In today's episode, I let you in on a little cheat code that I build for myself to develop a better connection with nutrition. It's not a crazy fad or diet, it's a simple practice that allows me to create greater awareness and a deeper intention with the foods I'm eating. I find that many of us struggle with guilt and shame around the relationship we have with our diets which doesn't empower us to feel confident about our ability to tune in and listen to our bodies natural wisdom. More end of the year thoughts... This time focusing on what it means to be bullet proof and how the inner work is a pathway towards creating your armor for the years to come. It's clear we've entered new territory with the global events that have taken place, and there is no telling what the future holds in store for us. Sure manifestation and having positive outlook are good things to practice, but its also important to take a practical approach towards actualizing things you want to achieve. This week I am joined by Energy Reader & Channeler, Tanya Master to discuss our experiences with higher realms and how they relate to virtual realities and escapism. There is so much heaviness within our planet that many of us are being called to transcend, but staying committed to this kind of healing and energy work is not all love and light. During this 2 hour conversation Tanya and I really grapple with these concepts and tap into higher frequencies of thought as we dive deep into what this means for us personally. We hope you enjoy the ride and would love connect with you to hear your thoughts on our discussion! Hey y'all, I've decided to do something a little different. On the weeks when I don't have a guest or a topic that I've organized for discussion, I'll be doing a short episode which I will call "Check-In Sessions". On these episodes I will share my ups and downs for the week and what I wish to work on for the week ahead. It's been a long time coming, but we're finally back! This week I am joined by Mindset & Empowerment Coach, Bri Mosquera to talk about our entrepreneurial journey and share tools on how to show up for yourself even when your energy is just not there. Bri's story began in the great city of NY, where she got her Masters Degree in Psychology and Social Work and worked as a Family Therapist before taking the great leap into the world of entrepreneurship. After getting out of a toxic relationship and feeling completely taxed from being a social worker, Bri uprooted her life and moved to Spain to pursue her dreams and passion for supporting women to channel their authenticity and inner strength! We are finally in an age where we have the technology to live in abundance. Yet we are haunted by ancient dramas that still boo at us through outworn systems that are held by creepy perverts and traumatized individuals in need of serious help. As much as I'd like to point the finger, we are the ones who choose to uphold these individuals and the systems that they protect. So what's wrong with us? Scarcity mindset is the enemy of abundance and when we attach ourselves to fear there is no room from which abundance can flow. Our histories have left us with quite a bit of darkness to unpack, but if we continue to identify with them these cycles will never cease to exists. We are all guilty in this verdict and the sooner we realize that and stop looking to blame or to be saved by the external, the sooner we can build from our future and not from our past. We've come quite a long way from discovering fire, hunting for food, conquering lands and peoples out of fear and we made it a really long way! In fact, we've come up with some pretty neat tools to make life easier on all of us. But first, we gotta get to the root of your own shit! Why can't we celebrate the wins of our present moment, what are you scared of? Is it the rent, is it a shitty relationship, is it oppression? Well then it might be time for us to question things that we never thought to question before. Like money systems, property values and ownership, jobs, agriculture etc. How do we reinvent the wheel without having to hang ourselves in the process. How do we leave ancient dramas behind and learn how they live in our bodies, thoughts and actions? How do forgive ourselves, disidentify and start from scratch. Is that too crazy? Cuz to be honest my patience for this bullshit has peaked. Abundance is real and I refuse to be an enemy of it because the majority of people are still choosing to play pretend with concepts that don't have to be real. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/luma-a/support
In this episode, we will be discussing a concept that came to me in meditation, which I now call conflict bonding. As energetic beings, we are constantly generating and creating energy. This is not only a gift but a responsibility, and the more conscious we become of this the more we are able to get back our power and decide how we choose to move and be perceived in this life. Many of us are repeating cycles and attracting the same situations, people, life circumstances because we are not aware of our trauma and subconscious patterning. Join me while I draw out what it means to bond with external conflicts and the importance of getting control of your life by clearing the trauma and programming that we carry in our physical, mental, and energetic bodies. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/luma-a/support
