Where did clowns go so horribly wrong in our lives? Dive into the history of their downfall, from Edgar Allan Poe's Hopfrog to the recent Clown Panic. Good clowns' reputations have been ruined by Pogo's collection of bodies beneath his house. Crotchy the Clown didn't help by mortifying Nebraska's Supreme Court. In Florida, a clown shot a woman at her own home. We even dig into the suspect history of the word, coulrophobia. Shakes the Clown had nothing on these characters!

Michelle and Charles talk mummies! Twentieth-century mummies! Ancient cannibal Chinchorro mummies! Smoked mummies of Papua New Guinea! Victorians eating mummies! Join us for tales like Elmer McCurdy: the bandit that wouldn't give up, And Eva Perón's wandering mummy. Good lord, it gets creepy! So many mummies, we ran out of time!

Even serial killers gotta pay the bills. Some, like Richard Ramirez and Ed Gein, barely succeed in the workforce. Other killers take advantage of positions of power and trust to manipulate, as Jack Unterweger did. Still others use their job, to hide the bodies just as Mack Ray Edwards buried his victims under Los Angeles freeways--where they remain to this day. 

Fast Food places are a bizarre and dangerous world. Sometimes it's lighter fare, like Jamie Lynn Spears stopping a fight, prostitutes get revenge for bad service and Kid Rock's late night breakfast shenanigans. Other times, the world is heartbroken by the Fast Food Serial Killer, or a precursor to the modern tragedy of mass shootings–the 1984 San Ysidro McDonald's massacre. Our personal favorite: finding an actual finger in your box of chicken fingers.

The dating world is bad enough. Some unscrupulous souls make it even rougher by throwing in a little murder and mayhem. Man's attempts at improving the odds with technology and newspapers have not helped. We dash through a few bad experiences from 1940s Lonely Hearts Club murderers, such as Raymond Fernandez and Martha Back. Then we cover some of the modern day versions, from Craigslist purchases gone wrong to catfishing and a murderous niece.
