Ryan starts by sharing his visit to the Ibaraki Prefecture in Japan, the alleged landing site of the 1803 Utsuro-Bune UFO legend. Then he and Suzanne dive straight into the news: Dr. Steven Greer's claim that at least two massive UFOs are so large buildings were constructed around them, including what he says was a SCIF! From there, we get into the biggest headline of the week: President Donald Trump's directive to release UFO and alien-related government files, his comments about Barack Obama, and the growing speculation about a possible larger announcement. We'll break down responses from Congress, major UAP organizations like the SOL Foundation and Disclosure Foundation, and media reactions. Finally, we'll talk about what this all actually means. Is this real movement toward transparency or just the beginning of another slow, controlled review process? With analysis from the Debrief's Tim McMillan, NewsNation's Ross Coulthart, Luis Elizondo, Jay Stratton, and YOU the listeners, we'll examine the political, legal, and national security challenges that stand between rhetoric and real disclosure. Strap in. This is a consequential moment and we're breaking it all down live!
The guys tackle 2 big Lions topics to open the show.
WELCOME BACK TO ANOTHER EPISODE OF MAN VS MARRIAGE!Most men don't explode because they're angry. They explode because disappointment went unidentified. In this episode of Man vs Marriage, we break down what really happens during the internal exchange that turns disappointment into anger — and how ego fuels the narrative loop that follows:“Here we go again.”“I knew it.”“This always happens.”The emotions aren't the problem. The process is broken.Leadership in the home isn't about being stoic. It isn't about suppressing emotion or pretending you're unaffected. It's about consistency. It's about separating feelings from information. It's about taking thoughts captive before they take control of the moment. It's about providing the appropriate emotional response for the situation — not the accumulated weight of everything you've ever carried into it.We also talk about:• Why disappointment is often mistaken for anger• How an undisciplined ego drives reactive leadership• Why your response is the true locator of your maturity• What repair looks like when you fail• How asking forgiveness restores authority instead of weakening itDad doesn't have to be stoic to lead well. But he does have to be stable.Leadership isn't about staying calm at all costs. It's about consistency. If you've ever felt disrespected, triggered, or misunderstood in your own home — this episode will confront and clarify what's really happening beneath the surface. This isn't about perfection. It's about ownership.

ok so you're waiting for TKAD to come back, don't worry, it's on the way, but we've been cooking an idea for a while and finally decided to do it.I have a bachelor's degree in film production and have seen very few movies. Many "classic" films I've never bothered to watch, and my brother is very perturbed by that. So welcome to "'I've Never Seen That' said the Film Major", a new project where I finally watch a movie I should have seen by now but never bothered to.Currently I'm putting this in the TKAD feed as a "bonus" episode but should we do more in the future I'll make another feed for itFollow the podcast on spotify: https://open.spotify.com/episode/1yQ3EQ2P91mE6Bq0i4I3EYon Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/to-kill-a-delibird/id1667957767Amazon: https://music.amazon.com/podcasts/b37371a4-331d-4254-999b-e21fc0fdd837/to-kill-a-delibirdfor more half baked content: https://www.twitch.tv/hydraleechTiktok is essential for new creators so: https://www.tiktok.com/@hydraleeches#thematrix #movies #film #analysis #discussion #neo #morpheus
Thank you for joining us for our 2nd Cabral HouseCall of the weekend! I'm looking forward to sharing with you some of our community's questions that have come in over the past few weeks… Pati: how do you lower and keep cholesterol low during early menopause and when you have Familial Hypercholesterolemia. I have 315 total /240 LDL/70HDL/50 Trig. I am 5.4 height, 120lb and gluten free and dairy free for 13yrs and eat very low carbs and sugar. Never taken statins because they make my joints hurt but had high cholesterol for years but 300 was my highest. What can I take that can help and what should i eat. Thank you Pati Anonymous: Hi Dr. Cabral. Just wanted to confirm. Podcast 3576 reviewed a PubMed study that gave a minimum daily dosage of 10,800 FU to obtain desired results. The podcast gave me the impression that your supplement exceeded the 10,800 FU/day since only the 20,000 FU number was given. However, 3 plus does per day would be needed? Please can you clarify? Proteolytic Enzyme supplement. Natto Serving dosage on label is - (20,000 FU/g) 150mg My understanding is Natto amount is 3,000 FU 20,000 FU/g x .150g =3,000 Is this correct? Ashley: Hi Dr. Cabral, I have a detox meal timing question for you. When I did my last set of the big 5 labs, my health coach told me that it would be OK for me to eat at 8 and 3 instead of 11:30 and 6:30 as I feel much better when I fuel my body in the morning. When I don't, I feel ravenous in the evening. However, the admin in the FB group disagreed and said I shouldn't do that. Can you please clarify and let me know how big of a difference it makes to eat later instead of earlier? I feel like if eating earlier in the day helps me actually stick to the foods I'm supposed to eat and I'm still fasting for the same lengths of time that it would be OK. If it's a bigger deal than I realize, will you please explain the reasoning? Thanks so much! Tommy: Hi Dr. C, I'm an IHP who's come a long way with healing, but I feel stuck for the remainder. I've attempted a detox only once in my life. After the 4th day I was so wiped out that I couldn't really even work. I've also got high heavy metals but the protocol causes me such histamine reactions (even at a lower dose) that I just can't see it through. I feel stuck, I play for a soccer team but even training is too hard on my nervous system and leaves me wired. Maybe I should just try gentler detox like sauna and castor oil packs but I'm not sure it will be enough, and the sauna may just deplete me further. I've suffered so much with health and I'm in a