Savvy: 5th of the 5 ACTS of Gutsy Grace Leadership™ In this final episode in the series of the ACTS of Gutsy Grace Leadership, we'll wrap up our conversation on authenticity, community, tenacity and strategy with our last act: Savvy. As a young leader, I just wanted a rule book, to tell me what should do and not do in all of the various situations I faced. But I've since learned that you're dealing with unique people every situation and solution is also unique. There is no one-way of leadership...and that's where savvy steps in! Tenacity: 3rd of the 5 ACTS of Gutsy Grace Leadership™ In this episode, I'm going to reveal the secret sauce no one told you about that is going to be absolutely necessary for you to be an effective leader for years and years to come: Tenacity! We're also going to uncover the 3 temptations that will kill your leadership tenacity (and how to resist them!) It's often said that leadership is a marathon. I don't think it's a marathon. I've heard other people say that it's a sprint. I think it includes sprints, but I don't think it's a sprint. I believe that leadership is a marathon of sprints. Authenticity: 1st of the 5 ACTS of Gutsy Grace Leadership™ Do you have those moments where you feel frustrated in your leadership, you feel like things just aren't going the way you want, or you expected? If so, take a pause and check your authenticity. See if you're really leading in the way that you're most comfortable leading, in the way that you're at your highest capacity, if you're leading the way that God has created you to lead. If not, you may have tripped over one of the obstacles we're discussing in today's episode. Take Action: If you want to lead to your highest, fullest potential, then you have to show up as truly the person that God created you to be and lead in the way that He is showing you to lead.
