The Patriots and the Seahawks are the winners of the AFC and NFC Conference Championships this season and will meet in Santa Clara for Super Bowl LX. Chris and the fellas breakdown the action from Sunday's conference championships and determine why the chips fell where they did. The New England Patriots went into Denver, in a blizzard, and knocked off the #1 seed Denver Broncos. Sean Payton and Jarrett Stidham missed a couple opportunities and Drake Maye delivered the knockout punch with a QB rollout. The Seattle Seahawks and LA Rams clashsed in one of the best playoff games in history, with the Sam Darnold-Jaxon Smith-Njigba connection proving the driving force to send the Seahawks to the final game of the 2025 NFL Season. Have you ever felt completely unqualified for what God has asked you to do? Enoch felt the same way. He was "but a lad" and "slow of speech," yet he became the man who led an entire city to be translated. Discover how your weaknesses can become your greatest strengths. Summary: In this episode, we explore the rich doctrines found in Genesis 5 and Moses 6. We look at the legacy of Adam and the rise of Enoch, uncovering the patterns of faith that define the patriarchal priesthood. The Book of Remembrance: We discuss why the early Saints kept a record in their own language and how writing down our spiritual experiences preserves them for our children. Parenting in the Gospel: Adam and Eve taught their children "in the way of understanding," providing a model for teaching by the Spirit and through the "power of God". The Call of Enoch: We analyze Enoch's deep insecurity when called to preach—his youth and his speech impediment—and God's promise to "open thy mouth" and "fill it". The Power of a Seer: Enoch was commanded to "wash thine eyes with clay," a symbol of purifying his vision to see things not visible to the natural eye. The First Principles: Enoch teaches the fundamental "plan of salvation" through baptism, the Spirit, and the Atonement, showing that the gospel has been the same from the very beginning. Call-to-Action: What "speech impediment" or insecurity is holding you back from doing what God has asked of you? How can Enoch's story help you move forward today? Patreon supporter Christine Harnos (not the Star Trek actress, the other one) joins Javier to break down Part 2 of the "Didn't See It Coming" series before listening to the finale. They get into the weeds on Susan Gerbic's sting setup: the Facebook accounts she's been maintaining for years, the fake obituary, the hog farm detail. If a psychic mentions pigs, you know something's up. They also discuss the difference between hot reading and cold reading, why "scientifically tested" doesn't mean what mediums want you to think it means, and the troubling relationship between psychic mediums and grief support organizations like Helping Parents Heal. A bitter end to a fun season for my beloved 49ers at the hands of the Seattle Seahawks. One of our most bitter rivals steamrolled the 49ers 41-6 en route the NFC Championship game. Denver eliminates Buffalo after Josh Allen committed 5 turnovers. Costly win for Denver as they lose Bo Nix for the season with a broken ankle. Plenty of craziness in the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs. We had the Denver Broncos sending Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills home in overtime then finding out that Bo Nix will miss the rest of the postseason with a broken ankle then hearing that the loss cost Sean McDermott his job. In the late game on Saturday evening, the San Francisco 49ers finally ran out of steam and fell to Sam Darnold and the Seattle Seahawks defense. CJ Stroud couldn't find his Houston Texans receivers early in the game against the New England Patriots and the NFL's scariest defense will be heading home. And then Matthew Stafford and Sean McVay held on in overtime against Caleb Williams and Ben Johnson to send the LA Rams to the conference championship and the Chicago Bears home. Chris and the fellas break everything down from the Divisional Round and give the Conference Championships a lookahead. Best show talking ball out there.
