Ako ste kao mali, iz zabave pred publikom objašnjavali šta sve znate o Tutankamonu, bili ponos i dika svojih roditelja svirajući za prijatelje Betovena na klaviru ili za svaki uspeh u školi, peticu ili savršeno odigranu utakmicu dobijali pohvale i nagrade, stigli ste na pravo mesto. Da, bili ste u problemu, a ukoliko se i daje držite agende da samo socijalno visoko vrednovano provođenje vremena znači odmor ili kvalitetno utrošeno vreme, možda, ma ne možda, definitivno i danas jeste u problemu. Ambicija je jedna od onih reči koje zvuče moćno, gotovo obavezno poželjno. Ali, šta zapravo podrazumevamo kada kažemo da je neko ambiciozan? I gde je granica između zdrave ambicije i one koja nas polako troši, gura u hronično nezadovoljstvo ili stalni osećaj da nikada nismo dovoljni? Mi, sami, kao bića, nismo dovoljno dobri? Olivera i Roberto danas razgovaraju o ambiciji onako kako se ona zaista živi, a ne kako se prodaje u motivacionim parolama. Da li je svaka ambicija dobra? Šta stoji iza osećaja da moramo više i možemo bolje , i kako razlikovati unutrašnji poriv od nametnutih očekivanja okoline? Šta je sa preteranom ambicijom, onom koja se maskira kao disciplina i uspeh, a zapravo vodi u sagorevanje, anksioznost i gubitak kontakta sa sobom? Kada ambicija prestaje da bude pokretač, a postaje pritisak? I kako pronaći meru koja je lična, realna i održiva? Na kraju, vraćamo se jednostavnoj, ali često zaboravljenoj istini: promena je neizbežna. Kao voda koja uvek nađe svoj put, i mi možemo naučiti da se krećemo kroz život bez lomljenja, sa više poverenja u sopstveni ritam i želje, i možemo pronaći zdravi balans. Setimo se samo da ne moramo uvek da jurimo uzbrdo da bismo stigli tamo gde treba. Nekad je dovoljno da zastanemo, oslušnemo sebe i dozvolimo da se put sam pokaže.

La historia del Radioteatro en UruguayRubén Olivera, lo que la radio significo para él, la historia de sus canciones.

