Mental Health Day 2019 1) Forgive -You can write a letter and give to them, if you cannot say it to their face. -You can write how you feel on a piece of paper and ball it up. -You can speak to exists that you forgive them. 2) Start loving yourself. -Love every centimeter of your body. -Recognize your emotions and how you response and act to things or people. - Say no often. 3)Hang around people who want to see you do good! -Cut off people who serve you no purpose. -Surround yourself with like minded individuals, and positive and motivated people. -Don't be afraid to be alone sometimes.