better place, but still much work left to do. Lou: Hi Dr. Cabral, I am 15 and listen to your podcast every morning on the way to school with my mom. I was wondering, what would you say are your 5 favorite books? For the Glory KC is back with the 168th episode of the show!Sporting Kansas City kicked off the 2026 Major League Soccer season and for 38 minute it was going pretty well. Then Justin Reynolds went down with a "soft tissue" injury, and everything had to be shuffled around and the team collapsed. While the team put out, and the broadcast mimicked, that it was a 4-3-3, the team was definitely in their 4-4-2 defensive shape we talked about earlier this week. Jake Davis took the Daniel Salloi role and played quite well until he was forced to move to right back.We talk through all the beats of the game and what stood out to us. And the gif of the season.Speaking of Salloi, we discussed that trade and the additions to the team since our last episode of the podcast. We also get into David Lee's press conference promising "three to six" additions to the roster before the primary transfer window closes on March 26th.The KC Current basically were radio silent this week. We did sneak in some former players appearance at the SKC/SJ game into the podcast. In the Digital Crawl, we hit on a few more topics, including:Toronto FC's splash transfer of Josh SargentSheena wants to handle the Messi update?!?Here is a rundown of topics and start times:Former KC Current Player Sightings - 5:39Sporting KC trade Salloi and add two signings - 8:25SKC versus San Jose - 28:25David Lee presser and SKC round-up - 59:21Coachella Valley Invitational - 1:20:24Digital Crawl - 1:31:25As a special gift to For the Glory KC listeners and KC Soccer Journal readers, Backheeled dot com is giving away 30 days of their amazing, independent American soccer coverage for free. Is The Phantom (1996) a secretly GREAT bad superhero movie, or just purple-spandex pulp trash? In this episode, we dive deep into Billy Zane's cult classic, The Phantom, and ask if it actually holds up in 2026. We break down the film's weird production history, its roots in classic pulp comics, and why Treat Williams' gloriously over-the-top Xander Drax performance might be one of the last great campy '90s villains. In this episode of Cinema Psychos Show, Brian and John cover: The Phantom as one of the earliest costumed superheroes and pulp icons How a Joe Dante spoof script morphed into a straight-faced '90s studio superhero movie Billy Zane's committed himbo-hero turn in purple spandex and that infamous skull cave "dead dad" dynamic Treat Williams chewing the scenery as Xander Drax, murder microscopes, magic skull lasers, and all The Phantom's place alongside Batman '89, The Shadow, The Rocketeer, and Batman & Robin in the '90s superhero boom Why this once-maligned flop now plays like cozy, Saturday-afternoon cult comfort cinema CHAPTERS: Introduction and Show Open [00:00] Why The Phantom Now? 30 Years Later [01:17] Movie Synopsis and Xander Drax Impressions [02:25] Personal Memories: Seeing It in Theaters [06:01] History of The Phantom and Development Drama [10:30] Plot Breakdown: Origin and Skull Cave [14:00] Introducing Diana Palmer and New York Intrigue [19:00] Plane Hijacking and Femme Fatale Fight [29:30] Skulls Unite: Museum Heist and Chase [35:00] Pirate Island Showdown and Skull Powers [43:00] Climax Explosions and Finale [49:00] Audience Reviews and Reactions [59:00] Final Thoughts and Plugs [01:18:00] Follow The Cinema Psychos Show on Socials ❤️
New Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Brian Fleury did the press conference and media show tour after being hired this week. What did his answers reveal about his philosophy and does he have a true understanding of what he wants his offense to be? Fleury emphasized a commitment to running the football, including a red-zone approach built on being able to "run it in," while also suggesting the scheme won't look drastically different from what fans have seen. Rob's Reactions to The Traitors Episode 9 Welcome to RHAP’s coverage of ALL the Traitors iterations from around the world, including New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. The Traitors US is a high-stakes reality competition set in a secluded castle, where contestants must work together to complete challenges and earn a prize pot—while rooting out the secret traitors hidden among them. Today, Rob Cesternino and Pooya break down the twists, strategies, and shifting alliances among the remaining castle players. As friendships are exposed and traitors quietly maneuver, Rob and Pooya revisit pivotal voting blocks, surprise shortlist decisions, and clever gameplay, offering keen analysis on the evolving landscape of this reality competition. The podcast explores the multifaceted vote that sends Stephen Colletti home, featuring a unique 5-2-2 split and sharp insight into how pairs like Tara and Johnny, and Mark and Kristen, drive the action. Rob and Pooya unpack the mission's meta-strategy where traitors cleverly channel suspicion, only for the faithful to stumble, sparking confusion and intrigue. The episode also looks at the fresh challenge of the death shortlist, and how self-preservation changes voting behavior, especially for those marked for elimination. Listeners are treated to candid takes on the growing dynamics, including the faithful's infighting, Kristen's direct confrontation with Eric, and Eric's rookie struggles as a newly recruited traitor. The looming presence of Rob Rausch—a master of subtle manipulation—and the comedic contrast with Eric's anxious gameplay spark fun debate. The hosts examine murder tactics after the roundtable, shifting suspicions, and what the faithful need to do to mount a comeback. Key points discussed: The strategic vote split and why certain pairs target differing suspects How traitors hide in plain sight and influence the roundtable The group's approach to the murder shortlist and its impact on vote strategy Kristen's kitchen confrontation with Eric and its potential fallout Rob Rausch's tactical use of alliances, crediting others for his choices Can Tara and Johnny's newfound friendship help them survive, or will the traitors keep dictating the flow until the finale? Unravel the chess moves, personality clashes, and bold calls as the endgame approaches.
