034 - Back finally with a new episode! Really I finally had something worth talking about, too bad for you it's all comics you can't read yet! That's right; I have six new issues to talk about that will either be out at the end of the month or next month. 033 - Back with more comics for you. Mostly new issues, but this is the first week that I haven't been slamming through graphic novels. Though I could have done that again this week, those reviews will be up later, and I don't want to spoil them. Perhaps next time. 009 - Get ready for something different! This is not the return of the usual Comic Bastards Podcast that you may have been waiting for. Instead, it's something different. It's just me, Dustin, and I'm going to review some books... quickly. Okay, not that quick it turns out, but I will run through about seven or eight titles in what I hope will be a weekly show that I put together. Be sure to check out the video as well... it's me staring at the camera and doodling on the screen... enjoy?

008 - This week on the show we start with anything other than comics! That's right, more beverages and wrestling, but after that, it's a big review episode. We'll break it down for you below on what titles we cover. After reviews, we return to our "Year of the Bastard" segment in which we look at the fourth volume of  Transmetropolitan which is where Steve got the name for the segment. We'll be back in two weeks!

By Dustin Cabeal 007 - This week on the cast we have only two subjects to talk about. The first being the Marvel flub earlier in the week. Steve and Dustin will walk through some of the issues they feel Marvel is dealing with while dissecting the comment made by the Marvel sales VP. After that we continue our segment "Year of the Bastard" with a look at the second volume of Transmetropolitan by Warren Ellis, Darick Robertson and Rodney Ramos. 006 - I'm going to be upfront and tell you that if you don't like kids on podcasts, then you're going to hate this episode. Be it that Steve and I both have kids, it was bound to happen, so consider yourself forewarned. As for the actual meat of the podcast, we talk about Mt. Dew... then the Justice League trailer that premiered. Iron Fist is discussed slightly, but only the first two episodes. A special treat is a new segment called "Askhole with the Bastards" in which lightning round questions are shot off. We'll be getting your Askhole questions in the future if you like this segment. Lastly, an impromptu unboxing of two Loot Wears packages... it's nuck and futs folks, stay with us, stay with us.

That is to say; we're going to discuss the first three episodes of DC and NBC's Powerless! That's a comedy I promise. After we're all tuckered out on TV, we begin another new segment in which we're spending a year on Transmetropolitan called "Year of the Bastard." It's pretty relevant to what's going on in the world these days, and so if you'd like to join us, we'll be covering volume 1 "Back on the Street" on this episode and then "Lust for Life" in a month from now.