This week I am talking about my journey in reconnecting with my body and inner sense of purpose. Like many of us, I was simply going through the motions and allowing external influences to dictate my decision-making. It wasn't until 2020's worldwide pause that I recommitted myself to learning my body and honoring my truths. I hope that sharing my story invites you to examine where your relationship with your body is and inspires you to cut out the things that no longer serve you. I would also want you to work on making space for the small things that bring you joy. Join me for part two of last week's episode where we discussed the history and evolution of astrology along with the season traits of the signs Aries - Virgo. This week we go into the darker months of the year, Libra - Pisces, and sum up this topic by having an overview of the seasonal cycles and elements. I look forward to seeing you again next week! As astrology makes its way into popular culture, I wanted to bring you the history of its origins by telling you about its connection to the natural cycles of our earth. Our ancestors developed astrology as a tool that allowed them to travel far distances and to understand the meanings behind the dangers of an unpredictable and ever-changing environment. They had to be deeply intuitive and attuned to the cycles of the earth and used the planets as guides and sacred teachers. In this first episode, we will go over how astrology was ingrained in the practices of ancient societies and the seasonal traits of the signs of Aries-Virgo. Let me know what you think! On this episode, I am joined by my very good friend Helena and her partner Alex. We discuss their journey on deciding to open up their relationship and how it has changed their perspective on love. Monogamy is an ideal that has been sold and marketed to us for the majority of our lives. Yet every individual is not the same and is exploring unique obstacles when it comes to intimacy and love. I wanted to bring you a very personal take on what a relationship can look like when two people decide to take charge and discover intimacy without fear. Be sure to tune in next week for part two and if you have any questions regarding this topic, please DM me on instagram.com/theintergrails. This week we are talking about taking responsibility! I know it's not what we want to hear, but if you want to cut through the BS in your life, you can not be afraid of doing the work. Unfortunately, we tend to romanticize the idea of someone coming to save us or your path being simply laid out ahead of you, but there is nothing more thrilling than seeing this world for what it is. This is how you take back your power, become an active participant in writing your story, and choosing which characters you get to create with. It is all encoded in your authenticity. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/luma-a/support
Join me as I'm hopped up on coffee ranting about my fucking trauma! Great beauty is waiting to be discovered straight from within and it happens the second you stop retelling yourself the stories that were given to you by your family, the system, and everything else outside of you. The loops we keep on reliving are fucking boring and as things continue to shake up in our world, we seem to miss that we're standing on very fertile ground... and it is quite horny for your creations. After listening to this episode, I invite you to create a little mental cemetery where you can say goodbye to all of the bullshit in your life ceremoniously. That way if it ever comes back, you will always remember where it belongs... in the fucking past! Happy Aries Season, everyone! --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/luma-a/support
I'm beyond excited to finally be launching this project! In this first episode, I give you a brief intro on what is Dark Buddha Work and a foreshadowing of what's to come. As we get deeper into these conversations, I would love to incorporate the audience in the dialogue, so be sure to stay tuned as I figure out a way to bring that together. In the meantime, I'm happy to answer any questions, take feedback, and/or suggestions through our website, theintergrails.com and instagram.com/theintergrails. In this episode, I talk about participating in this year's lent season and using the energy gained through sacrificing certain comforts to explore the other vices (that don't really seem like vices) in my life. What this has done is open a portal into the magic that exists with having a sober mind. One that is not only sober of substances but our devices, the media, & other people's energies. That is not to say that these things are inherently evil, but observing the things that bring us superficial and temporary suffering when taken away, allows us to understand our relationship to them. And this is something I consider to be very valuable data. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/luma-a/support
Welcome back! In this episode, I explore the internal dialogues of self-hate and self-love and talk about my journey in mending the war between these two forces. Self-love can't really exist without self-hate and it's truly up to us to mother the side of ourselves that seems to be keeping us from our goals and dreams. It doesn't always seem like it, but the areas where we lack self-worth are really trying to protect us from getting hurt, not sabotage us. I hope you are able to take away some tips on how to nurture yourself when you are indulging in negative self-talk and also to cultivate mothering energy to guide you in the direction you're really trying to go in. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/luma-a/support
