On October 12, 2003, Mark Fisher was found shot and killed in a driveway in Brooklyn, NY after spending the night hanging out with a group of his peers, including John Giuca and Antonio Russo. Upon interrogation, a few of the people that Mark had been with late the night before led police to believe that John and Antonio were involved in Mark's murder. If you've heard about this case you know the story of Mark Fisher's fateful night out in the big city where his life was tragically cut short. You know of the highly credible wrongful conviction claims regarding John Giuca, one of two men convicted of his murder. You may even be aware of the daring vigilante mission Giuca's mother undertook to try and clear her son's name.   But what about the substance of the testimony, recanted and otherwise? Mark Fisher just wanted to have a little fun. That’s why the 19-year-old college sophomore headed into New York City with his friends. While they were out drinking, Mark ran into another friend, and by the end of the night, he found himself at a house party in Brooklyn, surrounded by mostly strangers. The next morning, Mark’s body was discovered just two blocks from the house party. He’d been beaten and shot. When investigators tried to speak with the people Mark had partied with that night, they clammed up. But over time, police came to suspect John Giuca, who’d thrown the party, and his friend, 17-year-old Antonio Russo. Then Brandi tells us about yet another questionable bathtub murder. When Michele Somers’ family first met Martin MacNeil, they knew something was up. They couldn’t quite put their finger on it, but something about Martin seemed sketchy. But Michele was under Martin’s spell. They eloped in 1978, and aside from Martin’s six month jail stint for forgery, the couple had what appeared to be a healthy marriage. They raised four children, then adopted more. Martin got a medical degree and a law degree. They prospered. But after several decades of marriage, Michele became suspicious of Martin and unhappy with her appearance. Martin suggested she get a facelift.   And now for a note about our process. ***  Can you get a fair trial in America today?  Not based on what I heard just now.  An amazing report on the John Giuca case of corruption, judge misconduct, hiding evidence, prosecutorial misconduct, and an incestuous criminal court system that is solely based on racking up as many convictions as possible, even when the defendants are innocent.  Even also when they are proven innocent over the course of years, to maintain the conviction based on fraud, the "system" has to maintain the fraud in a cover-up, so the crime really never ends, and innocent people have their lives stolen in prison.  Michael Volpe and Doreen Guiliano, John Giuca's mother, detailed much of the case starting 45 minutes in, but we still have more to go over.  We also started a judicial court reform bill that we will release to WriteYourLaws.com when its ready for comment.  I opened with a bunch of comments on Leftist gun grabbing, and then went over an article from Natural News on how doctors kill 64 times as many people as die from gunfire, and those include about 1/3 suicides.
