The House is moving ahead with a budget framework that pairs billions in new farm assistance with funding for the Iran war, but Senate Republicans want changes.
On Friday's Mark Levin Show, President Trump has repeatedly and clearly condemned Tucker Carlson and for good reason. Carlson has viciously and personally attacked the President, not just disagreed with him here and there. Strange that some close to the President remain close to Carlson, even defend Carlson, given Carlson's relentless personal smears of POTUS. Also, the term “globalist” is oddly misused by those who routinely cut business deals with foreigners yet label others as globalists. Additionally, “establishment” is another term. Such words are being used intentionally and perversely to confound and confuse, but we remain neither. Later, no, we don't need more centralized government. It's already overwhelmed by hundreds of billions in fraud documented by the GAO and by Musk and DOGE. Instead of endless experiments reinventing the wheel, the focus should simply be ensuring a safe, prosperous, and free society; Americans are not liberals on the dole and do not need government treating them as dependents - Florida serves as the prime example. Any Republican embracing quasi-socialist or centralizing agendas may win a primary but will not win the presidency. Afterward, thanks to communist China, Russia, Qatar, Turkey, Iran, and Hamas much of America's youth is against Israel—an unprecedented level of hatred toward Jews achieved through American podcasters, hosts, social media, and the internet. Israel's small population and limited resources could never win a PR war against the vast funding and influence of these foreign powers. Meanwhile, a poll claims Americans are growing weary of capitalism and losing faith in it. Majority of Americans don't want socialism. The problem is the to demographic changes—new arrivals who do not understand capitalism or the Constitution and simply expect benefits—as well as a broader culture that teaches people not to fend for themselves or pursue individual success but to demand big-government programs and something for nothing. Finally, Gianno Caldwell calls to discuss the community March Against Violence in Chicago on June 25th. Four years after his teenage brother Christian was shot and killed in Chicago, Caldwell is marching for justice rather than simply mourning. Matthew Bullis grew up in a mud-brick hut with no running water on a small island off South Korea, was adopted to the US at 11 speaking no English. After a dot-com near-miss, he took over his brother's struggling concrete-pumping software — down to about $20,000 a year — for 90% of the company. He taught himself to code and rebuilt it from scratch. From 2016, Bullis built RapidWorks into the operational system of record for heavy-equipment subcontractors: concrete pumping, cranes, hydrovac, and other site services. RapidWorks helps contractors book jobs, dispatch crews, manage the field, and get paid faster with accuracy and speed, taking dispatchers' productivity from 20 jobs to 60+. Today the company is near $20 million in ARR, serving more than 80% of the concrete-pumping market. In 2023, approaching $5 million in revenue, Bullis sold a majority to Wavecrest Growth Partners and brought in a new CEO Tim Curran with a new executive team. Matthew expected to be phased out within a year. Instead, by staying flexible and solving whatever broke, he became indispensable as chief strategy officer, taking on important strategic execution roles across the company where he was needed. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, we bring you the best of Mark Levin on Independence Day weekend. Chief Justice Roberts improperly relied on English common law as a basis for birthright citizenship, despite the framers using it only as a guide and rejecting elements that conflicted with the U.S. system. The 14th Amendment and the preceding Civil Rights Act of 1866 were narrowly intended to grant full citizenship rights to freed Black slaves and their children amid post-Civil War resistance—not to address immigration or confer citizenship on children of illegal aliens. The opinion wrongly equates "jurisdiction" with mere physical presence, leading to illogical results like automatic citizenship for babies of illegal immigrants (who retain foreign allegiance) while creating unaddressed exceptions for diplomats, revealing a result-oriented, activist approach that rewrites history. Roberts and his Majority twisted the history of the 14th amendment and just constitutionalized birthright citizenship, knowing full well that our nation, like Europe, is facing a grave threat from within as a result, in part, of the intentional refusal of our government, when the Democrats are in power, to enforce immigration laws and, oppositely, facilitating the importation of aliens from all over the world without proper vetting. Also, the constitutional amendment process is rarely used. It requires two-thirds approval in both houses of Congress to propose language, followed by ratification by three-fourths (38) of the states—neither of which is feasible for issues like changing birthright citizenship. The Supreme Court has constitutionalized elements not originally in the Constitution, making reversal through amendments impractical. Instead, the effective path is filling Court vacancies with constitutionalists, as achieved in overturning Roe, without resorting to court packing. Afterward, the growing fusion of Marxism and Islamism is a societal cancer, which has been discussed before in American Marxism. The Marxist counterrevolution devours American society, culture, politics, schools, media, and entertainment. The oppressor-oppressed framework fuels the leftist tactics, corporate capitulation and the Marxist-anarchist ideology of Antifa and BLM. Cortez says that if elected officials are going to call for change, then they need to elaborate on what kind of change they're talking about. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson holds a press conference where he reads the platform of the Democratic Socialists of America. We are joined by Sufia Khalid, deputy director of the National Security Criminal Defense Center at the Muslim Legal Fund of America and an attorney for one of the Prairieland Nine—a group of anti-ICE protesters in Texas who were sentenced to 30 to 100 years in prison after federal prosecutors accused them of being an "antifa terror cell." Chris Geidner, journalist and publisher of the Law Dork newsletter, joins the program to discuss the past week's Supreme Court rulings. In the Fun Half: If one throws a Great American 250 State Fair in the Mall of DC but no one is around to see it, did it really happen? Fox News says that thousands of people are participating but unfortunately the camera shows that there aren't even hundreds of people at the fair. Meanwhile down the street from the fair at the reflecting pool the National Guard is patrolling for loiters as a recorded announcement warns people to keep it moving. Rep. Thomas Massie is stopped on the street by a Fox digital reporter and asked about some of his scandals to which Massie responds by calling the reporter gay.
