I was in sunny San Diego for the American Association of Diabetes Educators 2016!! (AADE16). It was great and I learned so much! Can't wait for next years AADE in Indiana (hopefully I get to go). I highlight FITT as a vital sign and THE best lecture there presented by a Registered Dietitian. Correction: I mention the ABC's - C stands for cholesterol, not circumference. My bad.

Make it a lifestyle change. Fads are meant to come and go. Isn't being fat AND healthy an oxymoron? Also, some personal exciting news, but will hopefully eventually help others in upcoming episodes.

Vegan Gains, meatless Mondays, and Coffee on the daily. Lots of nutrition advice and information being thrown at you, but where are all the "experts" to be found 'cause you sure can't find them up in the mix.
