Pred skoraj letom dni smo na Prvem spoznali družino, ki se je odločila za precej drzno potezo — za 11 mesecev so zapustili vsakdan, službo, šolo, rutino in se z dvema otrokoma odpravili na pot okoli sveta. Pred nekaj dnevi so se Olivera, Gregor, 10-letni Luka in 5-letna Klara Rosulnik vrnili s pustolovščine njihovega življenja. V začetku junija 2025, pred potovanjem, smo z Gregorjem in Olivero Rosulnik govorili o načrtovanju in pripravah, pričakovanjih in pogumu. Potem pa smo jih spremljali tudi med potjo — javila sta se nam konec lanskega avgusta iz Vietnama in januarja letos iz Peruja, torej iz različnih držav, različnih časovnih pasov in vedno polna različnih zgodb. Pred nekaj dnevi pa so se Rosulniki po enajstih mesecih vrnili domov. Vsi štirje so nam povedali, kako po skoraj letu dni izgleda vrnitev v običajno življenje, kaj je bilo na poti najlepše, kaj najtežje in kako takšna izkušnja spremeni družino ter pogled na svet in dom. Družini Rosulnik lahko na poti po svetu sledite na Instagramu, Facebooku, YouTube-u, TikToku in LinkedInu.

Da, bili ste u problemu, a ukoliko se i daje držite agende da samo socijalno visoko vrednovano provođenje vremena znači odmor ili kvalitetno utrošeno vreme, možda, ma ne možda, definitivno i danas jeste u problemu. Ambicija je jedna od onih reči koje zvuče moćno, gotovo obavezno poželjno. Ali, šta zapravo podrazumevamo kada kažemo da je neko ambiciozan? I gde je granica između zdrave ambicije i one koja nas polako troši, gura u hronično nezadovoljstvo ili stalni osećaj da nikada nismo dovoljni? Mi, sami, kao bića, nismo dovoljno dobri? Olivera i Roberto danas razgovaraju o ambiciji onako kako se ona zaista živi, a ne kako se prodaje u motivacionim parolama. Da li je svaka ambicija dobra? Šta stoji iza osećaja da moramo više i možemo bolje , i kako razlikovati unutrašnji poriv od nametnutih očekivanja okoline? Šta je sa preteranom ambicijom, onom koja se maskira kao disciplina i uspeh, a zapravo vodi u sagorevanje, anksioznost i gubitak kontakta sa sobom? Kada ambicija prestaje da bude pokretač, a postaje pritisak? I kako pronaći meru koja je lična, realna i održiva? Na kraju, vraćamo se jednostavnoj, ali često zaboravljenoj istini: promena je neizbežna. Kao voda koja uvek nađe svoj put, i mi možemo naučiti da se krećemo kroz život bez lomljenja, sa više poverenja u sopstveni ritam i želje, i možemo pronaći zdravi balans. Setimo se samo da ne moramo uvek da jurimo uzbrdo da bismo stigli tamo gde treba. Nekad je dovoljno da zastanemo, oslušnemo sebe i dozvolimo da se put sam pokaže.

Šta je sa odsustvom empatije u modernom društvu i istovremenim bombardovanjem sadržajima na društvenim mrežama kojima se izazivaju vrlo jake emocije u nama? Olivera i Roberto pokušavaju danas da empatiji priđu bez idealizovanja ljudi, bez očekivanja da budemo savršeni. Umesto toga, govore o tome kako izgleda pokušati razumeti drugog baš onda kada nam to ide najteže: dok smo umorni, povređeni, nesigurni ili prosto okupirani sopstvenim borbama. Olivera i Roberto otvaraju temu empatije kao veštine koja se gradi, koja ume da bude iscrpljujuća, i kao nečega što se uči više greškama nego uspehom. Govore o tome da empatija nije nikakva supermoć, već izbor koji pravimo iznova, često neuredno i nesavršeno, ali uvek iz neke iskrene želje da ne izgubimo kontakt sa ljudima do kojih nam je stalo. Baš tu se prirodno otvara i priča o promeni. Promena je, koliko god da je odlažemo, jedina konstanta koja nas prati. Ljudi koji teže rastu, koji pokušavaju da usklade posao, odnose, porodicu i lične potrebe, znaju da je promena sastavni deo svakog napredovanja. Ponekad tiha, ponekad nagla, ali uvek neizbežna. Kao voda koja uporno pronalazi svoj put, i mi tražimo onaj koji nam najviše odgovara, onaj koji nas vodi napred i čini hrabrijim. Empatija je često početak te promene, most između duša, trenutak u kojem pokušamo da razumemo sebe i druge bolje nego juče, jer najveći pomaci počinju onda kada dozvolimo sebi da budemo otvoreni, mekši i iskreniji prema sebi i svetu oko nas.

I am thrilled to have Dr. Olivera Bogunovic and Holly Hardman with me on the show today. Dr. Bogunovic is an assistant professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and the medical director of the alcohol, drug, and addiction outpatient program at McLean Hospital. and Holly directed the documentary As Prescribed.
