help manage them. Module name/project name: Configuration Development Brief history How old: created in Apr 2014 by chx, though recent releases are by Joachim Noreiko (joachim) Versions available: 8.x-1.11, which works with Drupal 9.3, 10, and 11 Maintainership Actively maintained Security coverage Test coverage Number of open issues: 36 open issues, 7 of which are bugs Usage stats: 2,391 sites Module features and usage The module really provides three useful features. First, it can ensure specific configuration files are automatically imported on every request, as though the contents were pasted into the core "single import" form Second, it can automatically export specific configuration objects into files whenever the object is updated. You provide a list of filenames and the module will derive the objects that need to be exported. Finally, it provides a drush command that can be used to generate all the necessary configuration files for a specific project. You put a list of the files into the project's info.yml file, and then with a single command a fresh copy of all the specified files will be generated and placed directly into the project's configuration folder. For obvious reasons this is not something you should ever have enabled in production, so definitely a best practice to pull this in using the require-dev composer command
Freedivers and nonfreedivers alike! Materialists, minimalists, naturalists, and enhancement…ists!!Here is a fascinating conversation with freediving legend William Trubridge on the future of sport. AI has erupted onto the scene in our modern world! What consequences will AI technology effect on anti-doping in sport? Human enhancements have burst onto the scene! What need have we for anti-doping when doping IS the game? (See….Enhanced Games coming Memorial Day 2026)Will culture choose to embrace AI in all its forms, accepting the consequences both imagined and presently unimagined? Will culture choose to embrace human enhancement in hopes of a healthier global population and aspirations of unseen horizons of human performance? How much say do we have? Is it even up to us at all? Are you willing to take action? How far are you willing to go for the future you want. One thing is for sure: William Trubridge is a man of action in the fight for the future he wants. Whether I agree or disagree with his ideas or methods, he has my respect.Enjoy.PEACE!!

Xmas Special: Why project management tools fail software development - and what works instead! In this BONUS episode, we dive deep into The Project Management Trap, continuing our exploration from Episode 1 where we established that software is societal infrastructure being managed with tools from the 1800s. We examine why project management frameworks - designed for building railroads and ships - are fundamentally misaligned with software development, and what happens when we treat living capabilities like construction projects with defined endpoints. The Origin Story - Where Project Management Came From "The problem isn't that project management is bad. The problem is that software isn't building a railroad or a building, or setting up a process that will run forever (like a factory)." Project management emerged from industries with hard physical constraints - building the Transcontinental Railroad in the 1860s, coordinating factory machinery, managing finite and expensive materials. The Gantt chart, invented in the 1910s for factory scheduling, worked brilliantly for coordinating massive undertakings with calculable physics, irreversible decisions, and clear completion points. When the rails met, you were done. When the bridge was built, the project ended. These tools gave us remarkable precision for building ships, bridges, factories, and highways. But software operates in a completely different reality - one where the raw materials are time and brainpower, not minerals and hardware, and where the transformation happens in unique creative moments rather than repeated mechanical movements. The Seductive Clarity Of Project Management Artifacts "In software, we almost never know either of those things with certainty." Project management is tempting for software leaders because it offers comforting certainty. Gantt charts show every task laid out, milestones mark clear progress, "percent complete" gives us a number, and a defined "done" promises relief. The typical software project kickoff breaks down into neat phases: requirements gathering (6 weeks), design (4 weeks), development (16 weeks), testing (4 weeks), deployment (2 weeks) - total 32 weeks, done by Q3. Leadership loves this. Finance can budget it. Everyone can plan around it. But this is false precision. Software isn't pouring concrete where you measure twice and pour once. Every line of code is a hypothesis about what users need and how the system should behave. That 32-week plan assumes we know exactly what to build and exactly how long each piece takes - assumptions that are almost never true in software development. The Completion Illusion "Software products succeed by evolving. Projects end; products adapt." "Done" is the wrong goal for living software. We expand on the Slack story from Episode 1 to illustrate this point. If Slack's team had thought in project terms in 2013, they might have built a functional tool with channels, direct messages, file sharing, and search - shipped on time and on budget by Q2 2014, project complete. But that wasn't the end; it was the beginning. Through continuous user feedback and evolution, Slack added threaded conversations (2017), audio/video