POPULARITY
Consumer spending has changed so much over time. From 1970 and onwards, consumers were spending their money on more high quality pieces. In the early 2000s, fast fashion became extremely popular, and recently, more people have been taking sustainability into account while trying to be more conscious of where and how they are spending their money. In todays episode, Erica is joined by Katrina Henderson who works in PR at Gotstyle and they will be discussing how consumers spending habits will be changing in the future due to shifts in society.Welcome to Confidently Uncertain, hosted by Erica Lascala! My podcast focuses on the world of trend forecasting, how it works, and how the industry has had to make rapid shifts due to economic, social, and political factors. My idea is to create a platform that will provide an audience with the opportunity to be better educated on where fashion trends are headed in the future and why.
