Still, this process can get messy. Some days, talking about your problems might mean just griping about something that happened at work. Other days, it might mean crying for an hour into someone's shoulder. The first few times can feel awkward or embarrassing, but the more you do it, the easier it will get to talk about how you feel.

Today, young people of color are disproportionately affected by mental health issues and are not getting the resources they need, and I want to change that. And this is why this podcast exists.