calls (2016), workflow automation (2019), and Canvas for knowledge management (2023). Each wasn't maintenance or bug fixing - these were fundamental enhancements. Glass's research shows that 60% of maintenance costs are enhancements, not fixes. By 2021, when Salesforce acquired Slack for $27.7 billion, it bore little resemblance to the 2014 version. The value wasn't in that initial "project" - it was in the continuous evolution. If they'd thought "build it, ship it, done," Slack would have died competing against HipChat and Campfire. When Projects Succeed (Well, Some Do, Anyway) But Software Fails "They tried to succeed at project management. They ended up failing at both software delivery AND project management!" Vasco references his article "The Software Crisis is Real," examining five distinct cases from five different countries that represent what's wrong with project thinking for software. These projects tried hard to do everything right by project management standards: detailed requirements (thousands of pages), milestone tracking, contractor coordination, hitting fixed deadlines, and proper auditing. What they didn't have was iterative delivery to test with real users early, feedback loops to discover problems incrementally, adaptability to change based on learning, or a "living capability" mindset. Project thinking demanded: get all requirements right upfront (otherwise no funding), build it all, test at the end, launch on deadline. Software thinking demands: launch something minimal early, get real user feedback, iterate rapidly, evolve the capability. These projects succeeded at following project management rules but failed at delivering valuable software. What Software-Native Delivery Management Looks Like "Software is unpredictable not because we're bad at planning - it's unpredictable because we're creating novel solutions to complex problems, and in a completely different economic system." If not projects, then what? Vasco has been exploring this question for years, since publishing the NoEstimates book. The answer starts with thinking in products and capabilities, not projects - recognizing that products have ongoing evolution, capabilities are cultivated and improved rather than "delivered" and done, and value is measured in outcomes rather than task completion. Instead of comprehensive planning, we need iteration and constant decision-making based on validated hypotheses: start with "We believe users need X," run experiments by building small and testing with real users, then learn and adapt. Instead of fixed scope, define the problem (not the solution), allow the solution to evolve as you learn, and optimize for learning speed rather than task completion. The contrast is clear: project thinking says "We will build features A, B, C, D, and E by Q3, then we're done." Software-native thinking says "We're solving problem X for users. We'll start with the riskiest hypothesis, build a minimal version, ship it to 100 users next week, and learn whether we're on the right track." The appropriate response to software's inherent unpredictability isn't better planning - it's faster learning. PREVIEW — Gene Marks — Artificial Intelligence as Workforce Enhancement Tool. Marks, a small business columnist who has traveled extensively across the United States consulting with business associations, addresses the pervasive worker anxiety that artificial intelligence will systematically replace human employment and eliminate career opportunities. Marks provides a 50-word summary: Marks emphasizes that AI should be viewed as a "supplement" and productivity tool rather than employment replacement. He advises workers to ignore catastrophic job loss predictions and instead focus on leveraging technology to accelerate task completion. The best employees will "lean into" these tools, using AI to perform work of multiple people, thereby increasing employer value and securing superior job stability. Marks argues that workers adopting AI as a "power drill"—amplifying rather than replacing carpentry skills—will outcompete those refusing to integrate automation, thereby securing better employment prospects and wage growth relative to colleagues resisting technological adaptation and maintaining analog work methodologies incompatible with productivity expectations.

In this episode, Dom breaks down nutritional versus supplemental ketosis, defines meaningful ketone thresholds, and outlines practical ways to achieve ketosis. He explains how a ketogenic diet can support metabolic health and weight loss, and advises on how to maintain adequate protein and avoid common mistakes. Dom surveys the growing landscape of exogenous ketones—from salts and esters to 1,3-butanediol—and effective pairings like caffeine, MCT oil, and alpha-GPC. He highlights the role of ketogenic therapy in cancer (particularly glioblastoma) and its promise for neurodegenerative diseases. The conversation also covers recommended hyperbaric oxygen protocols for brain injuries and cognitive function, situations where fasting or ketones offer cognitive and anti-inflammatory benefits, and touches on the carnivore diet as a ketogenic variant with potential relevance for autoimmune and metabolic conditions. We discuss: Dom and Peter's shared interest in ketosis, and Dom's scientific journey [2:30]; Dom's work for the Navy on oxygen toxicity [7:00]; Nutritional ketosis defined: physiology, biomarkers, and how fasting and diet generate therapeutic ketones [15:00]; The historical roots of ketogenic diets in epilepsy treatment, and evidence showing ketones reduce