In episode 7 of LET'S TALK ABOUT "____", Jhanelle, a mixed-race activist and upcoming chemistry PhD student, joins Sara on a Zoom call to talk about the very relevant and important truths behind race in modern society. They discuss how exactly race shapes our path in life, our consciousness of white privilege, white fragility, anti-black discrimination and racial prejudice, and how understanding these concepts affects our future. This hour-long episode features Jhanelle's honest retelling of her experiences living in Dudley, West Midlands, from witnessing regular far-right marches, micro-aggressions at school, to experiencing 'imposter syndrome' during her chemistry studies at a world-class institution. Sara and Jhanelle dissect the various forms of anti-black racism, the disadvantages of collective terms such as POC and BAME, and the white 'ideal', whilst also touching upon regional differences in matters of race within the UK, and drawing differences between the UK and US.
In the sixth episode of LET'S TALK ABOUT "____", Sara sits down with her 19-year-old brother Omar, to discuss their experience of living in Algeria from 2007 to 2010. This chatty episode includes childhood experiences with the Algerian school system and football, and the pros/cons of living abroad. They also discuss the effects of the experience in Algeria on their career ambitions, life principles, and character. This episode is a light-hearted and honest chat about memories they share from their time abroad, and personal issues they are hoping to tackle with the Algerian system.
In the fifth episode of LET'S TALK ABOUT "___", Sara sits down with her best friend Saher, a Spanish and Management student who has volunteered at NGOs supporting women, to discuss feminism. The episode begins with a quick history lesson on the origins of western feminism, then into their independent and joint experiences with feminism, and finally the feminist agenda they are now tackling on a daily basis. Although many topics under the umbrella of feminism are discussed in this episode, like colonialism, racism and body image; future episodes will be dedicated to solely picking them apart.
The fourth episode of LET'S TALK ABOUT "___" is a solo episode. Sara sits down with herself to openly and honestly discuss the effects isolation have had on her mental and physical health. This episode features important points on, food and the stress-trigger for someone with an eating disorder, loneliness, and the need for routine during this time. Sara discusses these issues and the different ways she's trying to tackle them - in the hope it may help listeners through their experience of this weird time. *TRIGGER WARNING* as this episode involves points on eating disorders, loneliness and anxiety - all are spoken of in an accepting and objective manner.

In the second episode of LET'S TALK ABOUT "___", Sara sits down with her decade-long friend Tanya, to discuss their personal experiences with eating disorders and body image. Both recount how their individual eating disorders began, the effects on their body and life, and how both are facing it today. It's a hard experience to look back on and share with everyone, but removing the taboo of mental health and body image, and discussing it as openly as possible, is the core target of this episode.

Having both come from backgrounds where self-love was non-existent, this chat deals with all the support and love we'd give our younger selves. From dealing with the high expectations and demands of our parents, and the hunt for perfectionism, to not being everyone's friend.
