    Dr. Donnelly Wilkes earned his medical degree on a full Navy scholarship and served seven years on activity duty. Dr. Wilkes served two combat tours in Iraq in 2004 and 2008 and was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal with Valor for his actions in the battle of Fallujah in April of 2004.
