In a move that is not at all surprising for Bandai, the demand for the long-delayed Gundam SEED FREEDOM film was drastically underestimated in Canada. Originally planned for a one night screening, the film's exhibition was expanded to a 17 day run, as screenings in most major cities frantically sold out. Could this film possibly live up to this level of hype over 15 years after Destiny burned us so badly? And... hey is that Trevor Devall back as Mu La Flaga?!

This should have posted two weeks ago! It slipped through the cracks somehow! My sincerest apologies. Accusations that I "did this on purpose" because I "hate Seed" are absurd, because obviously it wouldn't have occurred to me to self-sabotage like this regardless of how I feel about Seed. Mu La Flaga stars in: a gundam that wasn't built for him, but Seed is too misogynist to let a woman keep a winning machine! We made it 10 episodes in, and finally, we hit an episode that's all kill no filla. Instead of talking about a super old movie, Geremy mentions he's watching the now old Iron Blooded Orphans, which he never finished, and how everyone in the cast seems to have taken a level in rogue. Except Flay who just takes a level in rogue. Plus, a panty shot, and more arguments about the morality of hostage taking! Maybe I should have lead with that. Also, we announce our contest winners!
