We sat down with Sergeant (Ret.) Bert "Maverick" Gonzalez to discuss his compelling new book, The Real Greatest Show on Earth. After dedicating 37 years to the Miami-Dade Police Department, serving in roles from narcotics to crime scene investigations and training over 25,000 officers, Gonzalez offers an unprecedented look behind the badge.Gonzalez pulls no punches, describing his book as the "nitty-gritty reality" of police work, far removed from TV sensationalism or murder mysteries. The Real Greatest Show on Earth explores the full spectrum of a cop's career:The Terror and Tragedy: He reveals the nightmares and haunting experiences officers face daily, seeing things "no one should ever see."The Humor and Humanity: Gonzalez also shares the rare, humorous, and deeply human moments on the street—those times when officers are genuinely thanked or encounter situations "no genius of a comedic mind could ever imagine."Discover the world through the eyes of a Bronze Medal of Valor recipient and highly respected national police instructor, who shows the "good, the bad, and the ugly" of life under the "circus tent" of law enforcement.Interested in hearing more about Sgt. In this powerful sermon, Pastor Jarrod Walls delivers a wake-up call to believers about spiritual warfare and authentic faith. He challenges Christians to embrace their identity in Christ without compromise, warning against spiritual complacency and the distractions of modern life. Pastor Walls reminds us that we're called to be "a city on a hill" and "people of valor" in a spiritual battle, emphasizing that victory comes "not by might, nor by power, but by God's Spirit." This message is a bold call to return to biblical truth and live with quiet confidence in God's power.
¿Te has fijado cómo cambia todo tu día cuando no recibes el reconocimiento que esperabas?

The Miracle After the Darkness – Michal Weinstein's Unbelievable Story When Michal Weinstein was just ten years old, her father — a respected diamond dealer and Israeli diplomat — vanished without a trace. For nearly two decades, her family lived in painful uncertainty, surrounded by rumors, fear, and unanswered questions. In this gripping episode, Michal opens up to Nachi Gordon about the shocking twists that followed: corruption at the highest levels, a decades-long mystery, and an unimaginable discovery that finally brought truth and closure 19 years later. From her childhood in Far Rockaway and the day her father disappeared, to the miraculous moment his body was found and the profound faith that carried her through it all — Michal's story is one of resilience, justice, and divine providence.

In this Meaningful People episode, financial advisor Moshe Alpert and community advocate Shmuly Hartstein unpack why many frum “middle‑class” families earning $200–300K still feel underwater—tuition that rivals a salary, yom tov and camp costs, seminary and simcha expectations, and the quiet creep of credit‑card debt. They debate income‑based tuition and communal funding versus personal responsibility, and share practical moves: make a real plan, build a budget, ask for a raise or start a side hustle, prioritize local schools in tzedakah, consider lower‑cost simchas or out‑of‑town living, and protect your family with insurance and a will. A candid, solutions‑oriented conversation about money, values, and making frum life sustainable. Drawing on millennia of Jewish scholarship, especially the teachings of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, the book celebrates women of faith, courage, and wisdom. Each verse is paired with contemporary artwork by Israeli artist Lia Baratz, making the book both educational and inspirational for readers of all ages. Dedicated to the women of Nahal Oz who were killed on October 7, 2023, it stands as a tribute to Jewish women of valor throughout history. Already in its second printing, Eishet Chayil is an ideal gift for Bat Mitzvahs, brides, wives, and mothers. Send us a textPeaches and Active Duty CCT, MSgt Dan torch the myth of “fair” awards in the military. This one's not a feel-good story—it's a reality check. From Manda Bay to the Pentagon, the boys call out the clown show where some people collect medals for surviving the wifi going out while others who actually fought for their lives get nothing. Dan drops receipts straight from the battlefield, naming the hypocrisy, inflated hero worship, and bureaucratic nonsense that's poisoning the ranks. Peaches brings the heat, asking what integrity really means when ribbons matter more than reality. If you've ever wondered why the system feels rigged, buckle up. This one's a gut punch.⏱️ Timestamps: 00:00 – “That didn't happen.” Dan calls out false war stories. 04:00 – The Manda Bay attack that never should've happened. 09:00 – The medal inflation problem: Valor vs. participation trophies. 14:00 – Security Forces myths get shredded. 19:00 – When leadership rewards fiction over facts. 27:00 – Silver Stars for drone kills? Come on. 33:00 – Angel on the battlefield... or PR stunt? 40:00 – Leadership gaslighting and the politics of awards. 47:00 – Peaches drops the hammer: Integrity first, or nothing.
Send us a textThe Ones Ready crew returns to burn down the house with a brutally honest breakdown of integrity, influence, and idiocy in the military influencer world. Jared's new book Wet Death gets high praise (and a bit of trolling), Aaron confesses his TV crimes, and Trent plays devil's advocate like a champ. The real fire? A scorched-earth takedown of Tim Kennedy—his alleged valor awards, inflated resume, and why stolen valor isn't just embarrassing—it's corrosive. Plus: a war room full of memes, Nate's jump-to-conclusions mat, and the Pentagon's real nuke warning system (hint: it's covered in cheese and pepperoni). If you're looking for polished PR, move along. If you want unfiltered, warfighter-level truth bombs with a side of sarcasm, welcome home.
