When is Enough ENOUGH. In this episode, we dig deeper into what it truly takes to create real change in our society. We break down how fear-mongering is constantly pushed to keep people divided, distracted, and silent—and ask the hard question: when do we finally say enough is enough? This conversation challenges listeners to recognize the tactics used against us, reclaim their power, and step up with unity, courage, and action to make a real difference.
Just gearing you all up for When is ENOUGH... ENOUGH Pt 2. Give everyone a chance to catch up before I let pt 2 go, and I will not be holding back, so listen up to this and get ready for next Monday.

We're halfway through January of 2026... and just like that the month will be over and can be a repeat of previous scenarios in which you wanted to make a change, and yet somehow didn't. The reason for that lack of change starts within. What has to happen... to your health, to the country and society around you, to your finances, to anything that matters to you before you say Enough is Enough and do something about it? In this episode, that's what we talk about. - I appreciate you all for listening. Thank you for being a part of the family here.THANK YOU to all of the worldwide THNKRS. In this episode, I'm sharing some thoughts that have been sitting with me for a while and honestly, they woke me up in the middle of the night. We're talking about giving yourself permission to just be, especially at the beginning of a new year when everyone seems to be setting bigger goals and chasing more.I want to explore a question I think so many MamaCEOs wrestle with but don't always say out loud: when is enough enough? When do we stop striving for the next milestone and start asking what we're actually building our businesses for?I share why I stopped setting traditional goals years ago, how capacity and real life have forced me to adjust expectations (again), and why stewardship has become a much better framework for me than constant growth. We also talk through practical income benchmarks, what financial freedom can actually look like for moms, and why your end goal should be tied to the life you want to live — not someone else's highlight reel.If you've ever felt behind, overwhelmed by goal-setting culture, or unsure if you even want the “next level” everyone is chasing, this episode is for you. Consider this a gentle, honest conversation about building a business that supports your life, not one that constantly asks you to sacrifice it.Let's talk about contentment, clarity, and choosing goals that actually fit.------------Grab an audit: https://mkhco.thrivecart.com/sales-breakthrough-audit/
My family is entering the third (and final!) year of something I've been calling "The Grand Edit". As a couple who has been blessed to see our 50s, we've managed to accumulate quite a few things. Did I mean for this process to take three years? No, but hey, it took 50 years for me to get all this stuff, so maybe three is reasonable. Some of the excess abundance are useful (like the many books I plan to read), others are reminders of hobbies that we'll probably never pick up again (2025 was the year I stopped playing soccer because of too many injuries). In this episode, I talk about my own journey of figuring out "when is enough, enough", and it starts with lipsticks and office chairs.Next EpisodesJan 15, 2026: Creating Tech Boundaries for Yourself and Your FamilyJan 22, 2026: Why and How to Be a Lifelong LearnerResources:-A Stoic Guide to Having Enough https://perennial.substack.com/p/a-stoic-guide-to-happiness-the-art-How to Keep House While Drowning https://amzn.to/49sR0we-Get Organized 2026 https://tinyURL.com/getorganized2026 -Website: http://BYWDreams.com-My books: http://TinyURL.com/BYWDbooks
When Is Enough, ENOUGH…? breaks down the cold reality facing working Americans—rising costs, stagnant wages, and a system that demands more while giving less. This episode challenges the narratives we're sold, exposes the disconnect between data and daily life, and asks the question too many are afraid to say out loud: when do we stop accepting survival as normal?

The Messy Walk Podcast is continuing to accept any of your questions on social media that may be answered in future podcast episodes. Have you ever felt like someone is a hopeless case? Sometimes it seems like you can’t get through to someone, no matter how hard you try to share your faith with them. […]
Let's be honest—life will hand you a million reasons to walk away from your faith. Doubts, pressure, pain, distractions, and disappointment can make quitting feel easier than staying. But for every reason to give up, there is one greater reason to stay: Jesus. In this message, we'll confront the cultural, intellectual, and emotional reasons people fall away and be reminded of the only reason we need to stay anchored—because Jesus is real, Jesus is risen, and Jesus is returning. If you're ready to quit on God, this message is for you.
Ever felt like you're too broken, too far gone, or simply not enough? You're not alone—and you're exactly the kind of person Jesus loves to meet right where you are. This week in our series ENOUGH, we'll take a powerful look at two women whose lives were radically transformed by Jesus: Mary Magdalene and Mary of Bethany. They weren't just healed by Jesus—they were forever changed as they encountered Him at the Cross. Their stories show us that even in the middle of grief, pain, and shame, Jesus brings purpose, identity, and unshakable hope. This message will not only encourage your heart, it will reshape your soul. You'll see how trusting Jesus—not trying harder—is the key to experiencing a life of freedom, healing, and lasting transformation. If you've ever wondered if Jesus really sees you… if He can really change you… this is the message you've been waiting for.Be reminded: Jesus is enough—and because of Him, so are you.

