Sinners! Join me this week to hear about how casual sex ruined my self esteem. My sophomore year of college I was a one night stand queen. I created a reputation for myself of being a party girl and basically a sure thing for the guys. It was fun for a while, but listen to find out why it wasn't anymore. PLEASE, I can not emphasize this enough, practice safe sex. Condoms, contraceptives, all the things. I convinced myself these guys liked me for me when in reality I was the easiest girl in the room and they knew that. Enjoy! --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/21stsintury/support
Sinners! It's time to talk about the self proclaimed "nice guys." News flash: they're not actually nice. They're manipulative and overall not great people. They know what to say and what to do to reel you in. I read texts from an ex from the beginning of our relationship. He said all the right things to get me to fall for him. If they call themselves a nice guy and their personality revolves around how nice they are...run. Women don't own men a single thing in exchange for being treated with respect. Enjoy! --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/21stsintury/support
TW//Sexual Assault and Rape Hi Sinners. Please do not listen to this episode if the trigger warnings are sensitive for you, or use your best judgment while listening. November of 2018 I was sexually assaulted by a Sigma Nu brother. I am choosing to share this story now due to a recent contest conducted by instagram account App State Chicks. They hosted a march madness equivalent for fraternities called "Frat Madness." Sigma Nu was the winner. I'm sick and tired of seeing fraternities glorified and continuing to get away with their behavior. They need to be held accountable and victims and survivors need to be protected. Greek life is a toxic breeding ground for all kinds of heinous activities and I'm tired of pretending like everything's fine. Things need to stop being swept under the rug and frats need to face consequences and be held responsible. I'm sick of seeing survivors have to live with their trauma and be silenced while their assaulters get away with it. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/21stsintury/support
TW // Sexual assault In August of 2021, my best friend, Rachel Scott, was sexually assaulted by a coworker. This is her story. She has uploaded Youtube videos and the links to part one and part two will be below. When I first spoke out to spread awareness on her behalf, I was threatened with a lawsuit. This is for every survivor everywhere who has been forced into silence. This is for every survivor who was told it was their fault. For every survivor who spoke up and was met with resistance. This is for you. Part One: https://youtu.be/vdR-Zl7t6lY Part Two: https://youtu.be/NejBoC2LJb8 --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/21stsintury/support
Alright Sinners listen up. This week I'm giving you all the bitch boy knowledge. I break down what is a bitch boy, examples of bitch boys and how to spot them, and most importantly....how to fend them off. And I'm guessing my answer isn't what you're thinking it is. Bitch boys are mutating and multiplying like rabbits in todays world. From the brads and chads, to daddy's money, to the alpha male beta bitch boy...I cover them all. Enjoy. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/21stsintury/support
Hello my sinners. Unfortunately, this week's episode is a short one due to my raging kidney infection. SO! Part one covers why you should and/or shouldn't have sex on the first date. The potential issues that may arise with 1st date sex, the joys and wonders of it, and a feminist rant for ya. Although this episode is a short one, you're still getting quality content and I encourage my ladies to take back the power. Men don't think twice about being considered easy...so why should we? Enjoy sinners and stay tuned for part two. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/21stsintury/support

*TRIGGER WARNING: Topics discussed include: suicide, eating disorders, depression, addiction, anxiety, toxic family members, loss and grief. I love you all, listen with caution if any of these topics are sensitive for you.* Happy Holidays Sinners. This week covers some heavier topics. We start off with the pressure of giving/receiving gifts. We talk about common stressors during the holidays, how to cope with them, how to prevent them, all the things. Straight up not wanting to be around certain people you're pressured to be around and how to tell them no. We then switch gears into the darker reality of the holidays. Mental health effects. Triggers. How to manage these feelings. Therapy isn't an option for everyone, so I did include several hotlines for resources. Holidays aren't always holly and jolly and that's ok. Let's talk about it and stop pretending everything is perfect. I love you all. Thank you endlessly for the support. This week we're going in a different direction. I decided to talk about a very NSFW topic...porn. Specifically, what kinds people watch, why people watch it, effects of porn in a relationship, and I even scratch the surface on addiction. Majority of the facts shared come from Porn Hub's 2019 Year in Review article. In this episode, I share a vulnerable story with you guys. I talk about how a previous partner of mine had a porn addiction and I describe the effects it had on my self esteem. There's much much MUCH more to be said on this topic, so consider this part one. I love you all and thank you again for your support. ♫ Don't wanna be..allll bi myysseelllffffff ♫ Cringe I know. Moving on! This week I talk about different bi stigmas, stereotypes, and different things bi individuals face. Disclaimer, I don't speak for all bisexuals, so know that what I say doesn't apply to everyone. I share my own experiences with the stigmas, why coming out in college and in a sorority didn't feel like an option for me, and the toxic thinking of wanting to "look more gay." And more! This is the first episode on LGBTQ+ related topics and I am so excited to share more about different communities with guests. I also update on moving, the boy from the one they tell you not to worry about, and of course, more sorority tea. I'm really proud of this episode and the things I shared so I hope you love it as much as I do! SINNERS! I missed you all last week. I'm back with part two of the greek life series. This time, with a guest. A fellow Kappa Apple Pie sister. Unlike part one, we discussed the pros of greek life and shed some light on the positive aspects. But don't you worry. We still spilled our fair share of tea. Including a sister making homophobic comments and not receiving any kind of consequences. Tsk tsk. Messy messy. We also talked about the fakeness and more of the cons you don't see. Including how a 19 year old was responsible for an entire sorority formal and how it was a total shit show. OH let's not forget about Georgia's most savage moment. This episode is brought to you by Aldi champagne and apple cider. Enjoy Sinners. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/21stsintury/support
Alright let's break it down. When your partner tells you not to worry about someone...more often than not, you should definitely worry. I dropped some truth bombs and called my own self out this week. OH, I also share how a man recently lied to me about being in a relationship. Oh yeah and his girlfriend messaged me on instagram. So does that make me the one to worry about? Question for a higher power. The tea definitely got spilled this episode. But seriously, I share tips and tricks on how to cope and heal from the pain of seeing your ex with the one they told you not to worry about. I share reasons why they end up with that specific person after you break up. This week had some hard pills to swallow, but someone's gotta say it. I love you all, thank you endlessly for your support. P.S. I played some J Cole so please don't flag this episode for copyright lol. SINNERS! This episode is so special because not only did I record it with my soul mate, we recorded this ON HER BIRTHDAY! ALSO....I announce something I have not posted anywhere else. But, for real though, we address several relationship red flags. This is part one of a part two series, but strap on in because we did not hold back this week. Most of these apply to people of all identities, but some pertain only to men or women. This episode consists of two best friends shooting the shit together more than anything else. If you notice any of these signs in your partner, relationship, or maybe even yourself, pay very close attention because you NEVER stay in a toxic relationship. What to do and how to respond when you get one? I address the double standard of unsolicited nudes from men and women. I even walk you through step by step how to send a good dick pic. Like...a good good wiener picture. I'm simply out here trying to make the world a better place one high quality nude at a time. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/21stsintury/support
