Crimson Global Academy's (CGA) innovative approach to overcoming significant hiring challenges in the educational sector. Faced with the need to rapidly expand their teaching staff, CGA partnered with Empathix, a talent acquisition solution, to streamline their recruitment process. This collaboration enabled them to hire 17 educators in just seven days, a remarkable feat given the industry's typical 87-day average for similar roles. The success was attributed to a shift from reactive to proactive recruitment strategies, leveraging personalized communication and technology to efficiently identify and engage suitable candidates who were often already present in their existing databases but inaccessible through traditional methods. This breakthrough not only filled urgent vacancies but also established a scalable model for future growth, allowing CGA to build a strategic pipeline of qualified educators. This episode has been created with Notebook LM, the content has been written by me (Olivia) and is available to read on substack: https://empathix.substack.com/Check out www.empathix.xyz to learn more about how we are finding top candidates for businesses in less than a week!Follow: https://www.linkedin.com/in/oliviadyet/ for more content on AI
