Max is one of the best digital story tellers in my opinion, and naturally when Max reached out to do a quick interview and life update, I couldn't say no. Max and I first connected when I was traveling in Bali. His content is some of the best I've seen and I highly recommend following Max if you're interested in developing the right habits for high achieving mindset, finding peace as you're trying to get better every day, and so much more. I highly recommend Max as 1 of the top 10 follows on instagram @maxmccoy When I agreed to the interview, I wasn't sure what to expect and Max did a great job asking the right questions to get me to share. On this episode I share a bit more about what how I view this time as an opportunity to hone into your positive habits, learn a new skill, or launch that online business you’ve always wanted to. 33. Weird days, were sure to tell our kids about that time our country, the powerhouse USA just shut down for a few months. In a matter of 3 days (shoutout NBA for taking quick action and pioneering). It left a huge void, and confusion and fear. I think there will be a light at the end of the tunnel but right now we’re in it. I share my thoughts on the whole thing. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/noovernightsuccess/support

I’ve always been tough on myself. I felt I wasn’t working hard enough, doing enough, etc... I felt imposter syndrome from day 1 at Vayner. I kept telling and reminding myself I didn’t belong or I wasn’t good enough. Why did I say those things to myself? It’s because I didn’t see, and more importantly FEEL my own value and worth. In a short time I’ve come a long way in realizing this and practicing self love and self care. What do you think about this episode? Could it help you? --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/noovernightsuccess/support
This is a quick episode where I talk about what i miss most about being at Vayner - interacting and engaging with customers. I see myself as a connector and communicator, someone who loves to find solutions and create deals and business from that. I’ve talked about my passion about creating win / win / win business and relationship scenarios on a previous episode (make sure to go back and listen if you’re interested). --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/noovernightsuccess/support
As the year winds down I reflect on my time at Vayner working for Gary Vaynerchuk on his team. Learned so much during my time there, how to edit produce podcasts, video editing, graphics, all while connecting with many amazing Empathy Wines customers and selling >$100,000 for the Empathy Wine business. It’s true that when you surround yourself with the right people you learn and grow. At the core I believe I am an entrepreneur and businessman, and now is my opportunity to show that. I am excited for the next chapter and will share more on that soon. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/noovernightsuccess/support

Hey All, this is a quick rant I did on my last 24 hours (recorded Thursday, October 3) on some topics that we top-of-mind. I want to take a moment to express how much I appreciate people taking time out of their day to listen to my story and then share their thoughts / opinions / and kind words with me. It feels surreal and means the world to me, and the support helps pull me forward. This episode is Part II of how I ended up on Team Gary Vee and apart of the amazing culture at Vayner Media. It's true that it's different than anywhere I've worked before. I've always wanted to be a part of a supportive yet competitive and energetic team, and blessed to have the opportunity to contribute. Top down, the most senior people to those who just started, it's obvious how open minded and non-judgmental the culture is as a whole. There's opportunity to go up to anyway and ask them to grab coffee and learn about their job and who they are as people. I feel very fortunate and love the messages, DMs, and texts I've received since starting this podcast. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU
Felix knows my journey as well as anyone. We grew up together, from the days when immigrated here from the USSR in the early 90s. Backyard sports, hide-and-seek and capture the flag around our neighborhood, and family vacations we were constantly together. What I love about Felix is his kindness and loyalty to family and friends. He'd literally go above and beyond for his friends and that's what makes him special. Today Felix is an accredited professional actuary at New York Life and Real Estate owner and developer. He's just scratching the surface of what he's bound to achieve and accomplish and I'm grateful to get a chance to catchup with him in this format. Let me know what you think about this episode. This is a really special episode for me and how amazing that it was captured on video :) This was from March of this year, after I moved to NYC for a job at a startup, only to get laid off 6 weeks later with no plan and no income in the most expensive city in the world. The only thing I had was myself, my experience, and