In Episode 186 we cover a question submitted from a woman asking the very complicated question of, “when is enough, enough?”When is the time to stop setting new goals in fitness/physique related pursuits. When you become advanced how do you continue to set new goals? How to know when it's time to simply maintain what you've put the hard work in to earn, and ride off into the sunset. We explore this question from various angles, from both the physical and mental side of things.Timestamps:00:00 Episode Introduction01:40 Bryan and Aaron Updates16:10 Navigating Intermediate to Advanced Training Goals27:21 The Clarity of Goals in Fitness28:20 The Pursuit of Leanness: A Double-Edged Sword31:33 The Role of Social Motivation in Training36:36 The Importance of Recovery and Injury Prevention40:49 Exploring New Athletic Pursuits44:46 The Bigger Picture: Health and Longevity47:39 Finding Joy in Achievements and the Journey49:45 Incorporating Variety for Lifelong Fitness Work 1:1 with Aaron ⬇️https://strakernutritionco.com/nutrition-coaching-apply-now/Done For You Client Check-In System for Coaches ⬇️https://strakernutritionco.com/macronutrient-reporting-check-in-template/Paragon Training Methods Programming ⬇️https://paragontrainingmethods.comFollow Bryan's Evolved Training Systems Programming ⬇️https://evolvedtrainingsystems.comFind Us on Social Media ⬇️IG | @Eat.Train.ProsperIG | @bryanboorsteinIG | @aaron_strakerYT | EAT TRAIN PROSPER PODCAST

"The End Game of Collecting" – Every collector eventually faces the big question: When is enough, enough? In this episode, we dive into the idea of an "end game" in collecting—whether it's retro video games, toys, or anything nostalgic. Do you set a final goal, or does the thrill of the hunt keep you going? Does boredom or lack of space force you to stop? We discuss what drives collectors and what ultimately makes them call it quits (or not) all that and more on this episode of the The Weekly Warp Pipe Podcast.
Talking about money is one of the loneliest conversations out there. But what if it didn't have to be? This week on the podcast, I sat down with the brilliant Elizabeth Husserl, author of The Power of Enough, to unpack our emotional relationships with money. We dove into scarcity, security, success, and how money shapes our connections—with our partners, our families, and even ourselves. Money isn't just numbers on a spreadsheet. It's history, identity, and sometimes a damn white elephant in the room. But when we actually turn towards it, get curious, and start asking the real questions, we can change the game. When is Enough Enough? – Finding the Balance in Prepping | episode 319 Prepping is all about being ready for whatever life throws your way, but at what point do you stop adding to your stockpile? It's a question many preppers face – can you ever have enough stored away? While it's important to be prepared, there's a fine line between smart prepping and unnecessary hoarding. How Much is Too Much? It's easy to fall into the mindset of “just one more bag of rice” or “another case of canned beans won't hurt.” But prepping isn't just about having the most – it's about having what you need for your situation. Assess the size of your household, the threats you're likely to face, and the space you have available. A well-planned prep tailored to your needs will always outshine a cluttered room full of random items. Rotate Your Food Preps Food prepping can quickly turn into waste if you're not careful. Rotating your supplies is essential to keeping things fresh and usable. Practice the first-in, first-out method to ensure older items are consumed before they expire. Incorporate your prep food into everyday meals to keep things moving. Prepping Beyond Food Remember, it's not all about food. Water, medical supplies, tools, and skills are equally vital. Stockpiling is important, but knowing how to use what you have is just as crucial. Diversify your preps to cover a wide range of potential needs. Quality Over Quantity At the end of the day, prepping is about peace of mind. Focus on quality, sustainable options, and skill-building. Prepping isn't just survival – it's about creating a life you can sustain, no matter the conditions.

Ask yourself: What do you truly want to accomplish with the money you make? And how do you know when the number in your bank is truly enough? We're back with a recap of our conversation with Vanessa and Shana from Budget Besties, where AJ talks about recognizing when enough is enough. Making more money isn't a bad thing; it's good and sometimes necessary. But ultimately, it's what we do with that money and how much control we let it have over our hearts that makes the difference. Join AJ as she shares her thoughts on the topic, breaks down the natural lifestyle acclimation of earning more, shares her belief in “dying with zero,” and much more. Thanks for tuning in!

In this episode of the DYIC podcast, Joanna Kleinman invites us to explore the courage needed to move beyond a life that is merely “good enough” to one that feels authentically great. She delves into the common fear of leaving behind aspects of our lives that appear satisfactory on paper but fail to align with our true selves.
