From the tragedy in Utah to AI choosing world leaders, today's brief brings the facts you need to understand America's crossroads at home and abroad.   Charlie Kirk Assassin Arrested: Utah officials confirmed 22-year-old Tyler Robinson confessed to family and friends after FBI photos, his car, and his leftist ideology tied him to the crime. His boyfriend, Lance “Luna” Twiggs, is cooperating with investigators, raising questions about extremist networks in Utah. Erika Kirk vowed Turning Point USA will continue, declaring, “You have no idea the fire that you have ignited within this wife… We will never surrender.” Polls now show 24% of very liberal Democrats say they take joy in political killings - 20% are unsure if they should.   Political Divide Over Violence: Republicans launch a special committee to probe leftist violence, while Democrats dismiss ideology as a motive. Senator Brian Schatz argued, “What f'ing difference does it make if this murderer was left or right.” Utah's Governor Cox blamed the internet, while Illinois' Governor Pritzker pointed at Trump. Bryan warns, “We live in a revolution. Their revolution. And if you disagree with them, you're to be targeted.”   Iran's Nuclear Program Weakened but Not Dead: Israeli intel confirms Trump's strikes crippled Tehran's enrichment capacity for years, though knowledge and equipment remain. Israel's defenses, however, are drained and need time to recover, meaning future operations will likely be covert.   Israel Rules Out Palestinian State: Prime Minister Netanyahu announced, “There will never be a Palestinian state. Aside from the generic tourist attractions & fantastic restaurants, Paris is also rich in Jewish history. We also visit the gravesite of Rav Yosef David Zintzheim (1745-1812), a towering leader of French Jewry during the challenging times of the French Revolution, the Reign of Terror, emancipation of French Jewry and the Napoleonic era. The show begins on a festive note — with drummer Jeff Plate previewing Trans-Siberian Orchestra's dazzling Christmas tour, complete with lasers, pyro, and snow inside the arena. But joy turns quickly to dread as listeners call in about Charlie Kirk's assassination. A self-described amateur rifleman explains how shockingly little skill is needed to carry out such an attack, while others recount overhearing laughter about Kirk's murder in public spaces. Anger and fear rise as calls for firing squads and swift justice echo through the lines. Then the breaking news: the assassin's name. Twenty-two-year-old Tyler Robinson of Utah, a scholarship student, arrested after throwing away his future — and others' lives — in a single horrific act. With the FBI press conference looming, the episode captures a nation reeling: parents praying, citizens demanding vengeance, and a deep unease about security, radicalization, and where this violence will lead next.

On January 6th, of 2020, tonight's guest, Ernie Pack, had his first Bigfoot sighting while he was in a cemetery, on top of Mitchell Hill, in Jefferson County, Kentucky. He was doing a paranormal investigation there, at the time, with his wife, Denise. The area where they'd chosen to do their investigation is known by locals for being haunted. In fact, there's a legend about the area that stemmed from people hearing what they thought was a baby crying in forests around that area. The night Ernie and Denise had their first Sasquatch sighting, they were trying to locate the grave of a spirit they'd been interacting with in that area. At that time, neither Ernie nor Denise were sure if Sasquatch were even a reality. That was about to change and change in a big way. You see, after what happened to them that night, both Ernie and Denise are almost obsessed with investigating Sasquatch. Fast forward almost 6 years since the night Ernie and Denise had that experience and they've had multiple other sightings and encounters. On tonight's show, Ernie is going to tell you about them. Wendell had traveled to Fouke, Arkansas to look for the Boggy Creek monster. One of the nights Wendell and his team were there, they had just come around a bend on one of the back roads in Boggy Creek, when they saw a big, black, hairy creature that was walking on two legs cross the road and run into the woods. That was Wendell's first sighting but it wasn't his last one.