seizure activity and strengthen brain resilience [19:00]; Dom's personal experience on the ketogenic diet: tracking macros, getting enough protein, and monitoring ketone levels [24:15]; Using a ketogenic diet for weight loss: Dom's guidance on protein, fiber, calorie tracking, lipid monitoring, and more [31:00]; Protein on ketogenic diets: Dom's rationale for higher intake and muscle preservation [38:00]; Incorporating carbohydrates into keto: timing, high-fiber foods, and other considerations [41:30]; The carnivore diet: whether this diet induces ketosis, how it functions metabolically, and why it may help individuals with autoimmune conditions [44:15]; Early exogenous ketones: how 1,3-butanediol works, its liver toxicity risk, and why ketone esters replaced it [48:15]; The progression of exogenous ketones: why BHB monoesters and ketone salts emerged as better alternatives to 1,3-butanediol for ketone supplementation [59:30]; Ketone salts: easing the transition into ketosis, dosing, and how they compare to ketone esters [1:04:00]; The differences between D- and L-β-hydroxybutyrate, and how racemic mixtures may elevate ketones longer and offer unique biological effects [1:09:30]; How ketosis may boost NAD, and why NAD supplements have fallen short so far [1:16:30]; Emerging evidence for using a ketogenic diet to treat anorexia and other psychiatric disorders [1:20:30]; Potential cognitive and performance benefits of ketone supplementation, and why pushing ketones too high can be dangerous [1:23:45]; Applications for ketone esters, and why ketone salts or MCT-blended formulations may be safer and more practical for most people [1:29:15]; The role of a ketogenic diet in treating cancer [1:34:45]; The potential of a ketogenic diet for treating Alzheimer's disease [1:45:45]; Tools for cognitive enhancement: ketones, alpha-GPC, MCT, caffeine, strategic fasting, and more [1:53:45]; Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for concussion, TBI, PTSD, and cognitive function, including protocols and dosing approaches [1:55:30]; Peter's takeaways, recommended products, and additional resources to learn more [2:03:00]; and More. This season on Moneda Moves, we have been expanding how we talk about capital, because it's not just about money. It's also about power and access, across sectors. In our last episode of the season, we speak with Patricia Mota – an innovative trailblazer, start-up entrepreneur, author, and more. Today, she's President and CEO of Hispanic Alliance of Career Enhancement (HACE), on a mission to boost the national workforce by cultivating the pipeline of Latine and underrepresented talent by providing the insight, access, and support to their careers. Since Patricia stepped in as CEO in 2015, the budget has quadrupled, membership has tripled to over 150,000, HACE has built over 250 corporate partnerships, and extended the organization's reach across the U.S. and 50 countries. Under her leadership, the nonprofit now offers enhanced programming for youth, senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and diverse audiences worldwide. In 2020, her leadership took a front seat to increasing activity around a newly virtual workforce, where she acted with urgency, communicated with transparency, sought diverse opinions from her team and board, and led with empathy, ultimately leading a thriving organization during such a tumultuous time. In 2021, Patricia added Co-Founder to her list of accolades, collaborating to build SHENIX™, a Fintech startup that is leading the development of a financial tool to help close the wealth gap. (Her cofounder, Olga Camargo, has also been on Moneda Moves in years prior and has been a part of our Forbes coverage.) Patricia chairs digitalundivided, helping women founders gain access to capital, and serves on the boards of the Chicago Foundation for Women, Associated Colleges of Illinois, Chicago Theological Seminary Board of Trustees, and the Northeastern Illinois Foundation Board.Patricia is a proud Mexican-American, Latina, daughter of immigrants, and first-generation college graduate. She is a fitness enthusiast and health and lifestyle aficionado. She grew up in East Chicago, Indiana, and currently resides in Chicago. In this week's season finale episode, Patricia shared what she and her team at HACE are doing to close the wealth gaps in the Latino community. While striving for higher titled positions in your career does bring in more income, it doesn't allow people to access the generational wealth that would help close the current wealth gaps. HACE works to bridge the gap in industries where there is historically limited representation with a focus on ownership. This looks like making sure Latinos negotiate for wealth levers like equity, stock options, profit sharing, and restricted stock units. Patricia also shared how she and HACE partnered with #WeAllGrow to keep the Amigahood community alive in its new chapter. Tune in to hear how you can build more generational wealth and what's next for Patricia and her team.Follow Patricia on Instagram at @PMota7 and @HACEOnline. Many cause disfigurement, infection, or permanent loss of sensation.Modern options like traction devices and hyaluronic acid fillers can produce modest, temporary gains — but should only be done by licensed medical professionals.Losing weight naturally improves blood flow, boosts confidence, and can even make the penis appear larger — proving that the safest enhancement begins with self-care and self-acceptance.Connect with Jordan on Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