the skills I've developed over the years. I was flipping things, buying and selling couches, TVs, computers and making hustler moves, then this happened... Podcast listeners think you're really going to love this episode. We wanted to have an impromptu conversation to discussions some topics that were on our mind. Current state of Team Gary Vee, what we're working on for personal development, and lots of laughs and banter. What I love about being on this team is the open minded yet driven nature of my teammates. Every day is a learning experience both with learning how to edit a podcast (something I'm learning) and interpersonal development, like putting your ego aside for the better of the team. As I've been reaching out and making calls through the Empathy Wines sales process it's been amazing to connect and have open conversations with people I may not have otherwise met. What I learned is everybody has a compelling story they crave to share with the world, and sometimes it takes a few of the "right" questions to get people to open up. When I first spoke with Loree we spoke about several topics that were interesting to us. Personal growth, challenging ourselves, and finding peace and acceptance with being imperfect. Loree and her husband just moved cross-country for an amazing opportunity with WWE Smackdown. I am grateful that Loree invited me to be on her podcast and to allow me to share my story. Yes, I know there are a few ommisions on my part and Loree called me Andrew Goldman in the intro ... it doesn't bother me and shouldn't bother you :) would love to hear your thoughts and feedback on this episode, and if you find any value, PLEASE PLEASE leave a review
This episode is really special for me. Cesar's one of those people you meet that has a peaceful presence about him. He brings out the best in his teammates and empowers them to be their best selves. This couldn't have been more evident than when people spoke about Cesar yesterday. It was his last day on Team GaryVee (felt more like a leave of absence honestly) and people shared stories, moments, and toasts to Cease. After 2+ years in NYC he's moving back to Florida to be closer to family, and as Cease paints it, "I follow my intuition, and it feels right." Getting to know Cesar over the last few months it's obvious he leads with his heart and puts people before himself, he loves to guide and help people grow. Cesar is the epitome of "Be the Change you want to see in the world." I hope our paths cross in the future. ------------------- Lil Vee was just an idea to make a cartoon that was both entertaining and educational to teach kids entrepreneurship. self—awareness didn’t come easy to me and it is the skill I LEARNED that transformed my life. This episode is a little different and I'm excited to keep sharing them. I'd like to create a mini-series where I interview fans of Gary Vee who have subscribed to the Club Empathy Package of Empathy Wine. Empathy sources the grapes for the blends from small family-owned vineyards in North California with the mission of delivering a high quality blend of wine for $20. Here is the link to learn more: www.empathywines.com Simon is my first guest on this series and boy was I excited to chat with him and learn his story. Simon is moved here from Poland 12 years ago with his Mom & Dad, two people who have greatly influenced his life and Simon speaks very highly off. He recently went all-in on being a creative and start his own business and the transition and story always fascinate me. His energy, positivity and desire for connection is awesome to see, he's a natural people person and recently started a dynamic podcast called CoffeeRun, where he brings guests on to share this story and chat as they go on a Coffee Run in Simon's car. I really appreciate you taking the time to listen. If you get any value from these episodes, it would mean the world to me if you left a review with your thoughts / opinions / feedback
Raghav was the first person on Team GV I got a chance to get to know. We had a team outing the first week and we vibed from the first minute. It's easy to see why once you get to know Raghav. He's full of wisdom, knowledge and insight, yet isn't imposing with it. He's charismatic and fun to be around. He's constantly challenging himself and I got to pick his brain for an hour. Raghav will definitely come back on - we have a lot more depth to cover and I'm looking forward to it. When people hear Max Browne's story it's hard to compare on the surface. Football star in high school, highly recruited, full scholarship to 1 of the best football schools in the country in USC, media attention, tons of success at a young age. What we fail to recognize is Max experiences the same ups and downs we all go through, and he opens up and shares about that in this episode. What resonated with me most was Max's humility and self-awareness for someone who just turned 24 years young. Since I met Max playing ball and getting to know him better on Team GaryVee just a few months ago, his desire to improve, grow, learn and challenge himself is second to none.
