Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter ist ein klasse Remake eines Kult-JRPGs, das ursprünglich für die Playstation Portable erschienen ist. Erstmals in verschiedenen Sprachen, darunter auch deutsche Texte, erleben wir den ersten Teil der Trilogie und der generell riesengroßen "Trails" -Storyline, die in der Region Zemuria spielt, in 3D-Grafik statt der 2D-Pixel-Optik des Originals. Hierbei begleiten wir Estelle und Joshua auf dem Weg sogenannte Bracer zu werden - Mitglieder einer Gilde, die Aufträge annehmen, um Menschen bei Problemen zu helfen. Hierbei verbünden wir uns im Laufe der Story mit einer Vielzahl von Charakteren, die alle ihre eigenen Eigenschaften und Motivationen mitbringen. Neu im Remake ist der Wechsel zwischen Echtzeit und Rundenkampf. Wir können Gegner mittels Waffe direkt in der Overworld angreifen und betäuben, sowie Angriffen ausweichen. Via Knopfdruck lässt sich der Kampf jederzeit im klassischen Rundenkampf wechseln, um die Gegner mittels Orbmagie und Spezialangriffe zu besiegen. Und das macht riesigen Spaß! Charaktere, Worldbuilding und Storytelling brauchen zwar eine ganze Weile, man fühlt sich aber gut in der Welt ein. Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter ist ein klasse JRPG, das man sich definitiv nicht entgehen lassen sollte!

Nemesis is awesome, but the gameplay gets under my skin and just sets 3 up to be the weakest of the trilogy, IMO.That doesn't mean Resident Evil 3 is a bad game. It's certainly no Resident Evil 6.