El Padre Bernardo Olivera es argentino y monje de la OrdenCisterciense de la Estrecha Observancia (OCSO), más conocidos como trapenses. Tiene ochenta y dos años y vive en el monasterio “Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles” ubicado en Azul, Provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Llegó allí a los diezynueve años y fue ordenado sacerdote diez años más tarde. En este monasterio fue maestro de novicios, prior y abad. En 1990 fue elegido Abad General de la Orden Cisterciense, con responsabilidad sobre ciento sesenta y cinco monasterios en cinco continentes y alrededor de dos mil quinientos monjes y mil ochocientas monjas.  Fue durante los diez y ocho años de su cargo abacial cuando vivió el martirio de siete de sus monjes. Esto ocurrió hace casi treinta años, en mayo de 1996, en Tibhirine, Argelia. Hoy el Padre Bernardo nos comparte su camino de fe y la historia de los monjes mártires de Argelia: Dom Christian de Cherger, Hno Luc Dochier, Padre Christophe Lebreton, Hno Mochel Flevry, Padre Bruno Lemarchand, Padre Celestin Ringeard, Hno Paul Favre Miville. En el año 2008, el Padre Bernardo dejó su cargo de Abad General y volvió al monasterio de Argentina, donde fue elegido Abad de su comunidad nuevamente, cargo que ejerció hasta cumplir sus setenta y cinco años de edad.  El Padre Bernardo es autor de numerosos libros y es también el fundador, junto con un grupo de jóvenes y laicos, del movimiento de espiritualidad mariana y contemplativa “Soledad Mariana”. “No tengo plata ni oro, pero te doy lo que tengo”: un espacio donde encontrarnos con el que verdaderamente nos llena, para que nos tome de la mano, nos levante y nos ponga en camino nuevamente. Empatija je jedna od onih reči koje svi izgovaramo, a retko zaista pustimo da se nastani u nama. Pričamo i o inflaciji samog pojma empatija koji se često zloupotrebljava. Odakle preispitivanje empatije i forsiranje novih termina, poput "hiperempatičnosti" kao neke super moći? Šta je sa odsustvom empatije u modernom društvu i istovremenim bombardovanjem sadržajima na društvenim mrežama kojima se izazivaju vrlo jake emocije u nama? Olivera i Roberto pokušavaju danas da empatiji priđu bez idealizovanja ljudi, bez očekivanja da budemo savršeni. Umesto toga, govore o tome kako izgleda pokušati razumeti drugog baš onda kada nam to ide najteže: dok smo umorni, povređeni, nesigurni ili prosto okupirani sopstvenim borbama. Kada i na koji način zaista osećamo empatiju? Šta je lažna ili pseudoempatija, i zašto je često bustujemo i bildujemo raznim podražajima, na primer, preplavljivanjem tuđom patnjom? Šta nam se servira umesto prirodne, normalne, ljudske empatije? Kako je to simpatija preteča empatije, i šta u stvari empatija znači? Kako nam empatija pomaže da budemo bolji ljudi? Olivera i Roberto otvaraju temu empatije kao veštine koja se gradi, koja ume da bude iscrpljujuća, i kao nečega što se uči više greškama nego uspehom. Govore o tome da empatija nije nikakva supermoć, već izbor koji pravimo iznova, često neuredno i nesavršeno, ali uvek iz neke iskrene želje da ne izgubimo kontakt sa ljudima do kojih nam je stalo. Baš tu se prirodno otvara i priča o promeni. Promena je, koliko god da je odlažemo, jedina konstanta koja nas prati. Ljudi koji teže rastu, koji pokušavaju da usklade posao, odnose, porodicu i lične potrebe, znaju da je promena sastavni deo svakog napredovanja. Ponekad tiha, ponekad nagla, ali uvek neizbežna. Kao voda koja uporno pronalazi svoj put, i mi tražimo onaj koji nam najviše odgovara, onaj koji nas vodi napred i čini hrabrijim. Ayer el ministro de Economía, Gabriel Oddone, mantuvo una reunión con el intendente de Paysandú, Nicolás Olivera y sus colegas de Río Negro, Guillermo Levratto, y de Salto, Carlos Albisu, dónde se transmitió la preocupación del litoral del país por la reciente rebaja del Imesi, que a comienzos de agosto pasó del 40% al 32% por resolución de la DGI. Conversamos En Perspectiva con Levratto. Olivera informó que el gobierno evalúa aumentar el beneficio del Imesi para las estaciones de servicio cercanas a la frontera con Argentina, llevándolo del 32%, aprobado este mes, al 36%. En declaraciones recogidas por Radio Monte Carlo, el jefe departamental sanducero afirmó que los intendentes quedaron "conformes con la apertura del ministerio”. Agregó que la cartera revisará la situación la próxima semana y, si se mantuvieran las actuales diferencias de precios con Argentina, podría aplicar el incremento. “Y el porcentaje no es caprichoso, no es que nosotros venimos a pedir más y ellos nos quieren dar menos. Responde a una lógica de cuál es el precio en Uruguay y cuál es el precio en Argentina. Y el decreto dice que de forma regular se tiene que ajustar el descuento para hacer competitiva la situación en la frontera”. El subsecretario de Economía, Martín Vallcorba, dijo la semana pasada al semanario Búsqueda que el ajuste se realizó en base a un decreto de 2007, que dispone relevamientos mensuales para comparar precios con los países vecinos. Afirmó que no se trata de una medida recaudatoria, sino de aplicar un criterio de equidad y sustento económico.

Por un lado, Olivera reconoció que hoy “parece que el único salvavidas que el partido (Nacional) tiene para adelante se llama Lacalle Pou”, lo cual “no le hace bien”, dijo. A su entender, “históricamente al partido le fue bien cuando ha tenido pesos y contrapesos”, algo que, a su entender, “al gobierno de Lacalle le faltó”. El actual senador blanco —que asumirá al frente de la Intendencia de Paysandú a principios de julio— consideró que el expresidente “tendría que haber agarrado el directorio”, ya que “es un hombre con mucho peso para estar afuera” y podría terminar “desautorizando” al futuro presidente. Respecto a la disputa interna para la presidencia del Directorio nacionalista dijo: “Yo hasta ahora he escuchado nombres nada más. No he escuchado una sola idea, una sola propuesta, una sola línea de cómo se quiere conducir el directorio los próximos cinco años”, aseveró Olivera. Olivera consideró que “sigue estando el establishment” del PN y agregó que “le falta cercanía al partido”. “Los problemas de la gente no todos pasan por el Palacio Legislativo”, afirmó, y cuestionó que “el poder del partido radique solamente en gente que logre un cargo”.
