On December 24th, around midnight, after Bruce Brown and I recorded last week's show (Episode 623), he drove to a property in Fentress County, Tennessee to investigate a Dogman sighting a farmer there had, recently. While he was looking around the farmer's property, nothing of note happened. When he was walking back to his car, however, that all changed. You see, when he had walked back to within about 15 to 20 yards from his car, he realized he wasn't alone… If you listened to last week's show, you heard Bruce come on and talk about the group of Dogman encounters he's had over the years, including the time he picked up a Dogman pup and examined it. A bird known as Titanis walleri made its home in Florida just a few million years ago. Titanis, as its name suggests, was titanic indeed — a flightless predator, 5 feet tall, with a massive hooked bill. Titanis and other birds related to it belong to a group some paleontologists call the "terror birds." They were dominant land predators in South America for tens of millions of years. Paleontologists still aren't clear about why Titanis and its kin went extinct. Una experiencia real de Uriel E. González. Todo sucedió una madrugada en que se dirigía a ver a su familia en un apartado pueblo llamado Mahzucil, ubicado en el estado de Yucatán.Uriel iba conduciendo su motocicleta. Era una noche tranquila, hasta que tuvo que tomar una desviación en la carretera y adentrarse en un desolado camino que atraviesa el monte.Estos caminos son tan estrechos que en determinados segmentos muy apenas logra caber un vehículo, y aparte suelen estar cubiertos en ambos lados por una vegetación tan espesa que impide la vista a los costados y no dejan espacio para orillarse. Ahí no hay ningún tipo de iluminación, por lo que en la noche se vuelven realmente oscuros.En cierta parte de esta carretera rural Uriel avistó un extraño ser, una cabra negra (macho cabrío) que caminaba en dos patas. Razón por la que tuvo que forzar el motor de su motocicleta, con tal de dejarla atrás.Uriel cree que aquello que vio se trataba del Huay Chivo, un ser que era temido por los propios mayas, y cuya presencia se extiende por todo Yucatán. Es una leyenda muy antigua que dice que esa cabra que camina en dos patas en realidad es un brujo muy poderoso que entregó su cuerpo y alma a deidades oscuras para obtener la habilidad de transformarse en esta horrorosa criatura, la cual es un hibrido de humano y chivo. In 2005, Phoenix, Arizona was gripped by fear as two shooters roamed the city at night, firing at anyone they came across. Cyclists, pedestrians, people sitting in cars, even animals were targeted. There was no pattern, no warning, and no way to predict who would be next. The killers gave their spree a chilling name. Random Recreational Violence.As weeks turned into months, panic spread across neighborhoods. Police chased thousands of tips with little progress. The shooters seemed to vanish into the night after every attack, leaving investigators scrambling and residents afraid to leave their homes after dark.The case finally cracked when one of the men made a drunken confession at a dive bar. That slip led police to Dale Hausner and Samuel Dieteman, two men who treated murder like a game. Recorded conversations revealed casual planning, dark jokes about their victims, and complaints about not getting enough recognition for their crimes.At trial, the full scale of the horror became clear. Dieteman admitted to his role in the attacks and multiple murders. Hausner was convicted of six killings and sentenced to death. Phoenix's year of terror finally ended, but not before dozens of lives were shattered forever.This is the story of how randomness itself became the weapon.

Tonight's guest, Crystal, is the Dogman eyewitness last week's guest, Dan, mentioned in his interview. Crystal is the friend Dan told us about who experienced having a Dogman coming into her home too, when she was a little girl. On tonight's show, Crystal will be talking about her first Dogman encounter, which happened in the big woods behind her home, when she was 5 or 6 years old. After she tells us about that experience, she's going to tell us about the night that same Dogman paid her another visit. This time, her encounter didn't happen in the woods behind her home. This time, the Dogman came into her bedroom and was only 6-feet when she woke up and saw him. After what happened that night, Crystal would sneak into her parent's bedroom, at night, and crawl under their bed, so she could sleep there.
