Hello, I'm Net88. Welcome to my podcast where I chat to Geocachers to learn more about this amazing game. Geocaching is a real-world, outdoor treasure hunting game using GPS-enabled devices. Participants navigate to a specific set of GPS coordinates and then attempt to find the geocache (container) hidden at that location. For the basics and how to get started visit geocaching.com/guide/ I started Geocaching in 2010 and since then I have met some wonderful people who all have something to share with new Geocachers just starting out. Join me as I chat to those Geocachers who I have met along the way about their favourite aspects of the game.

This year, GIFF is taking a brief 'intermission' until the credits roll on 2020. But that doesn't mean we can't learn about what is involved in the Geocaching International Film Festival and who better to learn from than lat&long junkie who has been a finalist twice. When I interviewed Rastas000 he asked me when I was going to be interviewed for my podcast. I thought it was a silly idea but then more and more people asked me. Today is my birthday! So to celebrate my birthday and my 10 year geocaching anniversary I got Kate from the Presentation Boss Podcast to come on as a guest host and interview little ol' me. This was a really fun episode to record but I am happy to be back in the host seat now. Want to be a guest? Want me to cover a topic? Let me know! Geocaching would be a completely different activity if we didn't have reviewers to keep the geocaches at a good standard or to make sure guidelines are being followed. Reviewers are volunteers that spend hours of their own time each week reviewing new geocaches and keeping an eye on any that need some owner love. Today I sat down with Ministro and Hersien who are two of the reviewers from Australia to talk about how they became reviewers and what the responsibilities of the role are.
