She recounts growing up in L.A. County, graduating from college in three years, and moving across the country to D.C. and then back again.  Finally--and most incredibly--she talks about being a working mother in the midst of a pandemic.  Tracy is an attorney in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is a past President of the Filipino American Lawyers of San Diego.
